Eden & District Fisheries Advisory Committee 4th April, 1978

This is the report from the Eden and District Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting, which was held on the 4th April, 1978. South Lancashire Fisheries Advisory Committee 4th April, 1979

This is the report from the South Lancashire Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting, which was held on the 4th April, 1979. It includes information on the match fishing experiment at Mitton Fishery, giving the total numbers of each species caught. Also covered is the report by the area fisheries officer on fisheries activities which comments on river conditions and fishing, migratory fish movements for 1978 recorded at Winckley Hall, Waddow Weir and Locks Weir and an update on Langcliffe hatchery including mortalities and stocking. It also looks at the spawning of salmon and sea trout in the Ribble and Hodder for the 1978 season and it gives the data of monthly salmon catches on rod, line, nets and fixed engines for the 1978 season. The Fisheries Advisory Committee was part of the Regional Water Authorities, in this case the North West Water Authority. This preceded the Environment Agency which came into existence in 1996.

Regional Fisheries Advisory Committee 4th February, 1980.

This is the report from the Regional Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting, which was held on the 4th February 1980. The report contains the minutes of the Local Fisheries Advisory Committees, net and fixed engine licence duties, net limitation order for the River Lune and River Wyre and fishery byelaws for the River Lune. The Fisheries Advisory Committee was part of the Regional Water Authorities, in this case the North West Water Authority. This preceded the Environment Agency which came into existence in 1996.

This is the report from the Regional Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting, which was held on the 4th February, 1985. The report contains information on fishing licence duties (1986), Lead and Swans, fyke Nets, Grass Carp Field Trials in the Lancaster Canal and the total available residual chlorine (TARC) in the River Lune. The Fisheries Advisory Committee was part of the Regional Water Authorities, in this case the North West Water Authority. This preceded the Environment Agency which came into existence in 1996.

Regional Fisheries Advisory Committee 4th March, 1985

This is the report from the Regional Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting, which was held on the 4th March, 1985. The report contains sections on Public Water Supplies in West Cumbria, proposals for water supply for British Nuclear Fuels Limited (BNFL), and the proposals for a fish pass at Ennerdale Weir. The section on BNFL looks at the proposal of British Nuclear Fuels Limited to take more water from Wastwater. This section includes information about Wastwater, Calder Valley Boreholes, Mine Water and the River Ehen, and other groundwater investigations. The Fisheries Advisory Committee was part of the Regional Water Authorities, in this case the North West Water Authority. This preceded the Environment Agency which came into existence in 1996.

CLADP - THE CAMBRIDGE LINEAR ANALYSIS AND DESIGN PROGRAMS USER REFERENCE MANUAL (4TH ISSUE: APRIL 1983).

CLADP is an engineering software program developed at Cambridge University for the interactive computer aided design of feedback control systems. CLADP contains a wide range of tools for the analysis of complex systems, and the assessment of their performance when feedback control is applied, thus enabling control systems to be designed to meet difficult performance objectives. The range of tools within CLADP include the latest techniques in the field whose central theme is the extension of classical frequency domain concepts (well known and well proven for single loop systems) to multivariable or multiloop systems, and by making extensive use of graphical presentation information is provided in a readily understood form.

Aquatic ecology monitoring, water quality, fish, fish catch, sanitation and disease vectors: monitoring no. 11, 4th – 9th September 2012

This monitoring survey No. 11 undertaken between 4th and 9th September 2012 is the second one to be conducted after completion of construction of Bujagali Hydropower Dam. Two pre-construction baseline surveys in April 2000 and April 2006 were conducted and during construction phase, eight monitoring surveys (September 2007, April 2008, April 2009, October 2009, April 2010, September 2010, April 2011, September 2011) were conducted.
