Three molecularly imprinted monolithic columns with different length but almost identical column volume had been prepared. It was observed that the separation factors of diastereomers and enantiomers were almost unaffected by column length. However, the short column with dimension of 38 mm x 8 mm W. showed much lower resistance to flow rate so that it could be operated at much higher flow rates. By combining stepwise gradient elution with elevated flow rate, the diastereomers of cinchonine and cinchonidine and the enantiomers of Cbz-DL-Trp and Fmoc-DL-Trp were successfully separated within 3 min on the short column with dimension of 38 mm. x 8 mm i.d.. Based on the above results, a cinchonine imprinted monolithic disk with dimension of 10 mm x 16 mm W. was further developed. The SEM image and the pore size distribution profile showed that large flow-through pores are present on the prepared monolith, which allowed mobile phase to flow through the disk with very low resistance. Chromatographic performances on the monolithic disk were almost unchanged compared with the long columns. A rapid separation of cinchonine and cinchonidine was achieved in 2.5 min at the flow rate of 9.0 ml/min. Furthermore, it was observed that there was almost no effect of the flow rate on the dynamic binding capacity at high flow rates. In addition, the effect of the loading concentration of analytes on the dynamic binding capacity, namely adsorption isotherm, was also investigated. A non-linear adsorption isotherm of cinchonine was observed on the molecularly imprinted monolith with cinchonine as template, which might be a main reason to result in the peak tailing of template molecule. 研究黄土高原主要农田土壤重金属Cd的形态与生物有效性的关系,为评价本区土壤重金属Cd污染程度及其生物有效性提供一定的理论与数据依据。【方法】以黄土高原自北向南采集的12个0~20 cm耕层土壤为供试土样,通过室内分析和盆栽试验,研究了黄土高原石灰性土壤中不同形态Cd的分布特征及其生物有效性。【结果】黄土高原农田土壤Cd各形态总体分布特征为:有机结合态Cd、铁锰氧化物结合态Cd>碳酸盐结合态Cd>交换态Cd>残渣态Cd,自北向南各形态Cd含量均呈不同程度的增加趋势。各土壤类型间铁锰氧化物结合态Cd及碳酸盐结合态Cd平均含量均表现为:干润砂质新成土<黄土正常新成土<简育干润均腐土<土垫旱耕人为土,自北向南依次增加。碳酸盐结合态Cd和全Cd含量主要受到全氮、有效磷和砂粒含量的影响,且全氮和有效磷含量对其的影响为正效应。铁锰氧化物结合态Cd含量主要受全氮、有效磷、砂粒和粉砂粒含量的影响,且全氮、有效磷和粉砂粒含量对其的影响为正效应。土壤中各形态Cd含量与有机质、C/N、pH、CaCO3、粘粒含量的相关性均不显著,其中与C/N、pH、粘粒含量呈负相关。Cd在小麦茎叶层的含量小于根系;而作物不同部位Cd累积量表现...

探讨了外源NO对水分胁迫下杨树叶片质膜相对透性、叶片光合作用和氧化伤害保护酶的影响.结果表明,NO供体硝普钠(sodiumnitroprusside,SNP)能提高杨树叶片的含水率,在水分胁迫(PEG6000渗透液处理)下,能缓解叶片的水分丢失.NO对杨树叶片光合作用具有双重性,低浓度SNP(200、500μmol·L-1)能促进叶片的光合,高浓度SNP(1000、2000μmol·L-1)则明显抑制叶片的光合.较短时间水分处理胁迫(1h))的杨树叶片SOD和POD活性显著高于较长时间(3h)水分胁迫下叶片的酶活性.经SNP处理后,各处理组POD、SOD活性明显上升.同时,随SNP浓度的增加,POD和SOD活性表现出先上升后下降的趋势.外源NO可通过诱导POD和SOD活性的上升,延缓活性氧的积累,从而减轻水分胁迫对杨树的伤害,增强树木的耐旱能力.

针对当前LUCC研究中存在的数据间多重相关性和样本量不足的问题,论文将一种新型的多元统计数据分析方法———偏最小二乘回归引入到研究中。该方法可以有效地克服上述缺陷,并能实现多种数据分析方法的综合应用。为检验方法的功能及实用性,论文以苏锡常地区为例,对区域的土地利用结构及其影响因子进行了定量分析。结果表明,偏最小二乘回归是进行土地利用结构研究的一种十分有效的工具,在地学领域有广阔的应用前景。

The reaction mechanisms of the H-2 with the homonuclear dimers M-2 (Cu, Ag, Au) and the heteronuclear dimers PdM (M = Cu, Ag, Au) were studied by use of density functional theory. For the H-2 reactions with homonuclear dimers M-2 (Cu, Ag, Au), it was found that it is easier for Au-2 to dissociate the hydrogen molecule compared with Cu-2 and Ag-2. For H-2 reactions with the heteronuclear dimers PdM (M = Cu, Ag, An), the hydrogen molecule can be easily dissociated at Pd site, rather than at noble metal site.

A composite film composed of porous polyurethane (PU) and polystyrene (PS) microspheres with both superhydrophobicity and superoleophilicity has been prepared. In this film, the dual-scale structure enhances both the hydrophobicity and oleophilicity of the surface material. The composite film with such an 'intelligent' wettability property can be utilized to separate oil and water systems efficiently.

磷酸盐是一类十分稳定的晶体化合物 ,易形成 P— O键的多酸根聚合体[1 ] ,以直键或环状排列 ,它们能与稀土离子形成稳定的化合物。作为稀土发光材料的基质 ,具有吸收能力强、转换效率高、物理化学性质稳定、能承受大功率的电子束和高能射线等优点 ,在光致发光 [2 ] 、电致发光[3] 、阴极射线发光 [4 ] 和X射线发光 [5] 等方面获得了广泛的应用。近年来 ,关于稀土焦磷酸盐的合成已有不少的报道。常用的方法是高温固相法 [6 ] ,用此方法合成的样品虽然亮度高 ,但纯度较低 ,粒度不均匀 ,所以探索合成稀土焦磷酸盐的新方法十分有必要。本文采用液相法合成稀土焦磷酸盐 ,通过对产物的 X射线衍射图的分析来探索合成稀土焦磷酸盐的最佳酸度和最佳锻烧温度 ,并对产物的激发光谱和发射光谱作了分析 ,此方法具有纯度高、粒度小和工艺简单等特点。La4 - x(P2 O5) 3:Eux 的合成 :准确称取 1 0 .0 0 0 0 g La2 O3(99.99% )和 2 .0 0 0 0 g Eu2 O3(99.99% ) ,分别用浓 HNO3(优级纯 )溶解完全 ,加蒸馏水配制成 0 .1 mol/ L 的 La(N...

Platinum nanoparticles were electrocrystallized on a 4-aminophenyl monolayer-grafted carbon substrate. These Pt-modified surfaces were characterized by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The characterization by STM revealed that the platinum nanoparticles obtained had good size monodispersity and were well separated from one another on HOPG surfaces. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. In situ microscopic FTIR spectroelectrochemistry behavior of L-ascorbic acid (H(2)A) in polymer electrolyte is reported for the first time. H(2)A undergoes a two-step oxidation, The oxidation waves shift towards more anodic potential values when the scan rate increases. The peak currents of the oxidation waves are proportional to the square roots of scan rate up to 100 mV/s, The in situ infrared spectra suggest that the product of the oxidation be dehydroascorbic acid, which may exist as a dimer.

Based on Jeziorny theory, the kinetics of phase transition of poly(ester-imide) has been determined under non-isothermal condition by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Avrami exponent n, kinetic parameters G(c) and rate constant Z(c) were derived and discussed.
