O Senador Jarbas Passarinho (PDS-PA), presidente da mesa da Comissão de Sistematização, comunica a todos os parlamentares as alterações decididas na reunião de líderes de todos os partidos. Ulysses Guimarães (PMDB-SP), presidente da Assembléia Nacional Constituinte (ANC), explica como será a metodologia adotada. A proposta do Capítulo V prevê um governador e Câmara Legislativa para o Distrito Federal. Cristovam Buarque, reitor da Universidade de Brasília (UnB), defende a autonomia para Brasília. O Deputado Cid Carvalho (PMDB-MA) acredita que, pela complexidade de Brasília, a cidade carece de um prefeito. O Deputado Euclides Scalco (PMDB-PR) declara que na votação poderá prevalecer o substitutivo, sendo eleição para governador e criação de Assembléia Legislativa.

Ratio of natural isotopes of nitrogen. I. Primary results: soils of Dombes [Translation from: Revue d'Ecologie et de Biologie du Sol 14, 279-287, 1977]

Utilization of the heavy isotope of nitrogen as a tracer has found numerous applications in soil biology. It allows better definition of different stages of the nitrogen cycle, in particular the immobilization-mineralization cycle. In this work, the authors report the results of calculations of natural isotope ratios of nitrogen in samples of water, soil and vegetation prevailing in Dombes and discuss the possibilities of errors and coefficients of fractionation.

The processes of synthesis and destruction of organic matter play an important role in the ”self-cleaning” of reservoirs. The basic problem of this investigation consists of the role of phytoplankton in enriched waters of the Klyaz'minsk water reservoir through the solution of oxygen and its part in the ”self-cleaning” of the water reservoir. Observations on the interesting process of photosynthesis and the breakdown of organic matter was conducted by us on the eastern stretch of water in the Klyaz'minsk Reservoir during the growing periods of 1945 to 1948, by the widely applied bottle method (Vinberg 1934). This study reports mainly on the he vertical distribution of photosynthesis and respiration in plankton of the reservoir.
