综述了扫描探针显微镜(SPM)系统中显微镜主体部分的各种结构方式，分析其优缺点，对新型SPM的设计提供了参考。 Various configurations of the principal part of scanning probe microscopes (SPM) are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail for reference of designing and fabricating novel SPMs. |
