University House

Originally named University House,the third structure on the Modesto A. Maidique Campus (MMC) (formerly University Park) was completed on June 15th, 1974. The building was designed by Anson/Grove/Haack & Associates and constructed by McDevitt & Street of Palm Beach. The building's first dedication took place on May 13th, 1975.
