牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)是芍药科芍药属牡丹组植物,花大、色艳、型美、香郁、药用范围广、文化内涵丰富,被尊为“国色天香”、“花中之王”。我国植牡丹、赏牡丹有1600多年的历史,培育了许多价值高的品种,遗憾的是个别黄色、鲜红色、绿色等珍贵品种不断消失,而且现有的一些文化价值与观赏价值极高的古牡丹、著名的牡丹园的老牡丹均出现了衰弱现象,有的已奄奄一息。为了探索传统牡丹品种消失及牡丹衰老的原因,本研究在充分调查、整理国内品种资源的基础上,总结了牡丹品种的传承和消失情况,掌握了古牡丹的资源状况。通过连作土壤栽培试验证明了牡丹连作障碍的存在,并选定了生长在同一区域的5、10、15、20、25、30年生6个株龄的‘洛阳红(Luo Yang Hong)’为研究对象,从形态指标的调查、生理指标的测定、根际土壤及根系浸提液的化感成分分析三个方面着手,确定了牡丹开始衰老的时期;揭示了牡丹衰老机理;总结了古牡丹保留、复壮、养护办法;为牡丹专类园的管理及可持续性发展提供了理论和技术指导。本研究主要结果如下: 1、牡丹品种和古牡丹资源 通过对中国牡丹品种资源的文献查阅和实地考察,系统整理了我国不同时代的品种状况,调查结果表明:宋、元、明、清共有品种1109种,目前仅存143种,品种资源消失十分严重。收集整理了49处古牡丹资料,并据此绘制了我国目前古牡丹分布图;实地调查了17处24株古牡丹,详细介绍了部分品种的来历传说、生长状况和衰亡原因。5个优良传统品种在中国科学院植物研究所牡丹种质资源圃内得以保存,其中潞城古牡丹,植株最大(高2.3 m,冠径5.6 m),且生长旺盛;西溪牡丹属丰花品种,40年植株可开花811朵。 2、牡丹连作障碍 利用牡丹连作根际土壤及其浸出液栽培牡丹,结果表明,播种苗及分株苗的生长均受到了抑制;连作年限越久的处理抑制作用越强;根际土壤浸出液对牡丹生长的影响较大,对前期地下部和后期地上部都有很强的抑制作用,而且还抑制了上胚轴休眠的解除;根际土壤对后期株高和展叶幅的影响较大,对播种苗前期生根影响不大。牡丹存在连作障碍现象,连作障碍是牡丹衰弱的重要原因。 3、牡丹衰老时间及机理 通过对6 个株龄‘洛阳红’的形态、生理指标及根际土壤化感成分的比较得出,牡丹在同一地方大约栽植15 年后开始衰弱,20 年以内应该采取复壮措施。利用气相色谱—质谱联用技术(Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer, GC-MS)检测到根际土壤及根系浸提液中主要存在:烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃、醇、醚、酚醌、有机酸、醛、酮、酯、苯、胺等12 类有机物。对比分析得出有12 种物质可能是根系分泌物,根际土壤中可能具毒害作用的物质有40 种,栽植牡丹使土壤中增加的物质有24 种。 4、古牡丹复壮技术及应用 栽培基质中添加活性炭、沙子、麦饭石等均能有效的促进牡丹的生长,以活性炭的效果最好。对“汉牡丹”实施了综合复壮措施,效果明显。

An intermittency transport model is proposed for modeling separated-flow transition. The model is based on earlier work on prediction of attached flow bypass transition and is applied for the first time to model transition in a separation bubble at various degrees of free-stream turbulence. The model has been developed so that it takes into account the entrainment of the surrounding fluid. Experimental investigations suggest that it is this phenomena which ultimately determines the extent of the separation bubble. Transition onset is determined via a boundary layer correlation based on momentum thickness at the point of separation. The intermittent flow characteristic of the transition process is modeled via an intermittency transport equation. This accounts for both normal and streamwise variation of intermittency and hence models the entrainment of surrounding flow in a more accurate manner than alternative prescribed intermittency models. The model has been validated against the well established T3L semicircular leading edge flat plate test case for three different degrees of free-stream turbulence characteristic of turbomachinery blade applications.

水环境退化是全球普遍面临的重要问题,退化后的水环境修复、重建,已成为当前各国重视的焦点,也是环境科学与工程研究的热点。该文全面综述了国内外水环境修复技术的研究进展,并在此基础上对水环境修复的重点和热点进行了分析和归纳。文章指出,为改善我国水环境,还有待于进一步加强水环境修复的方法学、基础理论、应用技术和示范推广等方面的研究工作。

This paper proposes a design methodology to stabilize isolated relative equilibria in a model of all-to-all coupled identical particles moving in the plane at unit speed. Isolated relative equilibria correspond to either parallel motion of all particles with fixed relative spacing or to circular motion of all particles with fixed relative phases. The stabilizing feedbacks derive from Lyapunov functions that prove exponential stability and suggest almost global convergence properties. The results of the paper provide a low-order parametric family of stabilizable collectives that offer a set of primitives for the design of higher-level tasks at the group level. © 2007 IEEE.

Managing product information for product items during their whole lifetime is challenging, especially during their usage and end-of-life phases. A major challenge is how to keep a link between the product item and its associated information that may be stored in backend systems of different organizations. This chapter analyses and compares three approaches for addressing this task-that is, the electronic product code (EPC) Network, DIALOG, and World Wide Article Information (WWAI). The EPC network has three key strengths with respect to Product lifecycle management (PLM): First, it is an internationally accepted standard that is supported by a world-wide standards body (GSI). Second, the lookup mechanism helps to insulate the data on the tag from change. Third, because it is becoming widespread and that this tag can also be used for PLM. WWAI is more technically sophisticated than the other approaches. The DIALOG approach might be the most general purpose one of the three because it places few restrictions on the format of the data on the tag. © 2006 Copyright © 2006 Elsevier Ltd. A rapid and sensitive method was developed and validated for the determination of MCYST (microcystin)-RR, -LR, and [Dha(7)] MCYST-LR in rat plasma by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The analytes were extracted from rat plasma by protein precipitation, followed by solid-phase extraction. Liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, operating in selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode, was used to quantify MCYST-RR, -LR, and [Dha(7)] MCYST-LR in rat plasma. The recoveries for each analyte in rat plasma ranged from 70.8 to 88.7%. The calibration curve was linear within the range from 0.005 to 1.25 mu g mL(-1). The limit of detection were 1.4, 1.0, 0.6 ng mL(-1) for MCYST-RR, -LR, and [Dha(7)] MCYST-LR. The overall precision was determined on three different days. The values for within- and between-day precision in rat plasma were within 15%. This method was applied to the identification and quantification of microcystins in rat plasma with acute exposure of microcystins via intravenous injection.

Epitaxial growth of SiC on complex substrates was carried out at substrate temperature from 1200 degreesC to 1400 degreesC. Three kinds of new complex substrates, c-plane sapphire, AlN/sapphire, and GaN/AlN/sapphire, were used in this study. We obtained a growth rate in the range of 1-6 mum/h. Thick (6 mum) SIC epitaxial layers with no cracks were successfully obtained on AlN/sapphire and GaN/AlN/sapphire substrates. X-ray diffraction patterns have confirmed that single-crystal SiC was obtained on these complex substrates. Analysis of optical transmission spectra of the SIC grown on sapphire substrates shows the lowest-energy gap near 2.2 eV, which is the value for cubic SiC. Fourier transform photoluminescence measurements were carried out to investigate the optical transitions in InxGa1-xAs/InyAl1-yAs one-side-modulation-doped asymmetric step quantum wells. Samples with electron density n(s) between 0.8 and 5.3 x 10(12) cm(-2) rue studied. Strong recombination involving one to three populated electron subbands with the first heavy-hole subband is observed. Fermi edge singularity (FES) clearly can be observed for some samples. The electron subband energies in the InGaAs/InAlAs step quantum wells were calculated by a self-consistent method, taking into account strain and nonparabolicity effects and the comparison with the experimental data shows a good agreement. Our results can help improve understanding for the application of InGaAs/InAlAs step quantum wells in microelectronic and optoelectronic devices. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.

MoNi/gamma-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method. The catalyst samples were characterized by XRD and TPR. The effects of Mo promoter content and the catalyst reducing temperature Oil hydrotreatment activity of the catalyst were studied under 200 degrees C and 3 MPa hydrogen pressure using acetic acid as the model compound. The XRD results indicate that the addition of Mo promoter is beneficial to the uniformity of nickel species on the catalyst and decreases the Interaction between nickel species and the support Which results in the decrease the of NiAl2O4 spinel formation. The addition of Mo promoter also decreases the reducing temperature of the catalyst. After the catalyst of 0.06 MoNi/gamma-Al2O3 being reduced Under the atmosphere of H-2/N-2(5/95, V/V), nickel oxide was reduced to Ni-0. The reaction was promoted obviously upon the addition of the MoNi/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst reduced at 600 degrees C. The Mo-modified Ni/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst reduced at 600 degrees C displayed the highest activity during the reaction, the conversion of acetic acid reached the highest point of 33.2%. The products included ethyl acetate and water.
