一种鸡胚胎心率记录的新方法

鸡胚胎是一种被广泛应用于发育生物学研究的实验材料。在以鸡胚胎为动物模型的各项研究工作 中, 心率常被看作是一个很重要的反应胚胎生理活动指标。本文详细介绍了一种侵入性的心电记录新方法, 在 正常的生理条件下通过记录鸡胚胎心电的变化来监测心率。首先在蛋壳上钻孔, 将电极插人蛋内, 然后通过放 大器放大, 板转换, 将心电信号输人电脑进行分析处理, 提取与心率相关的信息。这种记录方式对胚胎损 伤较小, 不影响胚胎的正常发育具有灵敏度高, 操作简单, 容易掌握等特点。

PHYLOGENY AND ZOOGEOGRAPHY OF THE SUBFAMILY CULTRINAE (CYPRINIDAE)

以雅罗鱼亚科为外群,采用分支系统学的原理和方法对亚科17个属(须鳊属除外)进行了系统发育和动物地理学的分析。结果表明,(1)亚科这17个属为一个单系群,并由4个较小的单系群组成;(2 )亚科现在的地理分布格局除源自离散事件外,主要源于扩散事件。亚科的特征演化还表明,东亚地区地质历史的反转演化和平行演化可能在亚科系统发育过程中起了重要的作用。

Integrated folding 4x4 optical matrix switch with total internal reflection mirrors on SOI by anisotropic chemical etching

A folding rearrangeable nonblocking 4 x 4 optical matrix switch was designed and fabricated on silicon-on-insulator wafer. To compress chip size, switch elements (SEs) were interconnected by total internal reflection (TIR) mirrors instead of conventional S-bends. For obtaining smooth interfaces, potassium hydroxide anisotropic chemical etching of silicon was utilized to make the matrix switch for the first time. The device has a compact size of 20 x 1.6 mm(2) and a fast response of 7.5 mu s. The power consumption of each 2 x 2 SE and the average excess loss per mirror were 145 mW and -1.1 dB, respectively. Low path dependence of +/- 0.7 dB in total excess loss was obtained because of the symmetry of propagation paths in this novel matrix switch.

Identification of vacancies in electron irradiated GaSb by coincidence Doppler broadening spectroscopy

In this paper we present the results of coincidence Doppler broadening (CDB) measurements and positron lifetime spectroscopy (PLS) on the semiconductor material GaSb. Gallium vacancy with positron lifetime of about 283 ps (V-Ga, (283 ps)) was identified in as-grown sample by CDB technique and PAS technique. For electron irradiated samples with dosages of 10(17) cm(-2) and 10(18) cm(-2), the PAS showed almost the same defectrelated positron lifetime of about 285 ps. CDB experiments indicated that defects in irradiated samples were related to Ga vacancies. (c) 2006 Published by Elsevier B.V.

Study on in-plane optical anisotropy of semiconductor materials by reflectance difference spectroscopy

In the present review, the measuring principle of reflectance difference spectroscopy (RDS) is given. As a powerful tool in the surface and interface analysis technologies, the application of RDS to the research on semiconductor materials is summarized. along with the origins of the in-plane optical anisotropy of semiconductors. And it is believed that RDS will play an important role in the electrooptic modification of Si-based semiconductor materials.

一种应用敏感的Web服务请求调度策略

在当前企业级Web服务应用中，性能问题一直是人们关注的重点．然而作为支撑Web服务应用的主流平台，Web应用服务器对请求的调度仍然是传统的先来先服务策略（FCFS）．这种策略无法区分请求的重要性，降低了关键请求的性能．以往的研究较少从应用的性能需求出发考虑服务器的请求调度机制，影响了服务器性能保障的效果．对此，提出了应用敏感的Web服务请求调度策略（AWSRS），使用应用获益来评估服务器为应用提供的性能保障效果．服务器将请求按照应用的需求进行分类，并按照应用获益最大化的目标为不同类型的请求分配资源．实验表明AWSRS策略能够有效提高关键请求的性能．

应用油团聚(SGHFF)技术高效脱除煤炭中黄铁矿硫的研究

介绍了应用油团聚（SGHFF） 技术高效脱除煤炭中硫的过程， 探讨了煤炭粉碎粒度及水量对煤炭中硫的脱除率的影响。实验结果表明， 硫含量为2.16 % 的烟煤， 脱除率可达到67 % 。

变废为宝─垃圾中能量和资源的利用

垃圾是困扰中国许多城市的一个严重问题。本文对中国城市垃圾的产量、成分、物化性质、垃圾的各种处理方式进行了简要的介绍。并对垃级焚烧过程中污染物的产生及控制作了一定的阐述。从能量回收和资源利用两个角度介绍了解决中国垃圾问题的方法。

黄土高原半干旱区侧柏(Platycladus orientalis)树干液流动态

应用热扩散式树干茎流计(TDP)于2008年4～10月对黄土高原安塞县侧柏人工林树干液流速率进行了连续测定,并对周围气象、土壤水分等多个环境因子进行了同步测定。结果表明:侧柏在不同月份晴天树干液流速率变化具有明显的昼夜节律性,呈单峰曲线;且各月液流速率日均值受土壤供水水平限制总体上呈下降趋势,即4月份最大,为0.00135cm.s-1;10月份最小为0.00011cm.s-1;树干液流速率与光合有效辐射、大气温度、水汽压差呈极显著正相关,与相对湿度呈负相关,其相关程度:光合有效辐射>水汽压差>大气温度>相对湿度,并可用线性表达式来估算;侧柏边材面积和地径呈幂指数关系,并以此结合密度估算出样地侧柏人工林的边材面积为4.65m2,最终估算出侧柏人工林生长季总耗水量为1159.6t.hm-2。
