COP and clathrin-coated vesicle budding:different pathways, common approaches

Vesicle and tubule transport containers move proteins and lipids from one membrane system to another. Newly forming transport containers frequently have electron-dense coats. Coats coordinate the accumulation of cargo and sculpt the membrane. Recent advances have shown that components of both COP1 and clathrin-adaptor coats share the same structure and the same motif-based cargo recognition and accessory factor recruitment mechanisms, which leads to insights on conserved aspects of coat recruitment, polymerisation and membrane deformation. These themes point to the way in which evolutionarily conserved features underpin these diverse pathways.

In this research we explore several aspects about the quality of life of youth from factors such as self-esteem, locus of control, the social perceived support, values, etc. In this article we study the correlations among factors the influence the values and vital satisfaction of adolescents aged 12-16 years old. We analyze data from boys and girls and from their parents, we explore the relationship between the factors and we explore the concordances and discrepancies of their answers

We know that the Earth goes through natural cycles that influence its climate and the development of their societies. In recent decades, climate changes and nature began to call world attention to the unbridled exploitation that was carried by the current economic system, causing unrest among scientific, social, political and economic world. The theory that man causes a warming in global temperatures by the release of greenhouse gases made the headlines of major newspapers in the world. From there, it was only a matter of time before environmental concerns became ownership of capital by its excessive appropriation. The fear of nuclear threat by the bombs of Hiroshima and Nagasaki left in fanfare the world, which together with the devastating impact of the exploitation of man and nature gave birth to the Environmental Revolution, a way of trying to change the development patterns of the time and behavior of the population.
