Atualmente existem inúmeros processos produtivos automatizados, os quais vêm se tornando cada vez mais complexos em função das necessidades do mundo moderno e, portanto, demandam nas fases de projetos e de implementação ferramentas de engenharia cada vez mais poderosas para modelá-los e analisá-los da maneira mais eficiente possível. Nesse ambiente de crescente pressão por resultados positivos, racionalização e aprimoramento de recursos internos, que a ferramenta computacional Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 9.0, surge como um caminho para a obtenção de competitividade produtiva. Ressaltando ainda que, o estudo proposto é de grande relevância para os profissionais da gestão produtiva, os quais almejam resultados que minimizem custos e maximizem lucros.

The focus of this research is centered on organic information production, sharingand use on the enterprise decision making process. The information on the present economy becomes value source for organizations. The organic information is produced on the organization s internal environment been a product of the activities made by execution its functions. Knowing the elements that involve this process gives a great help to managers once the decision making process is permeated by conflicts and different perceptions. Therefore, the organic information can reduce these conflicts on organizational contexts, because it reduces the uncertainness, propitiates more security and more trustworthiness to the decision making process, besides it gives dynamism to people s time involved on the process. The investigated universe was composed by the companies affiliated to Construnova Net, from construction material segment, located at Marilia Region s cities, Sao Paulo State, because it is an important segment which influences the local and regional economy. The methodological proceedings used are based on the qualitative approach which method is related to descriptive and exploratory research. As data collecting instruments were elaborated a structured questionnaire with closed questions and an interview s syllabus which contents are related to the research s aims. As analysis proceedings for the collected data and also to consider the qualitative approach it was chosen the Contents Analysis method from Bardin and more specifically the Categorical Analysis . Consequently, we conclude that it is deficient in production of organic information, or to produce documents that prove and control the activities that are developed within the organization is not satisfactory. In the current economic scenario of constant changes, industries seek to increase their profitability decreasing inventory levels. Maintenance and maintenance management, combined with the inventory management of spare parts, has assumed a position of competitive advantage in business. Stock only what you need has become a difficult decision for managers, who are faced with the lack of models and criteria to assist this decision-making. This work proposes a method which supports decision making, on a MATLAB modeling, using criteria established by an expert and his maintenance workers team, focusing on no regular demand of spare parts. This work aims to assist decision making in buying a laser cut machine, a manufacturer of auto parts and wheels, and later this technique can be considered to acquisition of other equipment. L’audit, c’est un outil de gestion très important pour que les organisations puissent accomplir la réussite. Selon le fait qu’il n’y a pas des modèles d’aide à l’audit, il existe une opportunité de recherche. En considerant les Méthodes d’Aide à la Décision, il y a des plusieurs type d’applications. L’objectif de la recherche c’est la proposition d’un modèle capable de sélectionner des processus pour faire l’audit dans une distributeur de carburant en considerant la prise de décision en groupe. La modélisation normative empirique c’est la méthode de recherche utilisée. Un modèle qui utilise l’Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) et la prise de décision en groupe a été proposé face aux difficultés d’un département d’Audit Interne. Le modèle proposé présente les poids des processus et permet leur priorisations dans un scénario determiné. Pour l’application de ce modèle présenté, on a utilisé cinq critères et 26 alternative (processus). L’information de jugement a été bien founi par trois spécialistes du département. Quelques rendez-vous avec les participants ont été pris pour obtenir et réviser les donnés ainsi que discuter les résultats. Les résultats obtenus par le modèle permettent d’identifier les processus qu’il faut plus d’attention. L’équipe a considéré le modèle comme une proposition d’aide à la prise de décision très pertinent pour le département d’Audit Interne

A adoção de marcas próprias no mix de produtos de supermercados é uma ação estratégica que alguns varejistas estão utilizando para melhorar sua competitividade no setor. No Brasil, a participação de mercado das marcas próprias ainda é pouco representativa, o que reflete a atitude dos consumidores diante desses produtos. A proposta deste trabalho foi avaliar os fatores que influenciam no comportamento do consumidor em relação aos produtos de marcas próprias de supermercados. Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de campo de caráter exploratório com abordagem quantitativa, por meio de questionário auto-administrado, o que possibilitou a coleta de opiniões de uma amostra de 983 clientes de supermercados. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que os respondentes não possuem uma imagem positiva dos produtos de marcas próprias, devido: à grande variação na qualidade dos produtos dentro das categorias e entre as categorias ofertadas, ao risco percebido, à ausência de comunicação efetiva sobre os produtos e à imagem de inferioridade transmitida pelos atributos das marcas próprias como embalagem, forma de exposição e política de preços. Dos fatores obtidos, pode-se concluir que a imagem da loja, a comunicação e preço, a qualidade e preço destacaram-se como os mais importantes para os respondentes e que exerceram maior influência em seu comportamento.
