Arrantza sektorea: Santi Burgoa sl, 2018rako plan estrategikoa

Gradu Amaierako Lan hau egiterakoan arrantza sektorearen gaineko jakintza maila handiagotzea, sektorearen egoeraren berri ematea eta graduan zehar ikasgai ezberdinetan landutakoa praktikara eraman eta enpresa bati Plan Estrategikoa lantzea dira nire helburuak. Horretarako lehenik eta behin, Gradua Amaierako Lan honetan erabiliko dudan metodologia azaldu, landuko ditudan atalen buruzko Marko Teorikoa aurkeztu, arrantza sektoreari buruzko ezaugarri, iraganeko eta gaur egungo egoera, jasandako aldaketen zergatik, eta hobetzeko asmoz aurrera eraman daitezkeen pausuak plazaratuko ditut. Ondoren enpresaren kasuan murgilduko naiz, bere historia, xedea, bisioa eta balioak azalduz ondoren analisi estrategikoa egin eta helburuak planteatzeko. Azkenik, Gradu Amaierako Lan honen ondoriekin amaituko da lana.

Elaboración de cuentas anuales previsionales de Cafés Aitona SL

El Trabajo de Fin de Grado que he realizado, gira en torno al sector cafetero en la Comunidad Autónoma Vasca. Se trata de un sector en el que operan aproximadamente unas 20 empresas, y la mayoría de ellas son de carácter familiar. No son empresas de gran tamaño, la mayoría son microempresas. Concretamente, el trabajo consiste en la elaboración de unas Cuentas Anuales previsionales de la empresa Cafés Aitona para los años 2.014, 2.015 y 2.016. El trabajo comienza con la contextualización del lector al sector cafetero a modo de introducción, pasando en el siguiente punto a la realización de un diagnóstico de la situación presente de la empresa objeto de estudio en base a la trayectoria pasada, junto con un estudio del entorno y del sector donde opera (empresas de la competencia). En base a la información recabada y en alineación a las decisiones estratégicas adoptadas, realizaré una estimación de las variables básicas que afectarán al futuro inmediato de la empresa. El trabajo finalizará con la propuesta de las Cuentas Anuales Previsionales, en las que se incorporaré los efectos de las estimaciones y decisiones adoptadas. Los objetivos del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado son demostrar la capacidad de realizar un diagnóstico sobre una realidad empresarial específica, y demostrar la capacidad de emitir juicios y tomar decisiones en base a los datos obtenidos.

Behavioral ontogeny in larvae and early juveniles of the giant trevally (Caranx ignobilis) (Pisces: Carangidae)

Behavior of young (8−18 mm SL) giant trevally (Caranx ignobilis), a large coral-reef−associated predator, was observed in the laboratory and the ocean. Size was a better predictor of swimming speed and endurance than was age. Critical speed increased with size from 12 to 40 cm/s at 2.7 cm/s for each mm increase in size. Mean scaled critical speed was 19 body lengths/s and was not size related. Swimming speed in the ocean was 4 to 20 cm/s (about half of critical speed) and varied among areas, but within each area, it increased at 2 cm/s for each mm increase in size. Swimming endurance in the laboratory increased from 5 to 40 km at 5 km for each mm increase in size. Vertical distribution changed ontogenetically: larvae swam shallower, but more variably, and then deeper with growth. Two-thirds of individuals swam directionally with no ontogenetic increase in orientation precision. Larvae swam offshore off open coasts, but not in a bay. Observations on gillnet catches of Kariba tilapia, Oreochromis mortimeri from Bumi Basin of Lake Kariba, Zimbabwe

Gillnet catches of Oreochromis mortimeri (Trewavas) were studied in the Bumi Basin of Lake Kariba in 1988 and 1989. Total length (TL) was positively correlated with standard length (SL). The linear relationship between TL and SL was TL=1.91 + 1.22 SL (r super(2)=0.982). The relationship between SL and weight in g (W) was of the form W = 0.12 SL super(2.67). Maximum standard length (L sub(max)) was 33 cm and asymptotic length (L sub( infinity )) was 34.7 cm. Monthly ratios of male to female varied between 0.6:1 and 13:1. The mean ratio was 57.4% male: 42.6%female. Monthly condition factors varied between 3.19 and 5.11 in males, and between 3.18 and 5.14 in females. Catches were higher in 1989 compared to 1988 and possible reasons for these differences are discussed.
