This two-hour workshop will provide an overview of the current patterns for implementing RDF in Hydra repositories. Developers will have a hands-on opportunity to implement simple metadata models described using RDF. The workshop will show how to use existing predicate vocabularies as well as building custom RDF predicate vocabularies for use in Hydra. Current models for RDF serialization and storage will also be covered. Attendees will leave with an understanding of the key issues to consider when developing RDF-based Hydra object models.
