Cualquier investigador de la economía o de la historia social y militar de la Grecia antigua conoce sobradamente la obra de Yvon Garlan. Sus trabajos, sin excepción, son imprescindibles para el estudio de la guerra (Garlan 1972, 1974 Y 1989), de la esclavitud (Garlan 1982, 1984 Y 19952), de la economía de la antigüedad helena y, en estrecha relación con ésta, de la producción, distribución y epigrafía anfórica (Garlan 1988, 1999a, 1999b, Empereur y Garlan 1986, 1987, 1992, 1997). La lista de títulos sería interminable, pero si tuviésemos que destacar cuáles son los rasgos que definen la producción intelectual del autor francés ellos serían, sin duda, el rigor y conocimiento de todo tipo de fuentes, así como la visión de historiador total que vertebra cada uno de sus trabajos.

Um modo de ler um livro-biblioteca: a reescritura perecquiana na composição de La vie mode d'emploi

This article presents and analyses some aspects of Georges Perec's composition as shown in his book Life: a user's manual (1978). Starting with the image of a ""book-library"", composed by some of Perec's literary 'models', and discussing the theory of intextertuality and rewriting, we propose to analyse some possible approximations between Perec and Flaubert, especially in the latter's Bouvard and Pecuchet (1881).

Dans la modernité émerge et s'individualise la figure de l'auteur, livrée à la curiosité biographique d'un public croissant. Présent sur la scène littéraire, décrit et jugé par ses pairs comme par des anonymes, l'auteur assume désormais une présentation de soi qui constitue sa posture. Quality management Self-evaluation of the organisation Citizens/customers satisfaction Impact on society evaluation Key performance evaluation Good practices comparison (Benchmarking) Continuous improvement In professional environments, when quality assessment of museums is discussed, one immediately thinks of the honourableness of the directors and curators, the erudition and specialisation of knowledge, the diversity of the gathered material and study of the collections, the collections conservation methods and environmental control, the regularity and notoriety of the exhibitions and artists, the building’s architecture and site, the recreation of environments, the museographic equipment design. We admit that the roles and attributes listed above can contribute to the definition of a specificity of museological good practice within a hierarchised functional perspective (the museum functions) and for the classification of museums according to a scale, validated between peers, based on “installed” appreciation criteria, enforced from above downwards, according to the “prestige” of the products and of those who conceive them, but that say nothing about the effective satisfaction of the citizen/customers and the real impact on society. There is a lack of evaluation instruments that would give us a return of all that the museum is and represents in contemporary society, focused on being and on the relation with the other, in detriment of the ostentatious possession and of the doing in order to meet one’s duties. But it is only possible to evaluate something by measurement and comparison, on the basis of well defined criteria, from a common grid, implicating all of the actors in the self-evaluation, in the definition of the aims to fulfil and in the obtaining of results.

The present work seeks to investigate and discuss about the Greek Tragedy s elements at Ariano Suassuna s romance called τ Romance d A Pedra do Reino e o Principe do Sangue do Vai e Volta, connecting it directly to mythic, epic, poetic, and romances aspects at his work. The romance has as the protagonist the backcountry Pedro Dinis Quaderna. Quaderna is a character which is simultaneously popular, elitist, enigmatic, naive, and an intellectual man that has a great erudition. Quaderna is a character that seeks, by using the Literature, to reestablish a Brazilian backcountry kingdom which he s supposedly the king, always trying to empathizes the Brazilian northeast region like if it was a nation apart. By impressing a national personality to the Brazilian northeast , Quaderna tries to become an epic poet just like Homer, denoting a strong influence of the Epopee. Quaderna, just like many characters of Greek Tragedy, has at his family past time a lot of tragic circumstances. These facts that ocurred to his relativos like the your uncle Pedro Sebastião Garcia Barreto s death, the disappearement of his cousin Sinésio, and the contest between the brothers Arésio and Sinésio, and others aspects, remind us remarkable influences, beyond the Epopee, of the Greek Tragedy. By reading the romance we may notice many similarities between Quaderna s trajectory and Greek Tragedy heroes.
