Una Cort italianitzant a València. Notes sobre la recepció d’Ariosto a Espanya

Aquest estudi pretén mostrar com una cort perifèrica dins de la monarquia espanyola com la dels Centelles, comtes d’Oliva, tot imitant fil per randa la dels Este de Ferrara i la seva brillant presència en la Itàlia renaixentista mitjançant el mecenatge de Boiardo i d’Ariosto, va importar aquells esquemes i es va envoltar d’un grup d’escriptors que van constituir el nucli inicial de la recepció, difusió i continuació castellana de l’èpica d’Ariosto a la península Ibèrica. Gairebé es podria afirmar que la propagació en castellà de l’Orlando furioso a la península Ibèrica estava monopolitzada en gran part pel clan dels Centelles. La LAU ante la crisis inmobiliaria

El present Treball de Fi de Carrera du a terme un anàlisi de l’evolució del mercat de la vivenda de lloguer a Espanya. Degut a la crisi immobiliària iniciada a l’any 2008, es posa en evidència la necessitat de potenciar l’arrendament al nostre país, opció que històricament es presentava en clar desavantatge enfront a la compra d’un immoble, però que en l’actualitat s’erigeix com una solució realista al problema d’accés a un habitatge digne. Per aquest motiu, s’analitza l’ampli ventall de normatives adoptades a través del temps, profunditzant en el problema de la vivenda i les dades rellevants a tenir en compte. Es fa menció especial al registre de morosos, un instrument que pretén pal·liar la manca de voluntat per part dels propietaris d’arrendar els seus immobles, de manera que es garanteixin els drets d’ambdues parts implicades, tenint en consideració el període de crisis en el que estem immersos en l’actualitat.

Originaux. — En tête sont plusieurs pièces relatives aux papiers de la Bastille (fol. 1) ; — un « mémoire des ouvrages faits au sujet des illuminations faites, le 30 juillet 1789, jour que M. Necker est venu à l'Hôtel de ville » (fol. 6), et « le 17 juillet 1789, jour que le Roy » a fait une visite du même genre (fol. 10).

Patients' right to information: a review of the regulatory and ethical framework

[eng] Aim: The paper examines the current situation of recognition of patients' right to information in international standards and in the national laws of Belgium, France, Italy, Spain (and Catalonia), Switzerland and the United Kingdom.Methodology: International standards, laws and codes of ethics of physicians and librarians that are currently in force were identified and analyzed with regard to patients' right to information and the ownership of this right. The related subjects of access to clinical history, advance directives and informed consent were not taken into account.Results: All the standards, laws and codes analyzed deal with guaranteeing access to information. The codes of ethics of both physicians and librarians establish the duty to inform.Conclusions: Librarians must collaborate with physicians in the process of informing patients.

Mètodes i tècniques de recerca en els articles de documentació periodística a Espanya (1997-2002)

[eng] This article analyses articles and papers related to journalistic documentation that have been published in journals and in conference proceedings in Spain over the period 1997-2002. There is a listing of all articles as well as a summary of those that have followed scientific research processes. The results of the analysis of the articles' content are explored, according to different parameters: proportion of research, methods and research techniques articles studied, authorship, authors' place of work, type of publication and distribution by year. The article closes with some conclusions about research on journalistic documentation in the period studied.

Necessitats d'educació continuada en biblioteconomia i documentació a Espanya: resultats d'una enquesta

Resultats d'un estudi sobre necessitats de formació continuada en biblioteconomia i documentado a l'Estat espanyol. Les dades per elaborar I'estudi foren recollides amb un qüestionari que es distribuí a una mostra aleatoria de 601 individus. La mostra representava una població de 3.033 individus, membres de set associacions bibliotecáries de l'Estat. El percentatge de resposta (31,3%) no permet fer afirmacions contundents, pero dona una indicado prou aproximada de la situado real. Les dades recollides s'analitzen en tres blocs: característiques de la població analitzada I deis centres on treballa; avaluado de la formado inicial deis enquestats i avaluado de la formació continuada.
