Bancada feminina discute direitos da mulher na Constituição e apresentará, ao Relator Bernardo Cabral (PMDB-AM), emendas sobre os seguintes assuntos: licença remunerada, estabilidade no emprego para gestantes, creches gratuitas para crianças até seis anos, discriminação sexual como crime inafiançável. A Deputada Anna Maria Rattes (PMDB-RJ) pretende mostrar a coesão e a força da bancada feminina. Várias entidades vão fazer ato público para a entrega de Emendas Populares a Assembleia Nacional Constituinte. Maria Laura, representante da CUT, convoca a população para participar do ato público. Sessão Extraordinária da Assembleia Nacional Constituinte (ANC) discute papel do Estado na economia, conceito de empresa nacional e reserva de mercado para o petróleo e os minerais. O Senador Roberto Campos (PDS-MS) afirma que reserva de mercado e o conceito de empresa nacional não são matérias constitucionais, mas sim de Lei Ordinária. O Deputado Vladimir Palmeira (PT-RJ) defende a inclusão do conceito de empresa nacional na nova Carta, fundamental para o exercício da soberania nacional. O Deputado Fernando Sant¿Anna (PCB-BA) faz uma análise da atuação das multinacionais que atuam na área de mineração e conclui que elas ferem a soberania nacional. O Deputado Francisco Dornelles (PFL-RJ) declara que nenhum partido tem o direito de incluir seu programa partidário na Constituição. Cyclopids, exactly in the same way as daphnids, significant component in the nutrition of plankton-f and the young of the majority of fishes. It is established that the food spectrum of cyclopids is extremely broad: daphnids, planarians, Copepodite stages of copepods (cannibalism), rotifers, protists, bacteria, phytoplankton and so on. It is clear that the problem of studying these or other components of feeding in the general food spectrum can be definitely resolved only after obtaining exact quantitative data on the feeding of cyclopids. This article attempts to fill the gap in the study of the quantitative side of the feeding of cyclopias; in it is investigated the size of the 24-hour ration of cyclopids feeding on protists, the dependence of the ration on some factors of the external medium, and the difference of 24-hour consumption per unit weight of tody with two species of cyclopids (Cyclops strenuus and Cyclops viridis).

缺中子~(176)Ir核β~+／EC衰变研究

在210MeV的束流能量下,利用重离子熔合蒸发反应146Nd(35Cl,5nγ)176Ir产生具有β+／EC衰变性质的核素176Ir,由氦喷嘴快速带传输系统将反应产物传送到低本底区进行测量．经过实验数据的离线处理分析,对早先发表的176Ir衰变γ跃迁进行确认的同时又发现了3个新能级和10条新的γ射线, 丰富了176Os核的低位激发态能级纲图．并根据典型γ射线的衰变时间谱建议了176Ir核的一个长寿命的低自旋同核异能态．

~(176,178)Os新低位激发态的识别

利用在束实验产生具有β+/EC衰变性质核素176,178Ir,分析了在束实验条件下获得的γ-γ符合数据,识别出了176Os的4条新能级和13条新γ跃迁、178Os的5条新能级和14条新γ跃迁。籍助氦喷嘴快速带传输系统,进一步对176Ir的β+/EC衰变进行了测量,在确认在束测量新γ射线的同时建议了176Ir的一个低自旋同核异能态。通过两准粒子耦合的半经验计算,建议了176,178Ir基态及同核异能态的组态。

双奇核~(176)Ir转动带的旋称反转(英文)

利用1 4 9Sm( 31 P ,4nγ)反应 ,通过γ射线的激发函数测量、X γ和γ γ符合测量研究了双奇核1 76Ir的高自旋态 .首次建立了双奇核1 76Ir由 4个转动带构成的能级纲图 .依据从实验数据中提取出的带内B(M1 ) B(E2 )值与理论计算值的比较 ,以及相邻双奇核的带结构特征 ,给出了转动带的准粒子组态 .基于本实验建立起的带间跃迁和在I=1 8处观测到的旋称交叉 ,指出1 76Ir核基于πh9 2 νi1 3 2 和πi1 3 2 νi1 3 2 组态的两个转动带在低自旋时出现旋称反转现象 .

beta(+)/EC decay and systematic analysis of Ir-176,Ir-178

The gamma rays following the beta(+)/EC decay of Ir-176,Ir-178 nuclei have been investigated using in-beam gamma-ray experiment. In addition, with the aid of a helium-jet recoil fast tape transport system, the beta(+)/EC decay of Ir-176 was further studied, the new gamma rays were proved and a low-spin isomer was proposed in Ir-176. The isomeric state was analysized according to the systematics in neighboring nuclei.

beta(+)/EC-decay study of Ir-176 neutron-deficient isotope

The beta(+)/EC decay of doubly odd Ir-176 has been investigated using Nd-146(Cl-35, 5n gamma)Ir-176 heavy ion fusion evaporation reaction at 210MeV bombarding energy. With the aid of a helium-jet recoil fast tape transport system, the reaction products were transported to a low-background location for measurements. Based on the data analysis, the previously published gamma rays in Ir-176 decay were proved, moreover, 3 new levels and 10 new gamma rays were assigned to Ir-176 decay. The new level scheme of Os-176 with low excitation energy has been established. The time spectra of typical gamma rays clearly indicate a long-lived low-spin isomer in Ir-176 nuclide.

Survival in 176 patients with inoperable non small cell lung cancer treated initially with chemotherapy in a district general hospital

In advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) platinum based chemotherapy with second generation drugs improves median survival (MS) to 8 months and 29% and 10% at 1 and 2 years. Platinum with a third generation drug can improve survival further (BMJ 1995;311: 899) (Spiro et al. Thorax 2004;59:828 Big Lung Trial; N Engl J Med 2003;346:92 ECOG study). NICE now recommends chemotherapy with platinum and a third generation drug for inoperable NSCLC as the first treatment modality. Methods: We audited survival of 176/461 consecutive patients referred for at least 3 courses of platinum and either gemcitabine or vinorelbine from July 2001 to December 2005. Minimal follow up 17 months. Chemotherapy was given on site. Radical radiotherapy for stage IIIA, palliative radiotherapy and second line drugs were given as felt appropriate. Results: 64% were male. 30 (17%) were <55 years ; 66 (37.5%) age 55–65 years; 63 (35.8%) aged 66–75 and 16 (9.1%) >75 years. 5 (2.8%) were stage II; 46 (26%) stage IIIA; 68 (38%) stage IIIB and 55 (30.8%) stage IV. 68 (38%) had 0– 2 courses; 63 (36%) 3 courses and 44 (25%) had 4 or more.
