Aspectos da regulação sobre o ensino a distância no Brasil

This article presents a reflection on the historical aspects and legislation on Distance Learning (DL). For this, a bibliographic and documentary research was performed with the goal of raising the necessary notes for discussion. The text begins with the characterization of the current society, the Information Society, which supports the modern distance education, which uses information and communication technologies (ICTs) to establish the process of learning teaching. Five stages of the EAD are identified. Later, the Brazilian legislation concerning the DL is punctuated, starting with the passage by Article 80 of the Guidelines and Bases Law-LBD (Law 9394/96) along with the critical analysis of Decree 5,622/05. Finally, in the final considerations is discussed the negative image that the DL carries by the Brazilian population and obstacles in the existing rules that hinder the democratization of access to education that aims DL.

Infância e escola: desafios no ingresso da criança no ensino fundamental

In order to expand educational services in the country, were recently approved laws that changed the organization of schools and the population served by them, as was the case of Law No. 11.274/2006 elementary school that extended from eight to nine years, establishing the admission of children to this level of education to 6 years old. The research aimed to analyze the relationship between the legal text and the meanings of schooling and the specifics of childhood with the entry of children in elementary school. We proceeded to carry out theoretical research and documentation and with the main results we can state that: 1) referring to the childhood and school education, we can reflect on the period that includes the ages between 5 and 7 years, periods in which the child Brazil, according to new legislation can be met in kindergarten and compulsory from 6 years in elementary education, refers to the student at a time conducive to the psychological and cognitive investment in the development of imagination, thought through images, perception , logical reasoning, comparison and identification of elements of the property, creativity and playful and symbolic creations, 2) found that the formation of the 1st child. years of elementary school students is directed around the practices of literacy, with emphasis on the acquisition of reading and writing; Find out what this new educational context, schools are presenting great challenges due to the specifics of care for children six years in the first year Elementary School, showing gap between the law and the actual developments in the reorganization of schools.

A educação física no ensino médio em escolas particulares: as perspectivas de alunos, diretores, coordenadores e professores de educação física

Although physical education is regulated by law and recognized as a mandatory component of basic education class, which includes high school, there are many reports that these classes do not actually happen. Such evidence shows the situation experienced by the author of this study, which brought this research to the attention. Therefore, the objective was to investigate and understand the perspective of students, physical education teachers, principals and coordinators forward their ideas to this reality, about the high school physical education in private schools. The research made use of qualitative approach, guided by an exploratory study. The technique was undertaken to collect the questionnaire with open and closed questions, involving 263 students enrolled in high school of four schools in two cities in the state of Sao Paulo and also the director, coordinator and professor of physical education of each one of these institutions, resulting in 12 education professionals. The categories of analysis were defined as: 1. Regarding physical education in high school, 2. The occurrence of physical rducation in high school, 3. Content and dynamic strategies developed in class 4. Student participation in class. The results show that despite, although some schools have physical education classes, there are still many students who do not take them. This reveals a double challenge to the area, which is: although it is essential that such a curriculum component is included in the grades (respecting the regional law legal system) that is not enough students that actually participate in it. Formação acadêmica inicial em educação física: perfis profissionais, objetivos e fluxos curriculares de uma instituição privada de ensino superior do interior do Estado de São Paulo

The present study represents a qualitative thesis, characterized as a case study, which uses the method of the present approach. In addressing the academic home in physical education, there is the constancy of the discussions regarding the curriculum and professional formatting. In view of the curriculum modifications to fit the new legislation, and the fact they are few studies related to private institutions that offer such courses, which offer even greater number of courses when compared to public institutions aimed to investigate and analyze the professional profiles, curricular goals and flows contained in the pedagogical projects of courses bachelor degree in physical education and a private institution of higher education of the State of São Paulo, as well as verifying the existence and adequacy of articulation to the institutional educational project and the institutional development plan. Compounding the literature review discussed the key historical facts relating to courses in physical education in our country, and its path to the current model. Also presented was the law of physical education courses in force in Brazil and some concepts about teaching course projects and their relationship to other institutional documents. Techniques were used to review and document analysis, with primary source documents of their own and other government institution. It found a lack of interest of some private institutions of higher education in official documents available for this type of research, which is bad since there are more courses offered by them compared to public institutions. As for the degree course for training teachers of physical education, found lack of specificity regarding the differentiation between content and the bachelor, which ends up deviating from the expectations contained in the course to the one presented in the curriculum. The anticipation of the beginning of Elementary School for six-year-old children, recently imposed by the Brazilian federal law, brought controversies and debates about the organization of the curriculum, routines, contents and activities, spaces and objects, conduct of behavior of teachers and parents, as well as about the policies of teachers’ training, amongst other issues. The present article, supported by advances of scientific production on children formal education, considers the changes in the concepts of children education and, consequently, in curricular practices. For this purpose, games and fun are taken as object of analysis and discussion, and the playfulness is proposed as a central curricular axle in the initial years of Elementary Education.

O atendimento educacional especializado e o ensino de física para pessoas surdas: uma abordagem qualitativa

The present work discusses the Physics education for deaf students, including the formation of the Physics education professional, the specialized educational service and the participation of translators and interpreters of the Sign Language in this process. We analyzed qualitatively the national policy for specialized education in the inclusive vision, legislation and national opinion related to the teaching profession in Physics. Using documentations, it was possible to identify the limitations and contradictions related to specialized educational service and the teaching and learning process in Physics.

Discutindo a EaD no ensino superior: dando voz aos alunos

The work appeared before the process of articulation and curricular restructuring of Pedagogy courses conducted at the request of the Dean of undergraduate studies at UNESP. The documents surveyed pointed out that, although all courses obey the same laws, curriculum organization of each features singularities, where the course of pedagogy of Bauru (SP) is the only one which is distinguished by the presence of disciplines that work with the issue of technologies. Thus, we have as objectives: to analyze a proposal of curricular use of distance education; map of the curricula of pedagogy of UNESP with respect to technologies; Verify there is possibility of use of a virtual learning scenario in teachers ' initial formation. Thus, there was a didactic experience of use of distance education, which happened in 2010, 2011 and 2012, with students of the first and third year of the course. Were job steps: 1) literature review; 2) study of official documents of the courses of pedagogy of UNESP; 3) elaboration and execution of a didactic proposal of virtual learning environment; 4) description and categorization of data; 5) analysis and interpretation of results. We conclude that there is a need for reorganization of curriculum Pedagogy courses on the use of technologies and virtual learning environments are theoretical and practical articulation opportunities.
