Toimintasuunnitelman laatiminen ohutlevytuotteita ja hitsauskokoonpanoja valmistavalle yritykselle

Tämän diplomityön tavoitteena oli luoda ohutlevytuotteita ja hitsauskokoonpanoja valmistavalle yritykselle kokonaisvaltainen toimintasuunnitelma ja esitellä erilaisia tuotantomalleja case-esimerkkien avulla. Työn aikana kartoitettiin yrityksennykytilannetta ja ongelmakohtia, pohdittiin nykyistä konekantaa ja löytyneitä pullonkauloja. Lisäksi suunniteltiin korjaustoimenpiteitä ja mitä tulisi tehdä, kun tulevaisuudessa yrityksen liikevaihto tulee kasvamaan ja yritystä tullaan laajentamaan. Pääpaino oli myös laskelmilla, joissa selvitettiinmahdollisten investointien tuntihintaa. Tuntihinnan avulla laadittiin taulukoita, joiden avulla ulosmyyntihinta on helppo määrittää. Tuntihinta kytkettiin sijoitetulle pääomalle haluttuun tuottoprosenttiin.

The objective of this Master's thesis was to create a comprehensive plan of operations for the target company, which produces sheet metal products and welding assemblies. With the assistance of case-studies the good and the negative characteristics of production models were brought out. During the examination, the company's present situation and black spots were plotted. Also the machinery base and bottlenecks were analyzed. Actions of improvement were planned for a situation that company's revenue will increase in the future and the shop will be enlargement. A big amount of stress lies on calculations, in which the machine price per hour was clarified for possible investments. The tables of selling price were created with the help of the hourly costs. The price per hour was linked with desired return on investment (ROI)
