Viranomaisvaatimusten mukaisten putkistojen hankinta, asennus ja korjaus

Tämän työn tarkoituksena oli kirjallisuustutkimuksen ja aikaisemmin valmistuneiden putkitöiden avulla määritellä ohjeistus viranomaisvaatimusten mukaisten putkistojen valmistamista varten. Tarkasteluesimerkkeinä oli kolme erilaista putkityötä. Näiden seikkojen kautta vahvistui käsitys ohjeistuksen tarpeellisuudesta, mikä oli jo työn tavoitteissa yhtenä päämääränä. Aluksi selvitetään lainsäädäntöä ja sitä, mitä laki vaati putkistoilta. Seuraavaksi tarkastellaan standardeja valmistuksen näkökannalta ja siitä seurauksena syntyi valmistusohje. Sen jälkeen käsitellään putkistoista tehtyjä dokumentaatioita, joita oli jo valmistettu lainsäädännön vaihtumisen jälkeen. Kokoamalla em. tutkimukset on saatu aikaiseksi ohjeistus, jota seuraamallavalmistaja voi valmistaa putkiston, joka täyttää lain ja asetuksen vaatimuksen.Tässä työssä ei tarkasteltu tuotannon tehostamista asennusolosuhteissa eikä laatutavoitteita. Tuloksena syntyi ohjeistus, joka huomioi erilaiset lait ja asetukset, kun kyseessä on putkistojen hankinta, asennus tai korjaus putkistoissa, joita viranomaismääräykset ja asetukset valvovat. Putkistojen asennuksen ja tuotannon tehostaminen sekä automatisoinnin tai mekanisoinnin käyttö hitsauksessa ja hitsauksen laadun varmistus voivat olla tämän diplomityön jälkeisiä tutkimusaiheita.

Hitsaustuotannon tehostaminen mekanisoinnin keinoin

Mekanisoinnin ja automaation osuuden lisääminen hitsaustuotannossa on eräs keino hitsaavan teollisuuden kilpailukyvyn tehostamiseksi. Tässä työssä tutkittiin hitsaustyön tehostamista mekanisoinnin keinoin. Työ tehtiin Rämö Oy:n konepajalla Imatralla, todellisia tuotantokappaleita vastaavilla koekappaleilla. Teoriaosuudessa on läpikäyty hitsauksen mekanisointia, kappaleenkäsittelyä ja erilaisia hitsausprosesseja. Osuudessa on käsitelty myös mekanisoidun hitsauksen laatua ja laadunvarmistusta. Kohdeyrityksen tuotannon nykytilanteen kartoitus on esitetty tässä osuudessa. Käytännön osuudessa on käsitelty hitsauskokeiden suoritus, kokeiden tulokset sekä niiden analysointi. Tuloksista voidaan todeta kevytmekanisoinnin olevan kustannustehokas keino hitsaustyön tehokkuuden sekä laadun parantamiseksi. Työn tuloksia tullaan käyttämään hyödyksi kehitettäessä hitsaavaa tuotantoa Rämö Oy:ssä.

A proposal of formation in health/nursing built on classic science, on reducing thought and flexnerian paradigm is insufficient to comprehend and intervening with an amplified way on health needs of population, given that it is produced by fragmentation of knowledge, rationalization of thought, mechanizing and biological attitudes. It is necessary that formation in health/nursing allows the construction of effectiveness of principles and guidelines of Unique System of Health (Sistema Único de Saúde - SUS). In this context of emergency of a complex formation in health/nursing, life trajectories and formation of the nurses: Abigail Moura, Francisca Valda and Raimunda Germano are examples of transgressor and successful experiences which allow inquietude, changing and transforming formation patterns and self-formation. The present study is built from the comprehension of method as strategy , defended by Morin and complexity sciences. Has as objects building biographies of formation of these three nurses who express a formation model more totalizing and humanitarian, analyzing and discussing starting from the three biographic fragments guiding principles for the current process of formation in health/nursing. From the biographies, the courage and humbleness emerge as landmarking principles of their experiences. Humbleness neither as self-depreciation nor humiliation but as consciousness of our uncompleted and unfinished essence, acceptance of boundaries and potential and reduction of intellectual vanity. Courage, for its part, is the human pulsing, uncertain for nature, which brings us to act, to face and persevere on moments of fear and difficulties. A formation in health and nursing based on courage and humbleness allows the subjects to be taken away from indifference, arrogance, inertia, pragmatism: bets on ethic and political subjects capable of minimizing unequal, inhumane and excluding processes. Uncertainty Estimation for Performance Evaluation of a Confocal Microscope as Metrology Equipment

Both in industry and research, the quality control of micrometric manufactured parts is based on the measurement of parameters whose traceability is sometimes difficult to guarantee. In some of these parts, the confocal microscopy shows great aptitudes to characterize a measurand qualitatively and quantitatively. The confocal microscopy allows the acquisition of 2D and 3D images that are easily manipulated. Nowadays, this equipment is manufactured by many different brands, each of them claiming a resolution probably not in accord to their real performance. The Laser Center (Technical University of Madrid) has a confocal microscope to verify the dimensions of the micro mechanizing in their own research projects. The present study pretends to confirm that the magnitudes obtained are true and reliable. To achieve this, a methodology for confocal microscope calibration is proposed, as well as an experimental phase for dimensionally valuing the equipment by 4 different standard positions, with its seven magnifications and the six objective lenses that the equipment currently has, in the x–y and z axis. From the results the uncertainty will be estimated along with an effect analysis of the different magnifications in each of the objective lenses.

Elaboração de ferramenta computacional para aprendizado da anatomia do pescoço

The teaching-learning process requires a constant search on the part of educators for didatic innovations aimed at improving learning. Among these are technological innovations our students are familiar with. In human anatomy teaching, these innovations are increasingly important, since the need for “mechanizing” many structures may make learning tiresome and nonstimulating for students. The search for new technologies may make this process simpler. Another important issue is the need to constantly emphasize applying the knowledge in question, in order for students to better understand the meaning of learning. Accordingly, this project aims to develop an interactive tablet application for neck anatomy. This application will function as a guide to dissection, containing text, photographs, drawings and videos, distributed systematically, with a script emphasizing the clinical and surgical importance of neck anatomy.
