<正>质量数80区的过渡性核表现了集体性和单粒子性的能级结构。对质子数Z为37~40、中子数N=45的原子核,如81Kr,87Mo核,在中低自旋时显示了单粒子特性,而在高自旋态时表现出较多的集体性。 近些年来,在过渡区在束γ谱学,如83Rb、83Y等核研究中,观察到了一串建立在较高K态的增强的△I=1的M1跃迁。它被认为是一种新的激发模式,叫做磁转动带。我们对85Zr的研究目的,一是将其能级推到更高自旋,另一个是寻找该核的磁转动带。

An internal target experiment at HIRFL-CSRm is planned for hadron physics, which focuses on hadron spectroscopy, polarized strangeness production and medium effect. A conceptual design of Hadron Physics Lanzhou Spectrometer (HPLUS) is discussed. Related computing framework involves event generation, simulation, reconstruction and final analysis. The R&D works on internal target facilities and sub-detectors are presented briefly.

利用修正的Thornthwaite最大蒸发力公式,计算了辽西地区不同市的水分亏缺量。各市最大潜在蒸发散计算结果是:朝阳1180.6 mm,锦州1146.0 mm,葫芦岛1140.1 mm,阜新1030.3 mm;水分亏缺量计算结果为:朝阳-658.3 mm,锦州-538.4 mill,葫芦岛-544.8 mm,阜新-626.9 mm。利用美国spss数理统计软件计算了油松与蒙古栎的胸径连年生长量和对应的各年1—12月份的月均温、月降雨量、平均相对湿度的回归关系,表明油松生长与温度紧密,蒙古栎生长与水分关系紧密。

采用人工模拟与天然降水相结合的方法 ,定量研究了枯枝落叶层保持水土的有效性。研究结果表明 ,在黄土高原常见坡度 2 5°和暴雨雨强 1~ 2 mm/m in的条件下 ,该地区油松和山杨林枯枝落叶层保持水土的有效厚度为 0 .9~ 1.0 cm,低于这个数量 ,将明显降低其蓄水减沙效益

以辽宁省昌图县横沟子乡先锋村烟田的土壤农化性状指标为参数,设计镁、硼素及硝基腐植酸作为烟草专用肥的添加剂,研究其对提高和改善烤烟产量、品质的影响,1991~1993年三年的田间试验表明,亩施硫酸镁、硼砂各0.5kg及硝基腐植酸3.5kg做基肥,移栽40天,镁、硼处理区再分别喷施硫酸镁500克(1%浓度),硼砂100克(0.2%浓度),这三个处理区不论是烟株苗期生长的叶色、抗病力及成熟期烟叶落黄、烘烤效果,还是上等烤烟比重、化学成分含量等指标均有改善和提高。

自然清洁土壤所具有的抑真菌作用,是健康土壤的一种自然属性,也是土壤质量的重要指标之一,对控制农作物土传病原真菌的爆发具有积极的生态学意义.本试验以中国科学院沈阳生态实验站近10年未受农药和肥料影响的撂荒地土壤作为自然清洁土壤样品,通过高温(对照、100℃、110℃、121℃)处理得到具有不同抑真菌作用的土壤模型,采用PCR-DGGE(变性梯度凝胶电泳)方法对上述土壤样品的细菌群落结构进行分析.结果表明:土壤抑真菌作用与土壤细菌群落结构紧密相关;对照清洁土壤抑真菌作用最强,处理后土壤细菌群落结构偏离自然清洁土壤愈远,土壤抑真菌能力愈差;DGGE特异性条带切胶测序结果表明,Sphingomonas asaccharolytica、Nitrospira sp.、Hyphomicrobiaceae sp.、Bacillus megaterium和Micro-coccus sp.可能与土壤抑真菌作用密切相关.

The biocatalytic growth of gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) has been employed in the design of new optical biosensors based on the enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) signals. Both absorption spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis revealed Au-NP seeds could be effectively enlarged upon the reaction with H2O2, an important metabolite that could be generated by many biocatalytic reactions.

Chemical functionalization of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) has constructed plenty of new structures with ample new properties into them. But the modification was often confined to organic molecules, either by covalence or non-covalence. In this report, SWNTs were successfully functionalized with one kind of electroactive inorganic compounds: Prussian blue (PB). And the molecular interactions between them were firstly investigated. Interestedly, pi-pi stacking interaction coupled with ionic interaction was found between SWNTs and PB. The electrochemical properties of SWNTs-PB were also investigated. It would pave a new pathway to manipulate molecular entities of SWNTs by cooperation with functional inorganic electroactive compounds.

A new method for immobilization of a chemiluminescent reagent is presented. It is based on immobilizing hematin, a catalyst for luminol reaction, in the bulk of a carbon paste electrode. Bulk-immobilization allows renewal of the surface by simple polishing or cutting to expose anew and fully active surface in the case of fouling or deactivation by other means. By using a hematin-modified carbon paste electrode, the applied potential shifted negatively compared with that of unmodified carbon paste electrode or a glassy carbon electrode. The shift in potential changed the reaction processes and effectively stabilized the chemiluminescent signal during successive measurements. Under this condition, the signal was stable during 3 hours of continuous operation. The log-log plots of the emitted light intensity vs. luminol concentration and hydrogen peroxide concentration were linear over the region 10(-8)-10(-3) mol L-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 and 3.9 x 10(-6)-10(-3) mol L-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.994, respectively. Application of this method for other chemiluminescent and bioluminescent systems is suggested.

The crystal structure analysis of {3-[(4-amino-2-methyl-5-pyrimidinyl)methyl]-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methylthiazol}ium dithiocyanate reveals that there are two types of anion bridges between the two aromatic rings of the same thiamine which adopts the usual F conformation, one of which involves a contact between H(C2) on the thiazolium ring and the hydroxy O atom from a neighbouring molecule. The crystal packing shows a novel triple helical structure formed by strongly hydrogen-bonded thiamine-SCN- molecular chains.

本文用循环伏安法研究了中性载体ETH157推动Cu~(2+)离子在水/硝基苯界面上的转移过程,结果发现在水/硝基苯界面上,Cu~(2+)离子与ETH157形成了逐级配合物,并伴有吸附现象产生,考察了有关过程的转移机制并讨论了相应的实验现象。
