Compara����o entre as habilidades motoras de chutar e rebater em crian��as do primeiro ano do ensino fundamental

This research analyzes the development of motor skills of kicking andhitting 60 children, six years old, from three schools in the city of Bauru. Thestudents were videotaped performing the task of kicking and hitting. Thecollected data were analyzed by three independent evaluators who rated theskills in development stages (early, elementary and mature), following thecharacteristics presented by Gallahue and Ozmun (2005), adding two morecategories: beginner / intermediate, elementary / intermediate. The resultsshowed that there were differences between the skills of kicking and hitting.This may be related to cultural aspects. Also found that most children havenot reached the mature stage of development the two skills, which is contraryto that expected in the literature.

Equipes virtuais: um estudo de caso de implanta����o de um sistema na Am��rica Latina

Estudo de caso que apresenta um projeto internacional de implanta����o de novos processos de neg��cios com suporte de sistemas de informa����o em empresa multinacional norte-americana com utiliza����o de equipes virtuais sediadas em S��o Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Bogot�� e Cidade do M��xico. A metodologia utilizada o desenvolvimento deste artigo constituiu-se de levantamento bibliogr��fico e coleta, agrupamento e an��lise de dados. Este projeto teve tr��s fatores-chave na sua execu����o: primeiro, foi a sele����o, disponibiliza����o e uso das tecnologias adequadas; o segundo fator, a comunica����o, com Plano de Comunica����o desenvolvido em parceria com a ��rea de Marketing da empresa; e o terceiro fator, a gest��o de pessoas, atribuindo prioridade aos aspectos culturais, como: idioma, feriados, hor��rio de trabalho e rotinas locais. O costumeiro atraso dos participantes para as reuni��es de progresso do projeto foi um dos maiores obst��culos superados no curso do projeto.

O parto �� um evento natural e fisiol��gico permeado por aspectos culturais de grande simbolismo nas sociedades humanas. Representa um ritual de chegada ao mundo e reflete nossos valores a respeito de conceitos como vida e natureza. Dentro da discuss��o sobre o pensamento t��cnico cient��fico e os novos paradigmas, o tema �� atual e importante para as quest��es da sa��de e do desenvolvimento social. Procuro ilustrar os paralelos existentes entre as pr��ticas culturais que envolvem o parto e a rela����o homem-natureza, tendo na figura das parteiras tradicionais um eixo de conex��o. O trabalho aborda tamb��m o saber tradicional representando uma forma mais saud��vel, sist��mica, integrada e ecol��gica de bem-nascer. As parteiras assumem uma importante fun����o social nas comunidades em que se encontram, s��o acolhedoras da vida, curandeiras, benzedeiras, detentoras de uma sabedoria tradicional em muitos casos passada por gera����es atrav��s da oralidade e pela viv��ncia, caracterizando o tradicionalismo nessas comunidades quanto ��s quest��es de cura e sa��de. A presen��a da interculturalidade em livros did��ticos de espanhol l��ngua estrangeira

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo principal a an��lise da interculturalidade em uma cole����o de livros did��ticos de ensino da l��ngua espanhola selecionados pelo Programa Nacional do Livro Did��tico (PNLD), este voltado �� distribui����o dos livros em escolas de ensino p��blico. Apresenta-se, inicialmente, um breve hist��rico da inser����o do ensino de l��ngua estrangeira no Brasil, que progride na tentativa de que os alunos compreendam a magnitude de aprender uma l��ngua de car��ter estrangeiro, uma nova l��ngua. Al��m disso, elucidou-se sobre o ensino do espanhol na sala de aula, a fim de salientar a import��ncia do ensino da l��ngua estrangeira, apresentando em seguida a hist��ria e implica����es do Programa Nacional do Livro Did��tico. Logo, foi aclarada a quest��o da interculturalidade no ensino, ou seja, os aspectos culturais de diversos pa��ses aplicados na educa����o do estudante com o intuito de demonstrar a magnific��ncia de discernimento e aprendizagem das perspectivas culturais ao redor do mundo, e desse modo, possibilitando a compreens��o da an��lise proposta neste trabalho. Foi utilizado como objeto de estudo e an��lise o livro did��tico El arte de leer espa��ol, de Deise Cristina de Lima Pican��o e Terumi Koto Bonnet Villalba, que possui tr��s volumes voltados ao ensino m��dio. A comunica����o organizacional e a atua����o das Rela����es P��blicas na era da dial��tica entre globaliza����o e glocaliza����o

This study is the result of theoretical reflections and analyses about the role of public relations professional in existing management of cultural diversity in organizations, arising from globalisation and glocalisation. This way, we analyze new perspectives for organizational communication, considering the cultural aspects of different audiences in an organization. Thus, the goal of this work is to show another look for this activity, in which prime respect and integration amid interculturality and enable new paths for public relations, acting as ' cultural Integrator ' in this scenario. For understanding these new interfaces, the study takes as its starting point an overview of roots that gave rise to this context, starting from the analysis of various aspects of globalisation and your reflexes and impacts on organizations, plus a contextualization of the organizational communication trajectory. Then the global and local culture is discussed, as well as the glocalisation and repercussions in organizations, which gave rise to a scenary of cultural diversity and possible conflicts of that context. From the particular analysis of work, are given the implications of this encounter of multiple cultures in organizations, in addition to being presented theories of intercultural communication in trying to manage and provide the dialogue and understanding between different cultures. Finally, this study deals with the possibilities of public relations practice in interculturality, showing paths to the mediation of various interests between organizations and their audiences in the sphere of glocalization, showing the activity of International/Global public relations. It also presents the possible involvement of public relations in the management of a communication on cultural diversity scenary, showing perspectives for this activity on the theory of excellence, in order to seek understanding and understanding even in the midst of diversity

O uso da chupeta: elabora����o de material pedag��gico para orienta����o dos profissionais das escolas de educa����o infantil

What is the relationship of a pacifier as for nutrition, speech, dental and psychotherapy? What are its benefits and harm? Which strategies should be developed as a teaching material which can guide employees and teachers of early childhood education regarding the use of pacifier in schools? The survey is a qualitative and an exploratory one. By taking literature as a starting point. We found out that there are many doubts regarding the use of pacifier, even among health professionals. The booklet was prepared containing topics such as: social and historical aspects; psycho-physiological aspects of development, speech therapy and dental aspects; pros and cons of using a pacifier; teaching materials on the pedagogical use of pacifiers. Deutsche Welle Brasil: constru����o da not��cia e representa����o social

Zusammenfassung: In dieser Studie wurde untersucht, wie Nachrichten, die vom Nachrichtenportal Deutsche Welle in portugiesischer Sprache ver��ffentlicht werden, produziert werden und inwieweit sie Brasilien und Deutschland bez��glich kulturellen, politischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten repr��sentieren. Der staatliche deutsche Auslandsrundfunk zeichnet sich durch seine internationale Reichweite aus und schafft Dialoge zwischen Deutschland und anderen Nationen. Angesichts der Schnittstelle zwischen Journalismus und Internet, haben wir uns auf den Sender Deutsche Welle, und dort vor allem auf die brasilianische Nachrichtenredaktion fokussiert. Dadurch war es m��glich, den Kontext, in dem der analysierte journalistische Inhalt produziert wird, genau zu verstehen. Die Nachrichten wurden ��ber einen Zeitraum von einer Woche im Portal gesammelt und anschlie��end einer quantitativen und qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse unterzogen (BARDIN, 2009). Die Ergebnisse zeigen, wie die Inhalte beide L��nder repr��sentieren und gleichzeitig die Redaktionsstrategie des Senders best��tigt wird. In Anbetracht des Effekts, den die Nachrichten und die ��bermittelte Repr��sentation der beiden L��nder in den Beitr��gen auf die Meinungsbildung der Zielgruppe haben k��nnten, tr��gt diese Studie zum wissenschaftlichen Verst��ndnis im journalistischen Bereich bei und regt zu weitere Studien ��ber die Deutsche Welle an

Origami e kirigami: arte e cultura como recurso l��dico e educativo

We can know a people through their cultural and artistic assets. One of the many aspects of Japanese culture is origami, a fusion of the verb ���oru���, which means folding, with the word ���kami��� meaning paper. In this communication, we describe the course ���Origami and Kirigami: art and culture as a recreational and educational resource���. The course aimed to present these two oriental techniques based on paper and its potential as a source of entertainment and education, at the same time seeking to introduce cultural aspects of these arts of folding and/or cutting paper. This practice is more common than we realize, and is present in our day-to-day life when we perform actions such as folding clothes and papers, and making packages, amongst others. However, few are aware of the benefits that this folding brings to the fields of Arts, Mathematics, and Science, besides its recreational characteristics. Kirigami is a mixed technique that in addition to using folds in the paper (as in origami) also uses cuts (���kiru��� ��� meaning, ���cut���). It can be performed with heavier paper than origami, and by introducing some cuts, the paper can be folded to form the desired shape. It is a simple technique, with impressive results. We conducted eight weekly meetings, each lasting four hours, totaling 32 hours of coursework. In addition to the classes, a visit was made to the Okinawa Club in Bauru (S��o Paulo), where it was possible for the students of the course and the elderly group (fujinkai) of origamists of the club to exchange experiences. Finally, an exhibition was organized to display the artifacts produced by the course participants and disseminate the work of the students.
