Resumo:
Para análise da questão da gestão política do processo de inclusão escolar, este artigo aborda o movimento da rede municipal de São Paulo em direção à uma escola inclusiva através da oferta de respostas educativas aos alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais. Assim, descreve o Programa Inclui, em andamento na rede municipal de ensino, que busca organizar, através de projetos, a construção e consolidação de um sistema inclusivo, na perspectiva de estar articulado com as práticas e ações político-pedagógicas que ocorrem desde a educação infantil ao ensino médio e se concentra nas ações necessárias para o atendimento às necessidades educacionais especiais para que se garanta a desejável relação entre educação comum e especial no enfrentamento das dificuldades do processo de ensino e aprendizagem daqueles que precisam de recursos, técnicas, metodologias diferenciadas para que sua trajetória escolar esteja garantida, no cotidiano, assim como está garantida no aspecto legal.

A Formação do Pedagogo1 para atuar em uma escola inclusiva é um tema que envolve muito mais que uma análise do processo formativo desenvolvido pelas Instituições de Ensino Superior; Ela abrange, também, uma concepção política e social que orientam os princípios norteadores da política educacional. O objeto de estudo desta dissertação destaca “O paradigma da inclusão no curso de pedagogia do IFPA: O projeto formativo em debate”. A pesquisa ocorre com o propósito de analisar o processo formativo que vem sendo desenvolvido no curso de Pedagogia mantido pelo IFPA, em Belém, para o desenvolvimento de um perfil profissional inclusivo, que atenda, além da política da educação especial, aquelas que atendem ao negro, ao indígena, aos jovens e aos adultos, entre outras. Para tanto, a pesquisa se desenvolve sob o paradigma qualitativo, na abordagem do materialismo histórico e dialético, relacionando as influências econômicas, políticas e sociais que interferem na construção das prescrições oficiais orientadoras da política educacional. A metodologia da pesquisa é a do estudo de caso, a fim de ser possível inferir como vem ocorrendo a formação do Pedagogo. As fontes foram colhidas por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. O tratamento do material colhido ocorreu por meio da técnica da Análise de Conteúdo, conforme as orientações de Franco. A importância da pesquisa se dá na possibilidade de apresentar à academia e à sociedade como a legislação educacional tem sido compreendida e aplicada pelas Instituições de Ensino no sentido de desenvolver um perfil profissional inclusivo nos estudantes do Curso de Pedagogia, a fim de que estejam, ao final do curso, aptos para atuar em uma escola inclusiva. Esta pesquisa tem como referência inicial o projeto “Cartografia da Educação Especial nos Cursos de Licenciatura das Instituições Públicas de Ensino do Estado do Pará”, cuja intenção é elaborar indicadores da política educacional especial/inclusiva, promovida pelas Instituições de Ensino Superior – IES Públicas, coordenada pelo Prof. Dr. Genylton Odilon Rego da Rocha, líder do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas sobre Currículo e Formação de Professores na Perspectiva da Inclusão, INCLUDERE.

The inclusive school consists of a school that thoroughly attends the diversity and, therefore, students with special educational needs, including the ones with physical dysfunction. The objective of this study was to identify the difficulties of a teacher in the process of school inclusion of the student with physical dysfunction in order to adapt learning resources, having adequate school furniture and to guide the teacher in specific situations. A teacher of early childhood education participated in this study. For data collection two half-structuralized interviews were used. The first obtained information concerning the teacher’s difficulties due to the motor aspects of the student with difficulty to access the curriculum. The second interview gathered information about the teacher’s perception of the partnership between the occupational therapist and the teacher in the perspective of the inclusive education. The data analysis of the first interview and the student case-study allowed elaborating occupational therapy strategies to minimize these difficulties.After elaborating the strategies, a second interview was performed. The data of this interview showed that based on the analysis and adequacy of the interaction between a person’s functional demands, the task and the environment, make it possible for the student to overcome satisfactorily the inherent challenges of the educational context, and detached the importance of the partnership of the teacher and occupational therapist in the whole process. It concludes that the pupil incapacity would not have manifested if there was an adequate environment to receive him.

In inclusive school there are many students and some with disabilities. One of the dimensions of human development of all people's is the sexuality, although there are erroneous beliefs about the relationship sexuality and disability. Teachers must be prepared to deal with the sexuality of their students with disabilities in school, and proposals of education in the form of distance education has been an alternative to the training. This article relate an educational proposal for teachers, linked to a part of the activities undertaken in the discipline "Human Development and Family" on a course of specialization in Special Education in Distance Education mode. Describes an educational object named "Game: challenges and actions in school" , that presented four situations on behaviors involving sexuality of students: question about sexuality, masturbation in the classroom, dating from students and discrimination an obese colleague. In each one, there was potential actions to the teachers choose and, consequently, its unfolding. The choice of actions would lead to the end of a "teacher profile", offering reflections. Teachers reported positive unsolicited comments about the content of the game. It is concluded that the proposal is an important educational tool used in the Virtual Learning Environment that can assist in teacher training courses in sexuality education.

The ideal of Waldorf Education, since the opening of the first school in 1919, was based on innovative principles for a humanized society. Among those principles, there was the attendance of all children without distinction, which is exactly the main idea of the inclusive school. Waldorf pedagogy defends that under the right pedagogical action and care with the individual development, anyone can develop, regardless of their disability. This statem ent highlights the main objective of this methodology, that is the human development, aligned to another fundamental guideline of inclusive education. Accordingly, the hypothesis of this work is that Waldorf education promotes inclusive schooling contexts, attending diversity and valuing differences. The general objective of this study is: analyze Waldorf Education to verify if it promotes inclusive contexts. And the specific objetives were: identify elements in this practice that favors diversity attend; analyze the practice of a Waldorf school, considering documentation, structure, and conception of managers, teachers and parents. The study was based on quantitative and qualitative research approach, and the data was collected trough observation of teaching practices in a classroom where a disabled student was present, as well as through documentation and observation of the school environment. Furthermore, in order to verify the understanding of parents (71 individuals) and teachers (18 individuals) on inclusion, a specific questionnaire was developed for each of these two groups. For the records, a diary and an observation script were used. It was concluded that Waldorf methodology provides all the necessary conditions to inclusion, mainly due to it's enhancement of individuality, didactic organization and it's roots in social relations
