The Gymnastic as a manifestation of the Body Culture Movement should be part of the contents worked in scholar Physical Education, throughout the process of Basic teaching. However, according to studies conducted by researchers from academic Gymnastics school knowledge involving the gymnastics have been tentatively taught in school by numerous factors. For this, the objective of this research was to understand and analyze the opinion of students in middle and high school about gymnastics classes developed with the involvement of graduation scholarship holder and the coordination of the project Gymnastics Goes to School from the UNESP/Campus Rio Claro Ncleos de Ensino, in 2012. This research used a questionnaire with topics about the Gymnastic with options: Never Practiced, Like a Lot, Like, Am Indifferent, Dislike, Hate with a space for writing and drawing, relevant to the research objectives. The research was performed with 79 students in middle and high school. With data analysis, it was observed that the students identified themselves more with the Artistic Gymnastic, followed by Rhythmic and Acrobatic Gymnastic and, at last, the General Gymnastic, both through the questionnaire and trough the drawings, which goes against the results from the article published in 2010 by Pereira et al, entitled The students detest the contents gymnastic in physical education classes: motives and alternatives, where the students understand the gymnastics activities only as support, abdominal and stretching. Therefore, to have a real understanding of gymnastics in school, there is a need for teachers to explain and develop the contents gimmicks, so the students could understand the difference among Gymnastics activities and, at the same time, discovering the pleasures of this body practice

O salto triplo existe h mais de 2000 anos e foi praticado, primeiramente, pelo povo celta, isto , antigos habitantes da Europa Ocidental. Essa prova era praticada em competies esportivas rurais e expandiu-se pelo resto da Europa no sculo XIX. Atualmente, o Brasil serve como referncia para outros pases, j que tivemos grandes atletas que marcaram presena no cenrio olmpico do salto triplo como, por exemplo, Adhemar Ferreira da Silva, Nelson Prudncio e Joo Carlos de Oliveira. Apesar de ser uma das provas do atletismo mais antigas, o salto triplo ainda muito pouco trabalhado em escolas de todo o pas. Por essa razo, essa pesquisa, de carter histrico-bibliogrfico, tem como objetivo realizar um resgate histrico dessa prova, reunindo dados e informaes pertinentes relacionados ao salto triplo. Nesse sentido, foram realizadas pesquisas no acervo de universidades como Unesp (Rio Claro), Unicamp e PUC-Campinas, alm de web sites, com livros e artigos digitalizados, e registros diversos que pudessem contribuir para a elaborao desse trabalho. Esperamos, portanto, alm de realizar o resgate histrico dessa prova, subsidiar o trabalho de professores de Educao Fsica no mbito escolar, para que o ensino do salto triplo e do atletismo de forma geral se difunda e conquiste mais espao nas escolas brasileiras

A matemtica est presente nas mais diversas atividades do nosso cotidiano. O interesse em realizar o Trabalho de Concluso de Curso no mbito da Educao de Jovens e Adultos/EJA, surgiu a partir do meu ingresso no Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciao Docncia - PIBID no incio do ano de 2010. O PIBID vem sendo desenvolvido em vrios campi da Unesp, somente nos cursos de licenciatura e tem como financiadora a CAPES/MEC. No curso de licenciatura Plena em Pedagogia, o Programa EJA/PIBID Rio Claro atua na escola Municipal Celeste Calil, localizada em um bairro perifrico, que tem como pblico alvo pessoas de baixa renda, alfabetizadas ou no. O trabalho que a cada dia vem sendo construdo com as educandas me despertou muito interesse, principalmente com relao ao ensino da matemtica, uma vez que a mesma est presente nas diversas esferas do cotidiano. Podemos acompanhar (observar) que as alunas j trazem consigo uma experincia de vida muito grandiosa com relao soluo de questes pertinentes a matemtica. Para auxiliar na aprendizagem, recursos matemticos vm sendo introduzidos nas aulas, entre eles jogos, onde as educandas podem reviver situaes cotidianas que, primeira vista, facilita o processo de aprendizagem e resoluo de problemas. O presente trabalho tem como objetivos fazer um levantamento de jogos matemticos que podero ser utilizados nas aulas da EJA, e tambm analisar o caderno de registros matemticos do PIBID, no ano de 2010. Quanto metodologia, buscam-se elementos na pesquisa qualitativa, bem como anlise bibliogrfica de jogos que foram levantados e tambm anlise documental do caderno de registros do PIBID 2010, construdo conjuntamente, pelo grupo de educandas e bolsistaseducadores

This work presents the results of a study on the use of experimentation in physics teaching, presenting a survey on the use of this strategy in public high schools in the region of So Jos dos Campos. Data collection was carried out in schools by means of questionnaires prepared for physics teachers and students from three grades of high school. Data were obtained in eighteen schools distributed in the city of So Jos dos Campos (two in the central region, in the west, three on the east side, seven in the north and five in the south), a school in the district of Sao Francisco Xavier and a school in the town of Monteiro Lobato. Thus, data from 20 schools, 610 students and 20 teachers were analyzed. Among the main results, we highlight that over 80% of the students said that there is no physics lab at the school where they study, and less than 1% declares that uses laboratory weekly. We note that there is a laboratory in 25% of the schools in the northern region and 10% or less of the other schools. According to the students the proposition of the experimental activities by teachers is rare - only three schools in East Side the options sometimes and always exceeded the number of responses experimental activities are never proposed. We had 60% of the teachers who reported using the curriculum of the state of So Paulo to propose activities to students, and half of the teachers said they did not have classes experimental physics classes in initial training or had them in sufficient quantity to support the use of this feature in practice

Teaching cases are records, through written narratives, of an academic episode or incident, they appear in educational scenery as a rich strategy not only for the teacher's conformation but also for their investigation. The bibliography shows that young students are still not very much investigated and it contributes to the establishment of negative images of this social subject. In this sense, the objective of this work is to analyze the stories and episodes, called teaching cases, in narrative style, written by students from High School about their physical education classes. The participants of this study are High School students from two public schools from two cities in the countryside of So Paulo state. The researcher stayed in the schools for nine months and in this meantime she made contact with the students, asking, for the ones who showed interest, the construction of teaching cases. For this interested students, the researcher explained researcher explained what teaching cases are, as well as, she presented a template to guide them in the production. At the end of this process, twenty teaching cases were delivered to the researcher. They were analyzed under the qualitative approach, valuing the expressive wealth in the narratives, complemented by the interviews with the authors. Inset the mosaic of narratives and interviews, showing a variety of experiences and possibilities of distance and approximation of the students to the physical education classes, we can indicate that from the 20 cases, only one was set as a total distance from the physical education classes (this is the student's situation since she was in the second grade from elementary school). Mentioning the positive experiences and the approximation to the physical education classes, the association of teaching cases and interviews showed that seven students lived the context and until today present an affective proximity to the classes. Content belonging to the movement's body culture and inserted in Official Documents such as National Curriculum Parameters and Curriculum of the state of Sao Paulo, Gymnastics, was object of this Course Conclusion Paper. After the reality of more then 20 years of researches pointing to a distancing of Gymnastics content in School Physical Education, this study aims to understand and analyze the experience with Gymnastics contents during the middle and High School in Physical Education classes, having as perspective the view of students in the third year of high school from state schools in the city of Rio Claro-SP. Participated in this study 97 students from eleven state schools in the city. It was presented the previous experiences with gymnastics contens developed in Physical Education classes, as well as the materials, the most developed content and the pleasure aroused by these classes

O atletismo, no Brasil, um esporte pouco divulgado nas aulas de Educao Fsica. Vrios so os motivos apontados para que isso ocorra: falta de material, deficincia de infraestrutura, falta de interesse dos alunos e ausncia de um carter ldico no ensino das provas. Entretanto, o GEPPA, Grupo de Estudos Pedaggicos e Pesquisa em Atletismo, por meio da pesquisa e extenso universitria, tem se dedicado difuso e estudo das inmeras possibilidades de adequao e criao de oportunidades que envolvem seu ensino. Partindo dessa ideia, o grupo desenvolve o Projeto de Extenso Atletismo para Crianas e Jovens na cidade de Rio Claro, que tem, justamente, o intuito de divulgar o atletismo e proporcionar s crianas e jovens da comunidade um contato com essa modalidade esportiva. Constatando-se a eficcia desse Projeto de Extenso, desenvolvido na Unesp-RC, este Trabalho de Concluso de Curso tem como objetivo: promover a pesquisa em torno do atletismo, a fim de evidenciar o panorama da extenso de atletismo no ambiente universitrio brasileiro. Para atingir o objetivo proposto, foi desenvolvida uma reviso de literatura que em um primeiro momento abordar os principais problemas que cercam o ensino do atletismo, apontando o papel do profissional de Educao Fsica no seu ensino; aspectos relacionados extenso universitria brasileira e sua relao com o ensino e pesquisa. Alm disso, ser realizada uma pesquisa exploratria na internet, em busca de materiais que podero evidenciar a existncia de projetos de extenso de atletismo oferecidos comunidade, que sero descritos no trabalho a partir das informaes coletadas. Com base nos resultados dessa pesquisa esperamos concentrar informaes referentes a projetos destinados ao ensino do atletismo no Brasil, tomando como ponto de partida que esse tipo de trabalho de extenso universitria importantssimo para a difuso...

Conforme a Declarao de Salamanca, toda criana tem direito fundamental educao, em particular aquelas com deficincia. Para atender a esta recomendao, os Estados e Municpios brasileiros instalaram salas de recursos (salas para atendimento especial) em diversas escolas. Esta pesquisa vem apresentar uma anlise do trabalho realizado com alunos com deficincia nas Salas de Recurso de escolas da cidade de Rio Claro, focando o ensino de matemtica. Foi feito um levantamento das escolas que possuem estas salas e cinco delas foram selecionadas para a realizao de entrevistas com os professores especialistas. O objetivo foi conversar sobre as dificuldades e potencialidades deste tipo de atendimento especializado, no que diz respeito matemtica. As anlises dessas entrevistas indicaram os procedimentos para o atendimento na SR e as abordagens para o ensino de matemtica

This study aimed to reflect on the importance of scientific literacy in science education through So Paulo state curriculum analysis in the area of science pointing possibilities for teaching activities that can envision a better quality teaching. It seeks to understand the importance of science education so that students are able to understand and grasp. In this sense the possibility of a marked formative process in scientific literacy goes beyond just reading and writing, she has for you, the expansion of knowledge in science and technology, so there is an understanding and critical questioning of the nature and the world, thus forming critical and aware citizens, given their role in society. For this work was carried out a literature study on this subject the documentary analysis of the proposed curriculum of the state of So Paulo in science and also the presentation of educational experiences that enhance the physical learning with children

In this work we present a didactic proposal of the use of movies and videos for the Physics teaching directed to the Basic Education and we bring a discussion about how the materials addresses this topic. For this, we selected three cinematographic works, one chapter of the TV show and videos found in the web and we analyse the physics concepts found particularly about the issue electromagnetism. We developed the activity denominated Cine - Fsica in a public school from Rio Claro - SP, through presentations of these movies, shows and videos. Those works were exhibited in full and then we discussed the concepts involved in these movies. With the perform of this didactic proposal we verified that is possible insert the use of movies and videos in the classroom activities, and go beyond the entertainment or using those materials as supplements of classes. Dialoguing with students was possible to realize that they visualize the effects and physical concepts in a different way than other that used to be shown in the blackboard through formulas, providing positive effects to the learning of Physics
