TDR和FDR测定黄绵土土壤含水量的标定

时域反射仪(TDR)与频率反射仪(FDR)是目前最为先进,并且最具有发展前途的土壤含水量测量仪器。有便利、快捷、准确的优点。介绍了6种基于TDR或FDR原理的仪器对黄绵土含水量进行试验标定的方法与结果。标定结果表明:仪器的测量值与烘干法的测量值之间有一定的差异,CS616和Trime-T3烘干法测定结果接近,但是其余的4种仪器测定值均高于烘干法测定值,在应用这些仪器测定土壤含水量时需要进行标定。

TDR研制与应用方面的若干进展

通过分析近年来国内外关于TDR的文献,总结了TDR研制与应用方面的若干新进展,概括了在使用TDR时应注意的几个问题。结果表明,线圈型TDR探针可很好地解决TDR探针在物理长度上的限制;多功能TDR探针可用来同时测定含水量与基质势、含水量与土壤热学性质、含水量与盐度和温度。当温度在5～45℃之间变化时随着温度的升高,TDR在沙壤土中测定的土壤含水量降低,而在粘壤土和有机质含量高的土壤测定的土壤含水量值升高。TDR探针应以合适的角度插入土壤,同时尽量避免摇摆、两探针不平行插入等误操作。

Calibração de um equipamento de TDR para medida de umidade de solos

Este estudo visou à obtenção das curvas de calibração de um equipamento de TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) em cinco solos da região de Piracicaba, SP, e testou a adequação da calibração interna do equipamento e das curvas genéricas de calibração. As curvas ajustadas, em cada solo separadamente, apresentaram coeficientes de determinação (R²) da ordem de 0,99, e a curva ajustada para o conjunto de dados dos cinco solos apresentou R² = 0,976. A análise de erros-padrão de estimativa mostrou que as curvas genéricas não se prestam às aplicações mais sensíveis, tais como na determinação absoluta do conteúdo de água do solo. Os testes de comparação entre as curvas ajustadas, a curva genérica e a curva embutida no equipamento mostraram que a primeira é superior às demais. O estudo mostrou, também, que a curva de calibração embutida no equipamento é inadequada para as determinações de umidade nos cinco solos estudados.

Development of a new TDR probe for determining soil water content and dry density

A few traditional methods for determining water content in the field are either inaccurate or time consuming. As an alternative, the time domain reflectometry (TDR) technology has been used in the determination of the soil water content for geotechnical applications. This paper presents the preliminary results on the development of a new TDR probe for determining soil water content and dry density at different depths. This new probe is intended to be pushed into the ground using piezocone equipment. Different from the standard TDR probes with straight rods, the new probe consists of two parallel copper stripes coiled around a PVC-steel core. The probe diameter is the same as the standard 10 cm2 piezocone diameter. Through laboratory calibrations, it is possible to establish expressions relating the soil apparent dielectric constant and the bulk electrical conductivity with the gravimetric water content and the dry density. Calibração de um equipamento TDR (Reflectometria por Dominio do Tempo) para a Determinação da Umidade da Madeira de Grevillea robusta (Cunn.)

This study aimed to establish a calibration model of a TDR equipment to determinate thewood moisture of Grevillea robusta (Cunn.). It was selected alleatory, 11 logs of Grevillea robusta (Cunn.), it was dried in a regulate electric greenhouse at 40o C. During the dry process, the moisture was determinate, periodically and systematically by gravimetric and TDR methods. Through the gravimetric method, moisture vary from 125,88% to 6,62% while the TDR method, the variation was from 119,83% to 5,79%. The best model adjusted to the wood moisture in the determination of the function of relative dielectric constant, using this technique, was the exponential 50,20 132,72 140,27 K U e − = − ⋅ , with a R2 = 0,96, with indicator of trust or performance 0,97 they were classified as very good, according to Camargo and Sentelhas (1997). The correlation between the gravimetric method (reference) and TDR, showed to be equivalent for both methodologies. It was concluded that the TDR can be used to the determination of wood moisture of Grevillea robusta (Cunn.), in a precise and fast way, once it was established it calibration.
