3,5-Dimethyl-1-thiocarbamoylpyrazole and its Pd(II) complexes: Synthesis, spectral studies and antitumor activity

Structure of (6S,13bR)-1,2,3,5,6,13b-hexahydro-6-isopropyl-8H-pyrrolo[1',2':1,2]pyrazino[3,4,-b]quinazoline-5,8-dione

C17H19N302, monoclinic, P21, a = 5.382 (1), b = 17.534(4), c = 8.198(1)/L ,8 = 100.46(1) °, Z= 2, d,, = 1.323, dc= 1.299 Mg m-3, F(000) = 316, /~(Cu .Ka) = 0.618 mm -1. R = 0.052 for 1284 significant reflections. The proline-containing cispeptide unit which forms part of a six-membered ring deviates from perfect planarity. The torsion angle about the peptide bond is 3.0 (5) ° and the peptide bond length is 1.313 (5)A. The conformation of the proline ring is Cs-Cf~-endo. The crystal structure is stabilized by C-H... O interactions.

Synthetic investigations on illudinine: a new synthesis of methyl 8-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-7-oxo-1,2,3,5,6,7-hexahydro-s-indacene-4-carboxylate

A new strategy for the total synthesis of methyl 8-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-7-oxo-1,2,3,5,6,7-hexahydro-s-indacene-4-carboxylate 4, a key intermediate in the synthesis of illudalanes, is reported. The key step in this strategy is a new method of preparation of indanones from tetralones. Thus, the furfurylidene derivative of 6-methoxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1-(2H)-one is oxidised to the dicarboxylic acid 9a which is cyclodehydrated to methyl 7-methoxy-1-oxoindan-4-carboxylate 10. Similar reactions on the tetrahydronaphthalenone 25, obtained from 6-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene-7-carbaldehyde 11 by sequential transformations including a regiospecific benzylic oxidation resulted in the hexahydro-s-indacenone 4, thus completing a formal synthesis of illudinine 1.

三苯基锡-2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸酯的合成及晶体结构

由2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸与三苯基氢氧化锡反应,合成了九个标题化合物3.用X射线衍射法测定了3b的晶体结构.该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群Pl,α=0.9074(2)nm,b=1.6809(3)nm,c=2.1834(4)nm,α=77.57(3)°,β=88.04(3)°,γ=89.47(3)°,V=3.2503nm~3,Z=2;R=0.0592.由锡氧原子间距离可推测,该晶体中羧酸根作为双齿配体与锡原子形成了分子内五配位结构.

三环己基锡-2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸酯的结构研究

合成了 3个三环己基锡 -2 -( 1 ,2 -亚乙二硫 )亚甲基 -3-羰基 -5 -芳基 -4 -戊烯酸酯化合物 .用 IR,1 H NMR,1 3 C NMR和 1 1 9Sn NMR光谱及 X射线衍射对所合成的化合物进行了表征 .结果表明标题化合物为四配位、具有畸变四面体结构的锡酯类化合物

1-（2-萘基）-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮衍生试剂的制备及其在高效液相色谱-质谱法测定糖类化合物中的应用

以1-（2-萘基）-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮（NMP）作为柱前衍生试剂,建立了简单、灵敏的糖类组分的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。NMP与糖在氨为催化剂的条件下,于70℃下反应可获得稳定的衍生产物。在HypersilODS2反相色谱柱上,实现了8种单糖的基线分离。衍生物线性相关系数均大于0.9985,检出限为0.58-1.1pmol。利用柱后在线串联质谱的电喷雾电离正离子模式监测,获得了各组分的质谱定性及裂解规律,特别是m/z473的特征碎片离子可作为单糖NMP衍生物的判定依据。与1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮（PMP）相比,NMP对糖的衍生化具有灵敏、简单、质谱裂解规律性强、重现性好等优点。该方法用于测定油菜花粉多糖中的单糖组成,结果令人满意。

Transfer and effects of 1,2,3,5,7-pentachloronaphthalene in an experimental food chain.

Polychlorinated naphthalenes are environmentally relevant compounds that are measured in biota at concentrations in the μg/kg lipid range. Despite their widespread occurrence, literature data on the accumulation and effects of these compounds in aquatic ecosystems are sparsely available. The goal of this study was to gain insights into the biomagnification and effects of 1,2,3,5,7-pentachloronaphthalene (PeCN52) in an experimental food chain consisting of benthic worms and juvenile rainbow trout. Worms were contaminated with PeCN52 by passive dosing from polydimethylsiloxane silicone. The contaminated worms were then used to feed the juvenile rainbow trout at 0.12, 0.25 or 0.50 μg/g fish wet weight/day, and the resulting internal whole-body concentrations of the individual fish were linked to biological responses. A possible involvement of the cellular detoxification system was explored by measuring PeCN52-induced expression of the phase I biotransformation enzyme gene cyp1a1 and the ABC transporter gene abcb1a. At the end of the 28-day study, biomagnification factors were similar for all dietary intake levels with values between 0.5 and 0.7 kg lipid(fish)/kg lipid(worm). The average uptake efficiency of 60% indicated that a high amount of PeCN52 was transferred from the worms to the fish. Internal concentrations of up to 175 mg/kg fish lipid in the highest treatment level did not result in effects on survival, behavior, or growth of the juvenile trout, but were associated with the induction of phase I metabolism which was evident from the significant up-regulation of cyp1a1 expression in the liver. In contrast, no changes were seen in abcb1a transcript levels.

Molecular structures and vibrational frequencies for [PdX2(tdmPz)] (X = Cl-, SCN-): A DFT study

Study on the thermal behavior of the complexes of the type [PdX2(tdmPz)] (X = Cl-, Br-, I-, SCN-)

Four new mononuclear Pd(II) complexes of the type [PdX2(tdmPz)] {X = Cl- (1); Br- (2); I- (3); SCN- (4); tdmPz = 1-thiocarbamoyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazole} have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, H-1 and C-13{H-1}-NMR experiments. The thermal behavior of the complexes 1-4 has been investigated by means of thermogravimetry (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). From the initial decomposition temperatures, the thermal stability of the complexes can be ordered in the sequence: 3 < 4 a parts per thousand 2 < 1. The final products of the thermal decompositions were characterized as metallic palladium by X-ray powder diffraction.
