Az előadás röviden áttekinti a két bankkártyatársasággal szemben folytatott Bizottsági és magyar versenyügy tanulságait elsősorban közgazdasági szempontból elemezve azt a központi jelentőségű kérdést, hogy a bankközi jutalék létezésének, illetve az abban történő multilaterális megállapodásnak elméletileg milyen versenyhatásai lehetségesek, ill. melyek zárhatók ki. Egy logikai modell segítségével mutatom be, hogy mi a valódi szerepe a multilaterális bankközi jutaléknak a két kártyatársaság rendszernek működésében, majd az e modell alapján levonható következtetéseket ütköztetem a két fent említett eljárás megállapításaival. Néhány alapvető kérdésben álláspontom2 teljes mértékben ellentétes a két hatóság által kifejtettekkel.

The purpose of this study is to examine how preschool teachers talk about how they work with developing interculturality in preschool. The study is based on the following questions: How do the teachers describe the work with interculturality in multicultural groups of children? How do the teachers describe the work with interculturality in monocultural groups of children? What are the differences between these descriptions? Through qualitative interviews with five preschool teachers working at two preschools we have analyzed how they talk about their work to develop interculturality. The first preschool has multicultural groups of children, and the second preschool has monocultural groups of children. In this study we have assumed the intercultural perspective as described by Lorentz (2014). The results show that the preschool with multicultural groups of children works actively with interculturality, while the preschool with monocultural groups of children does not work with interculturality, although the teachers have experience and ideas of how to work with interculturality.

The covering of the soil is an agricultural practice that intends to control the harmful herbs, to reduce the losses of water by evaporation of the soil, and to facilitate the harvest and the commercialization, once the product is cleaner and healthier. However, when the soil is covered important microclimatic parameters are also altered, and consequently the germination of seeds, the growth of roots, the absorption of water and nutrients, the metabolic activity of the plants and the carbohydrates storage. The current trial intended to evaluate the effect of soil covering with blue colored film on consumptive water-use in a lettuce crop (Lactuca sativa, L.). The experiment was carried out in a plastic greenhouse in Araras - São Paulo State, Brazil from March 3rd, 2001 to May 5th, 2001. The consumptive water-use was measured through two weighing lysimeter installed inside the greenhouse. Crop spacing was 0.25 m x 0.25 m and the color of the film above soil was blue. Leaf area index (IAF), was measured six times (7; 14; 21; 28; 35; 40 days after transplant) and the water-use efficiency (EU) was measured at the end. The experimental design was subdivided portions with two treatments, bare soil and covered soil. The average consumptive water-use was 4.17 mm day-1 to the bare soil treatment and 3.11 mm day-1 to the covered soil treatment. The final leaf area index was 25.23 to the bare soil treatment and 24.39 to the covered soil treatment, and there was no statistical difference between then.

This study subject to investigate the floristic composition and richness, the reproductive phenological patterns, the dispersal syndromes and life forms of species of a disjunt cerrado in semiarid climate at Araripe plateau during a one year period. We found 107 species and 41 families. Fabaceae, Myrtaceae, Poaceae, Apocynaceae, Euphorbiaceae and Malpighiaceae showed the largest number of species. For 47 of the woody species found, we studied the geographical distribution based on 27 papers of the Brazilian cerrados. Twelve species are of widespread occurence in the cerrado, and 13 are restricted to the Araripe plateau. Zoocory, autocory, and anemocory are the predominant syndromes of dispersal. The predominant life forms were phanerophytes (50.7%), hemicriptophytes (14.9%) and camephytes (13.1%). The cerrado of Araripe have lower species richness than continous cerrados, but a similar pattern of reproductive phenology, dispersal syndromes and life forms in more humid zones.
