The aim of this paper is to find an empirical connection between the impressive increase in the use of temporary contracts in Spain and the observed increase in age at marriage and maternity. Using a pool of the six available waves of individual information from the European Household Panel for Spain, we find that holding temporary contracts rather than permanent ones delays marriage for males, but not for females. Concerning maternity, the labor market situation of both members of the household affects entry into motherhood. In particular, if woman has a temporary contract rather than a permanent one, motherhoods is delayed independently of the husband's contract. As expected, postponement of maternity is not found for non-working women. These results give strong support to the career planning, motive to delay maternity in Spain, given that an unstable labor market situation of female workers is found to be the main deterrent to entry into motherhood.

Jakin dakigunez, Heziketa Fisikoko irakasle moduan gure helburua ikasleen garapen integrala ematea da. Horretarako, prestatu eta proposatu beharreko edukiak ahalik eta osatuagoak lantzea ezinbestekoa bilakatzen da. Lan horretan, jakina da saio bakoitzean planteatutako ekintza edo jarduera guztiak jokaera motorrak osatutako aspektuak jaso edo landu behar direla. Ekintza hauek, arlo biologikoa, arlo emozionala, harremanen arloa eta arlo kognitiboa barneratzen dituelarik. Lan hau aurrera eramateko orduan, aldiz, arlo emozionalean oinarritu naiz, ikerketaren norabidea alderdi honetara bideratuz . Izan ere, lan honen bitartez alderdi emozionalari garrantzia emateaz gain, Heziketa Fisikoan duen garrantzia azpimarratzen da. Bertan, egoera motor bakoitzean (Psikomotoreak ala soziomotoreak; eta soziomotorretan aurkaritzakoak, lankidetzakoak eta, lankidetza-aurkaritzakoak) ematen diren emozio positiboak ikertzen dira. Ikerketa hau, Bilbon, Irala auzoko Gallego Gorria eskolako bosgarren eta seigarren mailako ikasleei bideratu zaie. Guztira 64 ikaslek parte hartu dute. Ikerketako datuak jasotzeko prozedura ez da metodologia batean oinarritu, baizik eta metodologia kualitatiboaren zein kuantitatiboaren bitartez bideratu da. Horrela, ikerketa ezberdinak burutu eta emaitzak interpretatu ostean datu batzuk jaso ditut: Heziketa Fisikoak emozio positiboak eragiten dizkio ikasleei, jolas soziomotoreen eta psikomotoreen artean, emozio positiboak jolas soziomotorretan ematen direla, eta hauen barnean ematen diren esperientzia ezberdinetatik, ikasleek aurkaritzalankidetza jolasetan biltzen dituztela emozio positiboak.

Kv7.2 (KCNQ2) is the principal molecular component of the slow voltage gated M-channel, which strongly influences neuronal excitability. Calmodulin (CaM) binds to two intracellular C-terminal segments of Kv7.2 channels, helices A and B, and it is required for exit from the endoplasmic reticulum. However, the molecular mechanisms by which CaM controls channel trafficking are currently unknown. Here we used two complementary approaches to explore the molecular events underlying the association between CaM and Kv7.2 and their regulation by Ca2+. First, we performed a fluorometric assay using dansylated calmodulin (D-CaM) to characterize the interaction of its individual lobes to the Kv7.2 CaM binding site (Q2AB). Second, we explored the association of Q2AB with CaM by NMR spectroscopy, using N-15-labeled CaM as a reporter. The combined data highlight the interdependency of the N- and C-lobes of CaM in the interaction with Q2AB, suggesting that when CaM binds Ca2+ the binding interface pivots between the N-lobe whose interactions are dominated by helix B and the C-lobe where the predominant interaction is with helix A. In addition, Ca2+ makes CaM binding to Q2AB more difficult and, reciprocally, the channel weakens the association of CaM with Ca2+.
