Estudo sobre o entorno do mercado municipal de São Paulo

A city is a place, is a housing, is the birthing place of economics. A city is made of routes, is made of people, by people and must also be structured for people. However, with the consolidation of a neoliberal economic system where ownership and economic generation prevail over the citizen's rights and the needs of those who have less, the city becomes a space of buying, exchange and increasingly commercial. The city of São Paulo is part of this context and is the result of the transformation process driven by real estate speculation, and the presented study area, the surroundings of the Municipal Market of São Paulo, is a new area in transformation. This work has the goal to bring a historical perspective and current status of the locality, with their revitalization projects, landscape changes and changes in housing, audience and resident citizens

O diagnóstico rural parcipativo como ferramenta para o estudo de pequenas propriedades em Rio Claro-SP

Neste trabalho será abordada a modernização das técnicas em torno da produção agrícola e como o modo de produção familiar foi deixado de lado no que diz respeito às políticas públicas, que passou a favorecer as grandes produções agrícolas. É nesse contexto que apresentam-se as características desse tipo de agricultura e as técnicas utilizadas para mantê-la nos dias de hoje, com aplicação e análise do Diagnóstico Rural Participativo em pequenas propriedades rurais no bairro rural do Sobrado, município de Rio Claro, São Paulo que, historicamente, teve no cultivo do café a base para seu desenvolvimento político e econômico e se caracteriza por ter mais de oitenta por cento (80%) de suas terras destinadas às atividades agropastoris. Bauru e São José dos Campos: Shopping Centers e Espaço Urbano

A monografia aqui apresentada tem como foco o estudo do processo de estruturação do espaço urbano, com atenção para o papel dos shopping centers. Estes espaços de comercialização de bens e serviços são muito importantes para compreender tal processo e se trata de algo extremamente recente considerando-se o longo processo de urbanização, visto que sua expansão, como fenômeno urbano no Brasil é do inicio da década de 1980. O estudo privilegiou a caracterização e análise das cidades que apresentam população na faixa de 100 a 600 mil habitantes e que na sua estrutura urbana apresentem este empreendimento como um elemento que agregue ou não o poder de constituição e/ou (re)definição de centralidades, dinâmica esta bastante influenciada pela construção deste equipamento de lazer e consumo em uma cidade. Sendo assim, para o desenvolvimento deste estudo, procuramos nos nortear em questões que abarcassem qual a relação destes empreendimentos, quando existentes nas cidades, com a centralidade principal, para assim, tentarmos compreender se os mesmos desempenham a criação de novas centralidades, ou reforçam a centralidade principal já existente, concebida pela estruturação que o centro desempenha

Reestruturação e centralidade em cidades médias. Considerações a partir de Londrina, Marília, Mossoró e São José do Rio Preto

Este trabalho trata das cidades médias, em particular das cidades de Marília, São José do Rio Preto, Londrina e Mossoró. Dentro desse estudo, o enfoque se dá para a compreensão e análise sobre o modo como estão combinados os espaços não edificados e os vazios urbanos, os espaços construídos e as vias de circulação e suas transformações ao longo do tempo. A proposta é analisar o processo de expansão do tecido urbano dessas cidades para compreender sua morfologia, bem como procurar fazer uma reconstituição, tomandose a dimensão espacial e temporal, com o intuito de que esta contribua na conferência das identidades próprias de cada cidade, viabilizando a identificação das semelhanças entre elas, como também de suas especificidades. Impactos socioespaciais do uso e ocupação do solo urbano na área de entorno do Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo - Guarulhos - Andre Franco Montoro

The construction of the São Paulo International Airport in Guarulhos recorded significant economic growth for the whole region, especially for services and jobs generated. Despite the importance of its presence in Guarulhos, we note the absence of an articulate and committed planning to urban development of the city, mainly in adjacent areas to this airport system planning. Through this stud, we analyzed primarily the major interferences and modifications afforded by its presence in guarulhense spatiality. We found that the government was, to some extent, tolerant to mounting housing in the surrounding area to the airport, from the moment that allowed the diverse urban land use in the place where it was planned to build such equipment. We further note that the airport is developed autonomously to the municipality in which the investments and related works only aim to meet the needs of the enterprise

Educação no campo e educação rural: distinção necessária para compreensão da realidade geográfica

The work’s objective is to point out the difference between rural / urban and country side / city, drawing on the historical process of formation of the terms and analyzing the current dichotomous and continuous, to clarify the concepts of education in rural and rural education, in an attempt to differentiate these types of education in accordance with the schools. Also works with the different conceptions of children, adolescents and youth of the rural that are mostly students from schools in the 1st and 2nd grade. O processo de envelhecimento e a transição demográfica na cidade de Rio Claro - SP

The proposed work aims to analyze the due process of demographic transition and pronounced population aging present in the city of Rio Claro-SP and the implications that such situation entails the locality. Microartefatos e processo de esculturação de vertentes: um estudo de caso do sítio arqueológico Lagoa do Camargo - Rio Claro-SP

This work discusses the analysis of microartifacts as a means to study the process of sculpturing of slopes actants of slopes actants of sculpturing in the archaeological site Lagoa do Camargo. Microartifacts have specific characteristics of transportation and deposition, that helps identifying shaping and sculpturing processes of slopes. The methogology used for analysis of microartifacts is based in Dunnel and Stein's theory (1989) that defines microartifacts as artifacts with reduced size - between 2mm and 0,25mm. According to the authors, an artifact is any object that presents attributes consequent of human activity, in other words, artificial. Also is used the protocol of Vance (1989), that proposed the analysis only the fraction between 0,5mm and 0,250 mm. For disclosure and preservation of archaeological patrimony in the city of Rio Claro, is intended development activities with schools of municipal education system, abour the subject Patrimonial Education, with the methodology adopted by the Institute for National Artistic and Historical Patrimony (IPHAN). Demonstrate and emphasize the importance of cultural patrimony within the local community provides the (re) cognition of these areas as conservation areas, which can be incorporated by this population as areas of collective interest

Programa de desenvolvimento econômico de Rio Claro (PRODERC) e desenvolvimento local: uma contribuição ao estudo das políticas públicas

The present work aims to analyze how the Programa de Desenvolvimento de Rio Claro (PRODERC) as a public policy generating and jobs for industries located in the city, promoting local development, using as selection criterion to expand the number of employees in a period of three years. We are going to analyzed different factors such as increase in the number of workers in the period analyzed, the impact of PRODERC industries and the government’s relationship with the industries covered, and the location there of on the territory according to industrial size

As transformações do espaço geográfico e sua relação com os processos erosivos de uma área do noroeste de Regente Feijó/SP

O presente trabalho discute a relação sociedade e natureza a partir do estudo de caso dos processos erosivos identificados em um recorte espacial, localizado no Noroeste do município de Regente Feijó/SP. As dinâmicas socioeconômicas que se processaram no Oeste Paulista e, consequentemente, no município de Regente Feijó, ao longo das décadas de ocupação, são evidências das lógicas de apropriação ancoradas em pressupostos de exploração massiva dos recursos naturais, tendo em vista a produção de gêneros agrícolas valorizados no mercado internacional, tais como o café, o algodão e a cana-de-açúcar. Além disso, a pecuária também se constituiu como importante base econômica regional e, somada aos demais usos agrícolas, contribuiu para o depauperamento dos solos, o assoreamento dos cursos d’água e o surgimento de erosões (laminares e lineares) nas áreas rurais e urbanas. Neste sentido, além da discussão envolvendo os problemas desencadeados pelo agravamento dos processos erosivos aos pequenos produtores rurais e aos moradores do Distrito de Espigão, é evidenciada a importância das práticas conservacionistas como forma de contingenciamento de tais fenômenos

Desenvolvimento local no municípo de Altinópolis-SP com destaque para o turismo: diagnóstico de uma proposta

This study has as its object the municipality of Altinópolis (SP) and its potential for the practice of tourism and the combination of its segments, but it is not perceived effectiveness of the various ideas proposed in other studies. Since then, some work done in relation to this subject were analyzed and investigated the sectors involved, and so we sought to clarify the reason of not taking advantage of this potential for achieving economic, social, cultural and environmental development and consequently place in the city.
