Ecologia de cultivos: caracterização dos aspectos ecológicos dos diferentes cultivos no município de Cristais Paulistas-SP

Planning is an essential instrument for the agricultural occupation of the lands, because it supports the activities of food production and raw materials. It must be driven by techniques that provide the sustainability of these activities, so that also ensures the environmental balance of agroecosystems. Lands misuse can be considered as one of the causes of frustration of agricultural activities. Thus, the occurrence of discrepancies between the effective use (real use) of the land and its agricultural aptitude can compete, in many cases, to the decrease of productivity, as well as for soil degradation. In this way, this research intends to study the relationship between the temporary cultivations, halfperennial cultures, perennial and its developmental environment, determining the edaphoclimatic characteristics of landscapes. From then on, a letter shall be subject to the use and occupation of the soil for agriculture in the municipality of Cristais Paulista-SP, aiming to describe the spatial organization of land use and vegetation cover, and emphasizing management and conservative practices. For that, climatic factors were characterized, fundamentally humidity, temperature and luminosity; edaphics, including parental material, chemical and physical properties, fertility, soil temperature and climatic zoning; biotic, referring to the suitability of different cultures or to be implanted; physical, such as geomorphology, slope, geology, hypsometry and hydrology; socioeconomic, in particular production and marketing seasons; and the way they all, together, affect the adaptation, distribution and production of crops. Relação entre heterogeneidade ambiental e distribuição de espécies em uma floresta paludosa no Município de Cristais Paulista, SP, Brasil

Análise florística e estrutural do componente arbustivo-arbóreo de uma floresta de galeria no Município de Cristais Paulista, SP, Brasil

Remanescentes florestais na porção nordeste do Estado de São Paulo são ainda pouco estudados quanto à composição florística. Foi realizado o levantamento florístico e fitossociológico de uma floresta de galeria no Município de Cristais Paulista visando à caracterização da flora do remanescente e o estudo das relações florísticas com outras formações ribeirinhas. Para o levantamento fitossociológico foi utilizado o método de ponto-quadrante. em quatro transeções paralelas ao curso d'água, foram estabelecidos 90 pontos eqüidistantes em 10 metros e amostrados os indivíduos com PAP > 15 cm. Espécies em estágio reprodutivo, não amostradas no levantamento fitossociológico, foram coletadas e identificadas. Foram encontradas 68 espécies, distribuídas em 37 famílias, das quais 53 espécies e 34 famílias foram amostradas no levantamento fitossociológico. O índice de diversidade (H') para as espécies foi de 3,17 nats indivíduo-1 e as espécies mais importantes (em VI) foram Virola sebifera, Protium heptaphyllum, Tapirira guianensis e Copaifera langsdorffii. A comparação com outras florestas ribeirinhas evidenciou uma maior semelhança florística com as florestas situadas principalmente na bacia do Rio Grande, possivelmente devido às condições semelhantes de clima, e no Brasil Central, devido à rede de drenagem que atua como rota migratória das espécies. Foram encontradas também muitas espécies compartilhadas com os cerrados, evidenciando a contribuição da flora desse domínio para a floresta de galeria estudada.

This study characterizes the city of Cristais Paulista (SP) the occurrence of lithologies formal and allostratigraphic units (new sedimentary deposits) and soil, through mapping, determining the material properties in laboratory and field, based on the data it is proposed evolutionary pattern for the residual material weathered and transported (allostratigraphic units), with the integration of the all data was generated as a final product Zoning Geoenvironmental in the study area is an important tool for urban planning area.

A ruralidade em pequenos municípios do interior paulista: Cristais Paulista SP como estudo de caso

This study has as central theme the small district and the relationships established in the rural environment. The objective of the study is to analyze the reality from Cristais Paulista, located in the northeast of the State of São Paulo. Understanding as its relationship works, it was made a small rescue of classic studies on the relationship countryside-city, including the recent brazilian debate about the theme. In the present study we can observe the rural habits and also different urban customs in the small municipal district studied and also some particularities resulted of the social relationships among the residents of the countryside and of the city, always marked by the personality character. In the study of the small municipal district it was adopted as methodology the analysis Maria de Nazareth Baudel Wanderley (2001a), when she proposes five dimensions to analyze the municipal districts from Pernambuco. The application of the methodology in Cristais Paulista, allowed to understand the space building, the functions, the dynamics and the socio economical meanings of those small areas.

Regiões metropolitanas paulistas e coordenação intergovernamental: um estudo comparativo

Retrata, em sua formação e trajetória, a história da criação das Regiões Metropolitanas paulistas, bem como da criação de suas instituições de desenvolvimento, analisando o impacto da cooperação intergovernamental na gestão metropolitana, através da participação do governo estadual. As questões que conduzem a discussão são os impactos da variável federativa e a ausência de políticas de solução de problemas comuns das várias unidades de governo de uma Região Metropolitana, que desestimulam a cooperação entre os entes federativos nessas regiões. A importância da cooperação intergovernamental é o ponto central da análise. Embora a cooperação intergovernamental apresente limitações, tanto em aspectos técnicos, como políticos, representa e aparece como solução para os problemas da ação coletiva.

Aplicação do Processo Analítico Hierarquico (AHP) Para Priorização de Obras de Intervenção em Áreas e Setores de Risco Geológico nos Municípios de Itapecerica da Serra e Suzano (SP)

Municipal Plans of Risk Reducing (PMRR's) were produced in settlements in the municipalities of Itapecerica da Serra (SP) and Suzano (SP), covering areas at risk of landslides and washouts of banks of streams. The development of PMRR's provided the delimitation of areas of risk, the indication of intervention works in order to eliminate and / or reduce risks, and consequently an indication of the areas and priority sectors for implementation of intervention works. The prioritization of areas and sectors that should receive the works of reducing or eliminating risk was performed by an expert involved in risk mapping. Despite the specialist's judgment exercise caution, the decision regarding the priority sites for implementation of alternative interventions is subjective. Since there is no way to eliminate this subjectivity, the use of decision-making techniques is important to evaluate whether the expert's reasoning is consistent. One of the first techniques developed for multiple criteria is the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). This paper describes the results of a research carried out in order to assess whether the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process contributes to the results of the indication of the areas and priority sectors for implementation of interventions can be considered more consistent than in situations where the priority occurs without the use of decision making techniques. Results were compared between the prioritization of interventions for implementation contained in PMRR's of Itapecerica da Serra and Suzano and those obtained from the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). It was concluded that such techniques permits an evaluation of the expert's judgment is logically coherent, thus contributing to produce results more technically based.
