O surgimento das redes sociais e da Web 2.0 mudou o processo de disseminação da informação em todo o mundo. Estas ferramentas alteraram as relações de comportamento e aproximaram pessoas comuns de agentes públicos e instituições. Com este trabalho propõe-se analisar as melhores estratégias utilizadas na rede para aumentar a visibilidade e consolidar a credibilidade do parlamentar. Para isso, serão analisados os métodos adotados por seis empresas especializadas em mídias sociais, bem como experiências bem-sucedidas de sete políticos que se utilizam desses mecanismos. Entre as técnicas de coleta de dados usadas estão entrevistas qualitativas semiestruturadas e semiabertas. O estudo conclui que as mídias sociais são ferramentas muito poderosas que, quando utilizadas corretamente, trazem muitos benefícios para o mandato do parlamentar e para a conexão eleitoral.

Introdução: O uso das redes sociais digitais vem sendo um importante aliado nas atividades de ensino e aprendizagem. Objetivo: A pesquisa avaliou a percepção dos alunos e professores sobre o uso dessas novas ferramentas em ambiente educacional. Métodos: Foram distribuídos dois tipos de questionários online a alunos e professores de cursos de Saúde de duas instituições de ensino superior do ABC Paulista, respondidos por 55 alunos e 19 professores. Com base nesses dados, identificamos afirmações qualitativas para avaliar percepções dos dois grupos sobre o uso de redes sociais digitais em ambiente educacional. Resultados: Observou‑se que os alunos estão mais familiarizados com as ferramentas digitais e que parte dos docentes as conhece, mas não as utilizam. O Youtube e o Facebook foram as mídias mais referenciadas e usadas por ambos os públicos. Os alunos apontaram formas de utilização extraclasse para as ferramentas digitais. Conclusão: Mídias sociais podem ser utilizadas como ferramentas educativas, mas os professores precisam ser sensibilizados e capacitados para o uso; alunos podem encontrar opções de compartilhamento e produção de conhecimento coletivo no ambiente virtual de educação em saúde.

This study discusses about the practice of communication in libraries from the appropriation of the resources of web 2.0, particularly social media, establishing from the aspects of mediatization new communication scenarios in their environments. Aims at understanding how in the contemporary society, the libraries, that symbolize traditional space in the search for information and knowledge, modify their contexts through technological resources involved in your scenario, and specifically checks as the process of mediatization is inserted into the communication practices and interaction of libraries, noting the relevance of the ownership of social media, especially twitter and facebook, by the libraries of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN. Use as methodological procedures, a theoretical approach concerning the conceptual research to investigate issues relating to social media, communication practice, mediatization and network society, and is characterized by being a descriptive exploratory research, of qualitative nature with adoption of the inductive method, using interviews and direct observation, analyzing reconfiguration scenario of university libraries located in UFRN. Thus, with the of the study, expected to be possible to give an overview of how to establish the use of social media in the scenario investigated by checking the new possibilities of communication, outreach services, information dissemination and interaction with user

This proposed project is to analyze the strategies for building and maintaining relationships, as well as the possibilities of intervention of the public relations in the virtual world. For this purpose, we used the multicase study of beer brands - Devassa, Nova Schin, Heineken, Skol and Brahma - to verify their roles in the communication process in their social media channels. Analyses were based on communication theories covering concepts such as the Excellence in Public Relations, the questioning about the definition of public flashing and discussion about the processes of interaction mediated by the Internet. The evaluation of the channels covered the period of 30 days and that the end of the checks it was found that most brands promote specific actions with surface interconnections between media channels, referring only to the effectiveness of social networks like Twitter, Facebook and Orkut in order to consolidate of relationships

The web has emerged as an important media. For the first time, people are highly connected, and users start to have lots of possibilities for expression and collaboration. Internet users contribute more and more to influence the preferences of your contact network. Organizations are beginning to discover that the power of influence networks is becoming more efficient than traditional marketing: people believe in what other people say, peers believe in peers. There is a new actor who builds preferences, who is constantly active in communication: the customer who narrates, on social networks, his experiences with a product, and makes his contacts become loyal customers or the most ardent critics of an organization. Transforming followers into disseminators is one of the biggest challenges of organizations in social media. The growing concern of experts in organizational communication with appropriate business relationships with its various stakeholders through digital platforms causes an upgrowth on the number of studies on the topic of social media. The social network communication receives analysis in different approaches, ranging from behavioral changes to the instrumentalization of these tools for marketing, relationship and information exchange. This paper aims to analyze the social media monitoring as a specific instrument of Public Relations. Indeed, in the current context this is the most suitable professional to establish the relationship between organizations and their online audiences. Its function is to be manager of communications, mediating and instituting relationships, caring image and reputation of the organization and conducting strategic planning. This case study sought to monitor the Virada Cultural de Bauru through social media's own audience. For this purpose, two types of free tools - Socialmention and Topsy - sustained the diagnosis that turned data into information to be used by this professional communication. The balance shows the power of social media and how they are able to reflect the wishes of consumers, providing often the necessary tools for an efficient communication
