本研究针对川西北高山草甸缺乏科学管理,过度放牧导致草场退化,并由此引发的一系列生态环境问题,选取红原县瓦切乡1996 年草地承包后形成的四个放牧强度草场,即不放牧、轻度(1.2 头牦牛hm-1)、中度(2.0 头牦牛hm-1)和重度放牧(2.9 头牦牛hm-1),作为研究对象,研究了不同放牧强度对草地植物-土壤系统中碳、氮这两个最基本物质的分布格局和循环过程的影响,并探讨了放牧干扰下高山草甸生态系统的管理。 1.放牧对草地植物群落物种组成,尤其是优势种,产生了明显的影响。不放牧、轻度、中度和重度放牧草地群落物种数分别为22,23,26,20 种,群落盖度分别是不放牧96.2%>中度93.6%>轻度89.7%>重度73.6%。随放牧强度的增加, 原植物群落中的优势种垂穗鹅冠草( Roegneria nutans )、发草(Deschampsia caespitosa)和垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)等禾草逐渐被莎草科的川嵩草(Kobresia setchwanensis)和高山嵩草(Kobresia pygmaea)所取代成为优势种。同时,随放牧强度的增加,高原毛茛(Ranunculus brotherusii)、狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)、鹅绒委陵菜(Potentilla anserina)和车前(Plantagodepressa)等杂类草的数量也随之增加。 2.生长季6~9 月份,草地植物地上和地下生物量(0~30cm)都是从6 月份开始增长,8 月份达到最高值,9 月份开始下降。每个月份,通常地上生物量以不放牧为最高,重度放牧总是显著小于不放牧;地下生物量随放牧强度的增加表现为增加的趋势,通常重度和中度放牧显著高于不放牧和轻度放牧草地。不放牧、轻度、中度和重度放牧草地6~9 月份4 个月的植物总生物量平均值分别是1543、1622、2295 和2449 g m-2,但随放牧强度的增加越来越来多的生物量被分配到了地下部分,地下生物量占总生物量比例的大小顺序分别是重度88%>中度82%>轻度76%>不放牧69%。生物量这种变化主要是由于放牧使得群落优势种发生改变而引起的,其分配比例的变化体现了草地植物对放牧干扰的适应策略。 3.植物碳氮贮量的季节变化类似与生物量的变化。每个月份,不同放牧强度间植物地上碳氮的贮量有所不同,一般重度放牧会显著减少植物地上碳氮贮量。植物根系(0~30cm)碳氮贮量随放牧强度的增加表现为增加的趋势,通常重度和中度放牧显著高于不放牧和轻度放牧草地。不放牧、轻度、中度和重度放牧草地6~9 月份4 个月的植物总碳平均值分别是547、586、847 和909 g m-2,根系碳贮量占植物总碳的比例大小顺序分别是重度88%>中度82%>轻度76%>不放牧69%;放牧、轻度、中度和重度放牧草地6~9 月份4 个月的植物总氮平均值分别是17、17、23 和26 g m-2,根系氮贮量占植物总氮的比例大小顺序分别是重度79%>轻度71%>中度70%>不放牧65%。 4. 土壤有机碳贮量(0~30cm)的季节变化表现为7 月份略有下降,8 月开始增加,9 月份达到的最大值。土壤氮贮量的季节变化表现为随季节的推移逐渐增加的趋势。增加的放牧强度不同程度的增加土壤有机碳氮的贮量。不放牧、轻度、中度和重度放牧6~9 月份4 个月的土壤有机碳贮量的平均值分别是9.72、10.36、10.62 和11.74 kg m-2,土壤氮贮量分别为1.45、1.56、1.66 和1.83 kg m-2。土壤中有机碳(氮)的贮量都占到了植物-土壤系统有机碳(氮)的90%以上,但不同放牧强度之间的差异不明显。 5. 土壤氮的总硝化和反硝化,温室气体N2O 和CO2 的释放率的季节变化表现为从6 月份开始增加,7 月份达到最大值,8 月份开始下降,9 月份降为最小值。增加的放牧强度趋向于增加土壤氮的总硝化和反硝化作用,温室气体N2O和CO2 的释放率,通常情况下,中度放牧和重度放牧显著地加强了这些过程。 6.垂穗鹅冠草(Roegneria nutans)和川嵩草(Kobresia setchwanensis)凋落物在不同放牧强度下经过1 年的分解,两种凋落物的失重率及其碳氮的损失率3都随放牧增加表现为增加的趋势。在同一放牧强度下,川嵩草凋落物的失重率和碳氮的损失率都高于垂穗鹅冠草凋落物。 7. 尽管重度放牧显著增加了土壤碳氮的贮量,但同时也显著降低了植被群落盖度,降低了植物地上生物量,因此,久而久之会减少植物向土壤中的碳氮归还率;与不放牧和轻度放牧相比,重度放牧又显著增加了土壤CO2 和NO2 的排放量,这是草地生态系统碳氮损失的重要途径。由此可见,对于这些地处青藏高原的非常脆弱的高山草甸生态系统,长期重度放牧不仅导致植物生产力降低,而且将导致草地生态系统退化,甚至造成土壤中碳氮含量减少。 Long-term overgrazing has resulted in considerable deterioration in alpine meadowof the northwest Sichan Province. In order to explore management strategies for thesustainability of these alpine meadows, we selected four grasslands with differentgrazing intensity (no grazing-NG: 0, light grazing-LG: 1.2, moderate grazing-MG: 2.0,and heavy grazing-HG: 2.9 yaks ha-1) to evaluate carbon, nitrogen pools and cyclingprocesses within the plant-soil system in Waqie Village, Hongyuan County, Sichuan Province. 1. Grazing obviously changed the plant species composition, especially ondominant plant species. Total number of species is 22, 23, 26, and 20 for NG, LG, MGand HG, respectively. Vegetation coverage under different grazing intensity ranked inthe order of 96.2% for HG>93.6% for MG>89.7% for LG>73.6% for NG. Thedominator of HG community shifted from grasses-Roegneria nutans andDeschampsia caespitosa dominated in the NG and LG sites into sedges-Kobresiapygmaea and K. setchwanensis. At the same time, with the increase of grazingintensity, the numbers of forbs, such as Ranunculus brotherusii, Stellera chamaejasme,Potentilla anserine and Plantago depressa, increased with grazing intensity. 2. Over the growing season, aboveground and belowground biomass showed a 5single peak pattern with the highest biomass in August. For each month, abovegroundbiomass usually was the highest in the NG site and lowest in the HG site.Belowground biomass showed a trend of increase as grazing intensity increased and itwas significantly higher in the HG and MG site than in the NG and LG sites. Totalplant biomass averaged over the growing season is 1543, 1622, 2295 and 2449 g m-2for NG, LG, MG and HG, respectively. The proportion of biomass to total plantbiomass for NG, LG, MG and HG is 88%, 82%, 76% and 69%, respectively. Higherallocation ratio for is an adaptive response of plant to grazing. 3. Carbon and nitrogen storage in plant components followed the similar seasonalpatterns as their biomass under different grazing intensities. Generally, heavy grazingsignificantly decreases aboveground biomass carbon and nitrogen compared to nograzing. Carbon and nitrogen storage in root tended to increase as grazing increasedand they are significantly higher in the HG and MG sites compared to the LG and NGsite. Total Carbon storage in plant system averaged over the growing season is 547,586, 847 and 909 g m-2 for NG, LG, MG and HG, respectively, while 17, 17, 23 and 26g m-2 for nitrogen. The proportion of carbon storage in root to total plant carbon forNG, LG, MG and HG is 88%, 82%, 76%, 69%, respectively, while 65%, 71%, 70%and 79% for nitrogen. 4. Carbon storage in soil (0-30cm) decreased slightly in July, then increased inAugust and peaked in September. Nitrogen storage in soil tended to increase withseason and grazing intensity. Total Carbon storage in soil averaged over the growingseason is 9.72, 10.36, 10.62 and11.74 kg m-2 for NG, LG, MG and HG, respectively,while 1.45, 1.56, 1.66 and 1.83 for nitrogen. The proportion of carbon (nitrogen)storage in soil to plant-soil system carbon (nitrogen) storage for NG, LG, MG and HGis more than 90%, which is not markedly different among different grazing intensities. 5. Gross nitrification, denitrification, CO2 and N2O flux rates in soil increasedfrom June to July and then declined until September, all of which tended to increasewith the increase of grazing intensity. Generally, heavy and moderate grazing intensitysignificantly enhanced these process compared to no and light grazing intensity. 6. After decomposing in situ for a year, relative weight, carbon and nitrogen loss in the litter of Roegneria nutans and Kobresia setchwanensis tended to increase asgrazing intensity increased. Under the same grazing intensity, relative weight, carbonand nitrogen loss in the litter of Kobresia setchwanensis were higher than these in thelitter of Roegneria nutans. 7. Although heavy grazing intensity resulted in higher levels of carbon andnitrogen in plant and soil, it decreased vegetation coverage and aboveground biomass,which are undesirable for livestock production and sustainable grassland development.What is more, heavy grazing could also introduce potential carbon and nitrogen lossvia increasing CO2 and N2O emission into the atmosphere. Grazing at moderateintensity resulted in a plant community dominated by forage grasses with highaboveground biomass productivity and N content. The alpine meadow ecosystems inTibetan Plateau are very fragile and evolve under increasing grazing intensity by largeherbivores; therefore, deterioration of the plant-soil system, and possible declines insoil C and N, are potential without proper management in the future.

棘蛙族(Tribe Paini)隶两栖纲(Amphibia)、无尾目(Anura)、蛙科(Ranidae)、叉舌蛙亚科(Dicroglossinae),由棘蛙属(Paa)、倭蛙属(Nanorana) 和沙巴蛙属(Chaparana)构成(Dubois,1992)。由于特殊的形态特征和染色体核型,棘蛙族受到国内外学者的广泛重视和研究,但是到目前为止,棘蛙族的系统发育关系尚未明晰,族下属种的分类和归属问题还有待进一步研究和新的证据出现。本文通过光学显微镜、电子显微镜和石蜡切片对棘蛙族10 物种的精子和精巢进行研究,旨在了解棘蛙族精子的形态、量度、超微结构特征及不同季节精巢结构的变化规律,同时为棘蛙族的系统研究提供新的依据,也为棘蛙族濒危物种的保护和经济物种的繁殖提供基础资料。研究结果表明:棘蛙族各属物种精子的形态基本相似,精子整体呈线形,由头部、中片和尾部构成。精子头部呈长条状,顶体呈锥状,位于头部顶端并向前伸出,中片较长,尾部波动弯曲。棘蛙族各属物种精子量度差异较大,将各属物种精子头部、中片、尾部、头宽、尾宽的量度数据进行聚类分析,结果表明棘蛙族10 物种可分为三类:第一类包括棘侧蛙、合江棘蛙、小棘蛙、棘腹蛙和棘胸蛙,特点是精子较短,全长在72.6~103.35µm 之间;第二类包括倭蛙、高山倭蛙、腹斑倭蛙,特点是精子较长,全长在107.74~129.75µm 之间;第三类包括隆肛蛙和双团棘胸蛙,特点是精子最长,全长在145.89~165.84µm 之间。棘蛙族各属精子超微结构基本相似:精子头部由顶体、细胞核构成;中片由中心粒、线粒体构成;尾部由单根轴丝构成。精子顶体横切呈圆环状,细胞核电子密度高;线粒体为卵圆形,呈环状围绕轴丝排列,线粒体数目较多,约30层;尾部轴丝为典型的9+2结构,即由2根中央微管和9对外周微管组成。不同季节的倭蛙精巢结构变化表明倭蛙精巢每年只有一个生精周期,生精周期始于7 月,繁殖季节从5 月到6 月,生精高峰期为9 月;根据倭蛙不同季节精巢结构的变化,可将生精周期分为3 个阶段:第一阶段从7 月到9 月,为精子形成期;第二阶段从10 月到翌年4 月,为精子的贮存阶段,也即倭蛙的冬眠期;第三阶段从5 月到6 月,为精子的排放阶段,即倭蛙的繁殖期。不同季节的隆肛蛙精巢结构变化表明5 月为隆肛蛙的繁殖高峰期。根据棘蛙族各属精子的形态、量度和超微结构特征,结合已有的棘蛙族形态学、生态学、染色体核型及系统学研究成果,本文认为:1.基于精子数据对棘蛙族的划分和基于形态学及分子系统学数据对棘蛙族的划分均有相同之处,精子形态结构可为棘蛙族的系统研究提供新的证据。2. 棘蛙族各属精子的形态、量度及超微结构不仅与蛙科其他属种有明显差异,而且在无尾类中也较为特殊,精子学研究结果支持将棘蛙族从蛙科中分离出来,归隶于叉舌蛙科的叉舌蛙亚科的系统学修正。3. 精子的顶体、细胞核、中片的形态结构及量度可作为蛙科的分类指标。On the base of unique morphological and kyrotype characters, Dubois(1992)recognized three genera Paa, Narnorana, Chaparana as tribe Paini, which is amember of Dicroglossinae, Ranidae. In present study, the sperm shape, size andultrastructure of 10 paini species were investigated through the light and electronmicroscope, and testis structure of N. pleskei and F. quadrana was also studied. Wesuppose this study could offer some spermatological evidence to phylogeny andreproduction study of tribe Paini. The results were as follows:The sperm shape of tribe paini is homologically similar, the spermatozoa arefiliform, composed of elongate head, long mid-piece and waved tail. The acrosome isapically associated with the nucleus and extend anteriorly.The sperm length of tribe paini differ remarkably among genera. Cluster for thelength of sperm head, mid-piece, tail, total length, head-width, tail-width of ten painifrogs indicated the 10 species could be separated into three groups: GroupⅠcontainsP. shini, P. robertingeri, P. spinosa, P. exilispinosa, P. boulengeri, the spermatozoa ischaracterized with short in total length, ranging from 72.6µm to 103.35µm; GroupⅡcontains N. pleskei, N. parkeri, N. ventripunctata, the spermatozoa ischaracterized with relatively long in total length, ranging from 107.74µm to129.75µm; Group Ⅲ contains F. quadrana and P. yunnanensis, the spermatozoa is characterized with longest in total length, ranging from 145.89µm to 165.84µm. thethree groups based on spermatological data is partially match the classification basedon morphological and molecular data.The ultrastructure of spermatozoa in tribe paini is also basic similar, includingacrosome vescile, nuleus of the head proper, centriole, mitochondriol of themid-pieces, axoneme of the tail. The acrosome vescle is circle in TEM transversesection, the density of nucleus is high; The mitochondrions is oval, surrounding theaxial filament with about 30 layers of mitochondria; The axoneme has the typical 9+2pattern of microtubules.The seasonal changes in testis of N. pleskei indicates it has only onespermatogenesis circle, which begin in July, the reproduction season is from May toJune, the spermatogenesis is active in September. On the base of seasonal changes intestis, the spermatogenesis circle can be separated into three stages: In stageⅠfromJuly to September, spermatids are formed; In stage Ⅱ from October to April next year,the spermatozoa are stored in testis,which is the hibernated period; In stage Ⅲ fromMay to June, mature spermatozoa were released from the testis, which is thereproduction season of N. pleskei. As to F. quadrana, reproduction is active in May.With the previous study of morphology, ecology, karyotypes and phylogenyresearch of tribe Paini, the spermatological data in present study suggests:1. The spermatological classification of tribe paini is partially consistant with themorphological and molecular classification respectively.2.The sperm morphology and ultrustructure of tribe paini is unique not only inthe family Ranida but also in Anura, which suggest the tribe paini is monophyletic andmight be transfered from the family Ranida to the family Dicroglossidae based onmolecular evidence.3. The acrosome, nuleus, shape, length and ultrastructure of mid-piece can beused as an alternative taxonomic character in Anura.

本文主要研究了从造纸厂碱性土壤中筛选得到的,能够产生耐碱木聚糖酶的两株放线菌X24-14和X15-17。通过16 S rRNA基因序列分析并结合菌株的形态特征以及生理生化特性,初步认为菌株X15-17为拟诺卡氏菌属(Nocardiopsis)的一个潜在新种;菌株X24-14为纤维化纤维菌(Cellulosimicrobium cellulans)。 在此基础上探索了菌株X24-14和菌株X15-17所产木聚糖酶的基本酶学性质。研究发现,两株菌所产的木聚糖酶的耐碱性均较强: 1)菌株X24-14所产的木聚糖酶,在pH 4.2~9.4的范围内能维持较高的活力,pH 9.4条件下,仍能保持80%的酶活力;2)菌株X15-17所产的木聚糖酶在pH 4.0~9.0的范围内能维持较高的活力,pH 9.0条件下,仍能保持80%的酶活力;3)两株菌所产的木聚糖酶均具有较好的pH稳定性,在pH 2.0~11.0范围内稳定,pH 11.0、4 ℃条件下处理24 h仍具有75%的活力。 本文还重点研究了菌株X24-14在不同培养基成分及不同培养条件下的产酶情况,确定了其适宜的产酶条件。结果显示,菌株X24-14的最适碳源为麸皮;最适氮源为蛋白胨;最适产酶pH为pH 8.5。菌株X24-14适宜的产酶条件为:麸皮60 g/L,蛋白胨10 g/L,K2HPO4 7.0 g/L,pH 8.5,接种量为5%,37 ℃,200 r/min发酵培养108 h。 Two strains of actinomycetes, X24-14 and X15-17, which produced alkali-tolerant xylanase were screened from the soil samples collected from a pulp mill in china. Based on the morphological, physiochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence, X24-14 was priminarily identified as cellulosimicrobium cellulans ; X15-17 was priminarily identified as a new species of Nocardiopsis. The investigation examined the enzyme activities which produced by X24-14 and X15-17 under different pH and different temperatures. The results showed that : 1)The xylanase from X24-14 had characteristic of alkali-tolerance: It remains 80% relative activity at pH ranges between pH 4.2 and pH 9.4 under 50℃. 2)The xylanase from X15-17 also showed characteristic of alkali-tolerance, it remains 80% relative activity at pH ranges between pH 4.0and pH 9.0 under 50℃. 3)The xylanase from the two strains showed alkali-stable characteristics. They were stable at pH ranges between pH 2.0 and pH 11.0, showing 75% of its maximal activity remaining under 24 hours of treatment at 4℃. We also studied the effect of different growth conditions: carbon source, nitrogen sources, inoculum size, and initial pH on the production of xylanase of strain X24-14. The results showed that :The optimal carbon source was wheat bran; The optima nitrogen source was peptone; The maximum xylanase activity was achieved in the medium containing 60 g/L wheat bran, 10 g/L peptone, 7 g/L K2HPO4, inoculum size 5% and pH 8.5, under 37℃ in 108 h.

以人肝癌细胞系和正常肝细胞系为材料,报道了不同传能线密度射线辐射引发细胞染色体原初断裂及24h内的修复情况。计算了相对生物学效应的值。以L02染色体总断裂数量得出的RBE值96.05keV/μm的12C6+为3.6,512keV/μm36Ar18+为2.9。而以7721染色体总断裂数量得出的RBE值:96.05keV/μm的12C6+为3.5,512keV/μm36Ar18+也为2.9。用产生等点染色单体断裂计算,则RBE更高。对比得出,高LET对增加等点染色单体断裂量的作用要远远大于对增加染色单体断裂量的作用。等点染色单体的断裂修复难度要远远大于染色单体断裂的修复难度,这也是高LET高致死率的一个重要原因。

研究了~(169)Re的高自旋态能级结构,建立了组态为π9/2~-[514]的强耦合带和组态为π1/2~-[541]的退耦合带,推转壳模型(Cranked shell model)计算结果表明组态相关的不同形变能够解释这些转动带的不同带交叉频率,在已知的奇ARe核中,~(169)Re的9/2~-[514]转动带在低自旋时具有最大的能量旋称劈裂,当一对i_(13/2)中子顺排后,旋称劈裂发生了反转,并且劈裂的幅度非常显著地减少了,另外,还观测到了一个三准粒子激发带,并指定了它的最可能组态为π9/2~-[514](?)νAE。

Human hepatoma (SMMC-7721) and normal liver (L02) cells were irradiated with c-rays, 12C6+ and 36Ar18+ ion beams at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL). By using the Calyculin-A induced premature chromosome condensation technique, chromatid-type breaks and isochromatid-type breaks were scored separately. Tumor cells irradiated with heavy ions produced a majority of isochromatid break, while chromatid breaks were dominant when cells were exposed to c-rays. The relative biological effectiveness (RBE) for irradiation-induced chromatid breaks were 3.6 for L02 and 3.5 for SMMC-7721 cell lines at the LET peak of 96 keVlm 1 12C6+ ions, and 2.9 for both of the two cell lines of 512 keVlm 1 36Ar18+ ions. It suggested that the RBE of isochromatid-type breaks was pretty high when high-LET radiations were induced. Thus we concluded that the high production of isochromatid-type breaks, induced by the densely ionizing track structure, could be regarded as a signature of high-LET radiation exposure.

This study provides a useful biodosimetry protocol for radiation accidents that involve high doses of heavy particle radiation. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) were irradiated in vitro with high doses (5–50 Gy) of charged heavy-ion particles (carbon ions, at an effective linear-energy-transfer (LET) of 34.6 keV/ m), and were then stimulated to obtain dividing cells. PBLs were treated with 100nMcalyculin A to force chromosomes to condense prematurely, and chromosome spreads were obtained and stained with Giemsa. The G2 prematurely condensed chromosome (G2-PCC) index and the number of G2-PCC including fragments (G2-PCC-Fs) per cell for each radiation dose point were scored. Dose-effect relationships were obtained by plotting the G2-PCC indices or G2-PCC-Fs numbers against radiation doses. The G2-PCC index was greater than 5% up to doses of 15 Gy; even after a 30Gy radiation dose, the index was 1 to 2%. At doses higher than 30 Gy, however, the G2-PCC indices were close to zero. The number of G2-PCC-Fs increased steeply for radiation doses up to 30 Gy at a rate of 1.07 Gy−1. At doses higher than 30 Gy, the numbers of G2-PCC-Fs could not be accurately indexed because of the limited numbers of cells for analysis. Therefore, the number of G2-PCC-Fs could be used to estimate radiation doses up to 30 Gy. In addition, a G2-PCC index close to zero could be used as an indicator for radiation doses greater than 40 Gy.

To investigate the protective effects of melatonin against high-LET ionizing radiation, V79 Chinese hamster cells were irradiated with 100 keV/mu m carbon beam. Parallel experiments were performed with 200 kV X-rays. To avoid the impact from extra solvents, melatonin was dissolved directly in culture medium. Cells were cultured in melatonin medium for 1 hr before irradiation. Cell inactivation was measured with conventional colony forming assay, medium containing 6-thioguanine was used for the selection of mutants at hprt locus, and the cell cycle was monitored by flow cytometry. Both carbon beam and X-rays induced cell inactivation, hprt gene mutation and cell cycle G2 block dose-dependently. But carbon beam showed stronger effects as indicated by all three endpoints and the relative biological effectiveness (RBE) was 3.5 for cell killing (at 10% survival level) and 2.9 for mutation induction (at 5 x 10(-5) mutants/ cell level). Melatonin showed protective effects against ionizing radiation in a dose-dependent manner. In terms of cell killing, melatonin only increased the survival level of those samples exposed to 8Gy or larger of X-rays or 6 Gy or larger of carbon beam. In the induction of hprt mutation and G2 block, melatonin reduced such effects induced by carbon beam but not by X-rays. The results suggest that melatonin reduces the direct interaction of particles with cells rather than an indirect interaction. Further studies are required to disclose the underlying mechanisms.

The deformed doubly magic nucleus (270)Hs has so far only been observed as the four-neutron (4n) evaporation residue of the reaction Mg-26+Cm-248, where a maximum cross section of 3 pb was measured. Theoretical studies on the formation of (270)Hs in the 4n evaporation channel of fusion reactions with different entrance channel asymmetry in the framework of a two-parameter Smoluchowski equation predict that the reactions Ca-48+Ra-226 and S-36+U-238 result in higher cross sections due to lower reaction Q values, in contrast to simple arguments based on the reaction asymmetry, which predict opposite trends. Calculations using HIVAP predict cross sections for the reaction S-36+U-238 that are similar to those of the Mg-26+Cm-248 reaction. Here, we report on the first measurement of evaporation residues formed in the complete nuclear fusion reaction S-36+U-238 and the observation of (270)Hs, which is produced in the 4n evaporation channel, with a measured cross section of 0.8(-0.7)(+2.6) pb at 51-MeV excitation energy. The one-event cross-section limits (68% confidence level) for the 3n, 4n, and 5n evaporation channels at 39-MeV excitation energy are 2.9 pb, while the cross-section limits of the 3n and 5n channel at 51 MeV are 1.5 pb. This is significantly lower than the 5n cross section of the Mg-26+Cm-248 reaction at similar excitation energy.

能量为140 MeV的27Al束流轰击145Nd氧化靶,通过145Nd (27Al,4nγ)168Ta熔合蒸发反应对双奇核168Ta的高自旋态进行了实验研究。扩展了基于πh11/2(9/2-[514])νi13/2(5/2+[402])和πd5/2(5/2+[402])νi13/2(5/2+[642])准粒子组态下的转动带能级纲图。根据实验测量结果,对两转动带的准粒子顺排特征作了分析。通过B(M1)/B(E2)的理论与实验值比较以及168Ta相邻双奇核能级间隔系统性,进一步确定了两转动带的准粒子组态和能级的自旋宇称

恶性梗阻性黄疸(malignant obstructive jaundice,MOJ)发现时多为晚期,如不治疗生存期仅3个月。由于肿瘤位置特殊、患者一般情况较差,仅5%~20%的患者可行外科切除和分流手术,并且手术死亡率相当高,分流术病死率高达10%~43%。1974年Molnar和Stocknm首先采用PTCD术(经皮肝胆管内外引流术,Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangic Drainage,PTCD),使MOJ患者的临床症状得到缓解, 获得进一步治疗的机会。1989年金属支架开始应用于胆道系统,恢复了胆汁的生理性引流,并使大多数患者拔除引流管,提高了生活质量,成为非手术治疗MOJ的首选方法。但肿瘤生长是造成支架堵塞、黄疸复发的主要原因。文献报道MOJ患者放置金属支架后,支架堵塞的概率达20%~86%,其中大多数由肿瘤生长通过支架网眼或超过支架边缘引起。因此,在支架置放的同时如何积极控制肿瘤生长成为提高疗效的关键问题。MOJ的局部治疗方法有多种,但都存在不足之处。国内学者采用动脉化疗栓塞结合PTCD或支架置放的方法治疗MOJ,使患者的生存期得到延长。但引起MOJ的胆管癌、淋巴结转移癌、胰腺癌、壶腹癌多为少血供肿瘤,而且由于血供特殊,大部分病例碘油沉积欠佳,因此动脉化疗栓塞对这类肿瘤的作用是有限的。外辐照治疗对胆管癌、淋巴结转移癌、胰腺癌、壶腹癌等引起MOJ的肿瘤有一定疗效,并与胆道引流术结合应用于上述肿瘤引起的MOJ。由于瘤体周围有肝脏、胰腺、胃肠道、肾脏等对射线敏感的器官, 限制了外辐照剂量,影响了疗效的提高。近几年,一种斩新的治疗手段正在应用于临床,就是通过PTCD手术时建立的通道再行腔内辐照治疗(核素内辐照治疗),可以较好的控制肿瘤继续生长,抑制支架再狭窄的发生,可使MOJ的治疗取得更好的效果。本研究的目的就是探索胆道内辐照支架制作的可行性,并设计特别的施源器,其具体方法可以简述为:以球囊扩张器扩张重度狭窄胆管+置入特制的二腔单囊管+腔内低剂量率放疗+腔内热频热疗+胆管引流等联合方法治疗。同时,就该二腔单囊管内辐照支架的安全性进行动物实验,从分子生物学、核医学的角度阐述了实验研究的机理和病理改变,同时进行了临床的应用研究,探讨胆道支架发生再阻塞的相关因素及对策,进一步提高(MOJ)患者的生存期。本工作结果总结如下: 1 对放射源和施源器均进行了改进,放射源为液态放射性核素131I,施源器为可调节的长柱形球囊,是专门设计的硅橡胶二腔单囊管,其功能为:中腔通接胆管腔(蓝色),具有引流胆汁作用;另一腔管连接球囊(绿色),是长柱状形可调节长短的球囊,囊内装填放射性液态核素131I;囊内还设置射频加热电极,能加热升温。另外,还可以根据肿瘤的大小和长度,来调节施源器的长度(长柱形球囊),一般照射长度超出支架两端1-2cm。二腔单囊管内辐照支架的特点:剂量分布合理,低剂量率效应,射线能量适中,放疗、热疗同步实施,引流、扩张和局部用药作用。与其他治疗方法比较,这一核医学治疗技术的最大优点是:大直径柱状液态源,近似面源,液囊适形病变胆管腔,均匀贴紧病灶壁,剂量分布合理,γ射线能量适中,低剂量率持续照射,同时联合射频温热治疗及胆道引流、局部用药对症处理等。 2 动物实验研究结果指出,囊装液态131I支架对胆管壁的放射性损伤随131I放射性活度的增加而逐渐加重,呈现明显的放射性活度效应关系。而普通支架组胆管壁无放射性损伤,但是胆管壁粘膜层和肌层增生较131I支架组重,胆管出现再狭窄倾向。本研究为临床合理应用131I支架治疗胆管癌及胆管良性狭窄选择合适的131I放射性活度,提供了必要的剂量学和基础研究依据。 3 动物实验研究结果表明,131I支架组犬胆管组织Fas表达较普通支架组明显,且其表达水平的变化与犬胆管壁平滑肌细胞凋亡的检测结果相同。131I支架组胆管腔面积比普通支架组明显增加,胆管狭窄程度比普通支架组轻。这主要是由于131I辐射促进Fas 基因表达,诱导增殖性平滑肌细胞凋亡,从而减轻胆管损伤后愈合过程中的管腔狭窄。 4. 胆道恶性梗阻胆道腔内囊装液态131I辐照治疗施源的直径为8mm时是胆管充分扩张的最低限度,根据近距离放疗的剂量学特点,它能保证胆管癌腔内辐照治疗时将施源管因素导致的放疗反应和局部肿瘤复发减至最低。并具有创伤小,操作简单,疗效明显,易被患者接受的特点。 5.囊装液态131I治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸(肝门部胆管癌18例),临床疗效满意,随访7~21个月,3个月生存率83.33 %(15/ 18);6个月生存率72.22%(13/18);9个月生存率56.25%(12/16);12个月生存率46.15%(6/13),15个月生存率36.33%(4/11);18个月生存率22.22%(2/9),21个月生存率28.57%(2/7)。4例发生并发症,其中2例为放射性胆管炎胆道出血,1例为胆汁性腹膜炎,另1例是胰瘘胰腺炎

以沈糯3号为研究材料,利用开顶式气室(OTCs)法研究了二氧化碳(CO2)浓度升高处理下,玉米叶片叶绿素含量、光合生理特性及其子粒产量的变化,揭示CO2浓度升高对玉米光合生理特性及子粒产量的影响机理。结果表明,在整个生育期内,与对照相比,高浓度CO2处理下,玉米叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素(a+b)的含量增加,而叶绿素a/b的值则先升高后降低;在整个处理期间,净光合速率均高于对照(p>0.05),升高幅度为12.6%~71.1%,气孔导度低于对照(p>0.05),其降低幅度为2.9%~18.8%。处理至抽雄期和灌浆期,胞间CO2浓度分别增加152%和161%,均极显著高于对照(p<0.01);蒸腾速率的变化较小。高浓度CO2处理下,玉米穗粒数和穗粒重均明显高于对照(p<0.05)。CO2浓度升高在一定程度上促进了玉米的光合作用,从而使玉米子粒产量增加。
