通过室温和350℃注Mn后热退火,在GaAs/AlGaAs超晶格中引入了不同的亚微米磁性颗粒.利用原子力显微镜、能量散射X射线谱、X射线衍射和交变梯度磁强计研究了该颗粒膜材料的结构和磁学性质.通过比较这些颗粒的饱和磁化强度、剩余磁化强度、矫顽力和剩磁比,发现350℃注Mn的样品含有MnGa和MnAs两种磁性颗粒,而室温注Mn的样品主要含有MnAs颗粒.

在2×1.7串列加速器上,利用装有CCD的Spectrapro-500i光谱单色仪的测量装置,采用束-箔方法,在2 MeV束能下研究350-450 nm波长范围的离化态氧原子光谱。本文报道在350-450 nm范围已确定的182条光谱线,这些谱线大都属于O II到O IV原子的n、1能级间的跃迁的弱谱线。实验结果与现有的一些理论一致。实验发现,有28条谱线在以前的文献中没有报道。

Molybdenum L-shell X-rays were produced by Xeq+ (q = 25-30) bombardment at low energies from 2.65 to 4.55 keV/amu (350-600 keV). We observed a kinetic energy threshold of Mo L-shell ionization down to 2.65-3.03 keV/amu (350-400 keV). The charge state effect of the incident ions was not observed which shows that the ions were neutralized, reaching an equilibrium charge state and losing their initial charge state memory before production of L-shell vacancies resulted in X-ray production. The experimental ionization cross sections were compared with those from Binary Encounter Approximation theory. Taking into account projectile deflection in the target nuclear Coulomb field, the ionization cross section of Mo L-shell near the kinetic energy threshold was well described. In this paper, a new process is proposed to recover rare earths from nitric acid leaching of apatite without interfering with the normal route for fertilizer production using solvent extraction with dimethyl heptyl methyl phosphonate CH3P(O)(OC8H17)(2) (P-350, B). In the present work, the leaching conditions are studied. In selected condition, apatite was dissolved in 20% (v/v) nitric acid solution at 60-70 degrees C while agitating. The most suitable acidity for extraction is 0.4 M HNO3. More than 98% of rare earths in apatite can be recovered using countercurrent extraction process with six stages when phase ratio = 0.5, and defluorination is unnecessary. The influences of phase ratio, stage number, acidity and salting-out agent on extractabilities Of P-350 are studied. The results show that rare earths can be separated with P-350 from Ca, P, Fe and other impurities. Mixed rare earth oxides (REO) of which purity is more than 95% with yield over 98% can be obtained.

本文采用恒界面池法研究了诸因素对甲基磷酸二甲庚酯(P_(350))从硝酸体系中萃取Nd(Ⅲ)动力学的影响,求得反应的表观活化能为11.8kJ/mol,从实验结果推论出萃取过程为界面化学反应的控制机理,得出萃取反应速率方程,并提出中性磷氧萃取剂在萃取金属离子过程中可能存在阳离子交换反应机理。

Since hydration forces become very strong at short range and are particularly important for determining the magnitude of the adhesion between two surfaces or interaction energy, the influences of the hydration force and elastic strain energy due to hydration-induced layering of liquid molecules close to a solid film surface on the stability of a solid film in a solid-on-liquid (SOL) nanostructure are studied in this paper. The liquid of this thin SOL structure is a kind of water solution. Since the surface forces play an important role in the structure, the total free energy change of SOL structures consists of the changes in the bulk elastic energy within the solid film, the surface energy at the solid-liquid interface and the solid-air interface, and highly nonlinear volumetric component associated with interfacial forces. The critical wavelength of one-dimensional undulation, the critical thickness of the solid film, and the critical thickness of the liquid layer are studied, and the stability regions of the solid film have been determined. Emphasis is placed on calculation of critical values, which are the basis of analyzing the stability of the very thin solid film.

The transition from hard to soft magnetic behaviour with increasing quenching rate is shown for Nd60WAl10Fe20Co10 melt-spun ribbons with different thickness. Microstructure and magnetic domain structure of ribbons were studied by magnetic force microscopy (MFM). Particle sizes < 5 nm decreasing gradually with increasing quenching rate were deduced from topographic images which differ from large-scale magnetic domains with a periodicity of about 350 nm in all ribbons irrespective the coercivity. This indicates that the magnetic properties of the alloy are governed by interaction of small magnetic particles. It is concluded that the presence of short-range-ordered structures with a local ordering similar to the Al metastable Nd-Fe binary phase is responsible for the hard magnetic properties in samples subjected to relatively low quenching rate.

Anodic bonding with thin films of metal or alloy as an intermediate layer, finds increasing applications in micro/nanoelectromechanical systems. At the bonding temperature of 350 degrees C, voltage of 400 V, and 30 min duration, the anodic bonding is completed between Pyrex glass and crystalline silicon coated with an aluminum thin film with a thickness comprised between 50 and 230 nm. Sodium-depleted layers and dendritic nanostructures were observed in Pyrex 7740 glass adjacent to the bonding interface. The sodium depletion width does not increase remarkably with the thickness of aluminum film. The dendritic nanostructures result from aluminum diffusion into the Pyrex glass. This experimental research is expected to enhance the understanding of how the depletion layer and dendritic nanostructures affect the quality of anodic bonding. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. The bonding of glass wafer to aluminum foils in multi-layer assemblies was made by the common anodic bonding process. The bonding was performed at temperatures in the range 350-450 degrees C and with an applied voltage in the range 400-700 V under a pressure of 0.05 MPa. Residual stress and deformation in samples of two-layer (aluminum/glass) and three-layer (glass/aluminum/glass) were analyzed by nonlinear finite element simulation software MARC. The stress and strain varying with cooling time were obtained. The analyzed results show that deformation of the three-layer sample is significantly smaller than that of the two-layer sample, because of the symmetric structure of the three-layer sample. This has an important advantage in MEMS fabrication. The maximum equivalent stresses locate in the transition layer in both samples, which will become weakness in bonded sample.

Fracture owing to the coalescence of numerous microcracks can be described by a simple statistical model, where a coalescence event stochastically occurs as the number density of nucleated microcracks increases. Both numerical simulation and statistical analysis reveal that a microcrack coalescence process may display avalanche behavior and that the final failure is catastrophic. The cumulative distribution of coalescence events in the vicinity of critical fracture follows a power law and the fracture profile has self-affine fractal characteristic. Some macromechanical quantities may be traced back and extracted from the mesoscopic process based on the statistical analysis of coalescence events.

本文述及高频等离子法制取超细Si_3N_4粉末的原理、装置,工艺参数及粉末性能的一些检测结果。利用SiCl_4+NH_3气-气相反应,所得白色粉末含有NH_4Cl晶体,热重分析表明350℃失重停止,280℃失重速率最快,经400~700℃处理后的粉末仍为非晶,不含NH_4Cl,BET测得比表面积为75.8 m~2/g,X光小角度散射法测粒子半径分布主峰R为100~150,且符合正态对数分布规律,平均直径=527;1400℃处理后,X光衍射测得主相为α-Si_3N_4、次相为Si_2N_2O,粒径明显长大,平均直径达1700。

利用我们在文献[1]中提出的贵金属赝势与重迭能形式计算了Cu、Ag和Au在OK的二阶弹性常数的压力导数与三阶弹性常数。五个待定参数用零温零压下晶体的总能、三个二阶弹性常数以及晶格常数的实验值确定。理论计算与实验的比较表明,本文对于Au的计算结果比其他作者的计算结果更接近于实验值。
