Auxílio na tomada de decisão na compra de uma máquina de usinagem a laser

Decision making is one of the most important factors for growth and future, both from a business, as in people's life and attitudes in the simplest of everyday day. This work aims to assist decision making in buying a laser cut machine, a manufacturer of auto parts and wheels, and later this technique can be considered to acquisition of other equipment. In this case was used the AHP to aid the decision by multiple criteria. First we analyzed the most important criteria of the current machine for the application of the method and were later made the application and sensitivity analysis

Whereas the assembly torque calculation has great importance on efficiency and life of bolts, the objective of this study was to analyze the combined stresses during assembly, the friction coefficient, compare the rupture torque results with the indicated torques by standards and to present a new torque method without the stress combination (shear stress and normal stresses). For this study were carried eighteen tests with different diameters and materials, this bolts were undergoing five ranges torque until the breaking torque. With the experimental rupture torque values for each test and with the bolt quality certificate was possible to calculate the friction coefficient so compared with the theory. Another comparison was the experimental rupture torque with assembly torque indicated by NBR-8800 and ASME-PCC. The main conclusion are related to combined stress, because for this factor can fail at the assembly time, so for in some cases must use the tensioning method, because in this method won't be present torsional stresses

This paper aims to present the design, development and construction of a reducer / multiplier speeds low cost, sturdy and easy operation. The beginning of the project was given to research on issues related to mechanisms and machine elements, and these theories of fundamental importance in the development of items of equipment which, together with the aid of AutoCAD software, enabled the construction of it. Parallel to the sizing of equipment, were also investigated and taken into account the costs of materials used in the project. Made to mount the reducer / multiplier speeds it was at the evidence through experiments involving the use of torque wrench, tachometer and weights, getting proven applicability in situations that are small or medium loads required

Projeto mecânico de um redutor de engrenagens sem-fim numa esteira transportadora inclinada

This work aims to present the design and development of a speed reducer worm gear that will be implemented on an inclined treadmill that aims to raise the load below the top floor. The project start was made with research on issues related to mechanisms and machine elements, and these theories of fundamental importance in the development of device components, along with the help of SolidWorks software that was used to model the main parts of the project and Microsoft Office Excel 2007 was used to alight formulas to perform calculations of the project. All data for calculations were taken from the conditions of the problem to be solved in the best possible way the proposed problem (lifting load from the belt). Análise envoltória de dados combinada com a lógica fuzzy em problemas de avaliação de eficiência de máquinas de consumo: um estudo em empresa do segmento farmacêutico

The pharmaceutical industry was consolidated in Brazil in the 1930s, and since then has become increasingly competitive. Therefore the implementation of the Toyota Production System, which aims to lean production, has become common among companies in the segment. The main efficiency indicator currently used is the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This paper intends to, using the fuzzy model DEA-BCC, analyze the efficiency of the production lines of a pharmaceutical company in the Paraíba Valley, compare the values obtained by the model with those calculated by the OEE, identify the most sensitive machines to variation in the data input and develop a ranking of effectiveness between the consumer machinery. After the development, it is shown that the accuracy of the relationship between the two methods is approximately 57% and the line considered the most effective by the Toyota Production System is not the same as the one found by this paper
