采用心脏灌流法去除组织内红细胞制备分散的细胞悬液的方法

Dissociation of egocentric and allocentric spatial processing in prefrontal cortex

Monkeys with lesions of areas 9 and 46 performed three variants of the spatial delayed response (SDR) task. There were no impairments in allocentric spatial memory in which geometrical relationships between environmental cues were used to identify spatial location; thus, memory of a 3D environmental map is intact. In contrast, there were severe impairments in egocentric spatial memory guided by visual or tactile cues that monkeys can relate to their viewing perspective during testing. These results strongly suggest that dorsolateral prefrontal cortex selectively mediates spatial memory tasks that are solved by referencing the location of targets to the body's orientation. Cell responses of Dunaliella salina FACHB 435 (green alga) to microgravitational stimulation by clinorotation

Clinorotation experiments were established to simulate microgravity on ground. It was found that there were obvious changes of Dunaliella salina FACHB435 cells and their metabolic characteristics during clinorotation. The changes included the increases of glycerol content, the rate of H+ secretion and PM H+-ATPase activity, and the decrease of ratio of the plasma membrane (PM) phospholipid to PM protein. These results indicated that microgravity was a stress environment to Dunaliella salina. It is deduced that it would be possible to attribute the effect of microgravity on algal cells to the secondary activation of water stress.

A Complex BPF with On Chip Auto-tuning Architecture for Low-IF Receivers

A 3(rd) order complex band-pass filter (BPF) with auto-tuning architecture is proposed in this paper. It is implemented in 0.18 mu m standard CMOS technology. The complex filter is centered at 4.092MHz with bandwidth of 2.4MHz. The in-band 3(rd) order harmonic input intercept point (IIP3) is larger than 19dBm, with 50 Omega as the source impedance. The input referred noise is about 80 mu V-rms. The RC tuning is based on Binary Search Algorithm (BSA) with tuning accuracy of 3%. The chip area of the tuning system is 0.28x0.22mm(2), less than 1/8 of that of the main-filter which is 0.92x0.59mm(2). After tuning is completed, the tuning system will be turned off automatically to save power and to avoid interference. The complex filter consumes 2.6mA with a 1.8V power supply.

Monolithic Integration of a Widely Tunable Laser with SOA Using Quantum-Well Intermixing

This paper presents an SG-DBR with a monolithically integrated SOA fabricated using quantum-well intermixing （QWI） for the first time in mainland China. The wavelength tuning range covers 33nm and the output power reaches 10mW with an SOA current of 50mA. The device can work at available channels with SMSR over 35dB.

厚表层Si柔性绝缘衬底上SiC薄膜的外延生长

利用LPCVD方法,在厚表层Si(SOL≈0.5μm)柔性绝缘衬底(SOI)(001)上外延生长出了可与硅衬底上外延晶体质量相比拟的SiC/SOI,表明SOI是一种很有潜力的柔性衬底. Raman 光谱结果表明SiC/SOI外延层比SiC/Si外延层有更大的残存应力,对此从理论上进行了解释.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和喇曼散射光谱(RAM)技术研究了外延材料的晶体结构、界面性质和应变情况.
