"Notice. The following lines originated in the year 1808, from the application of an individual in the state of Georgia, to his correspondent in this country, requesting information concerning the people, who, at that time greatley excited the attention of the public, in different parts of the United States; but as the correspondent felt inadequate to the task, he applied to the society to furnish the information themselves; which, accordingly, was done, by one of the young Believers, in manner and form following ...
