Hierarquia de dominância durante a obtenção de Alimento em cebus apella e cebus libidinosus em Cativeiro

The analysis of the index of hierarchy and structural models of the formation of groups allowed to establish the hierarchical position of members of two groups of the genus Cebus. By the analyses of the hierarchical positions and the application of tests to obtain a food resource (TORA), we know the difference between these groups and groups in the wild. The results show a high ranking for both Cebus apella, as well as Cebus libidinosus. The results have enabled us to establish that the hierarchical structure in groups of Cebus in captivity: a) can be fixed and rigid different from highly flexible hierarchical structure studied in groups of wild b) even which similar hierarchy indices, there are differences in the hierarchical structure presents between C. apella and C. libidinosus in captivity c) hierarchy directly influence the behavioral patterns of obtaining food in Cebus

Tratamento técnico informacional de discos sonoros: uma abordagem voltata para a análise, representação e organização de acervos musicais

Aborda o tratamento técnico informacional de discos sonoros na Biblioteca Especializada em Música Pe. Jaime Diniz, da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Caracteriza os discos sonoros enquanto suporte informacional. Relata as dificuldades encontradas no processo de tratamento da informação musical em materiais especiais. Objetiva estabelecer diretrizes para a análise, representação e organização do acervo de discos sonoros. Utiliza a pesquisa bibliográfica em fontes impressas e eletrônicas para o suporte teórico, tendo como metodologia o estudo de caso. Conclui que as regras e padrões para o tratamento técnico da informação no campo da Biblioteconomia podem sofrer adaptações para melhor representar o conteúdo musical dos discos sonoros, considerando a necessidade do profissional da informação em aperfeiçoar seus conhecimentos em música.

O circuito espacial de produção e os círculos de cooperação da soja no Maranhão no período técnico-científico informacional

The study in screen it has as objective the understanding of the space circuit of production and the circles of cooperation of the soy that if develop in the Maranhão in the technician-scientific-informational period. Characterized for the material and incorporeal flows if they develop in the Maranhão, from the moment where it had a process of integration of the maranhense territory while peripheral space of the capitalist dynamics, that if gave through the politics of regional integration created by the State, but when it had a process of selective modernization, also partial and conservative of the agriculture, that made possible the significant increase of the production and reproduction of the capital. The study sample that with the advent of the soy, had a concentration of the production techniques, mainly in the agricultural region of Balsas, due to bigger it offers of lands, time of implantation of the culture, technique accumulated in the production, whereas in the agricultural region of Chapadinha, these indices still are without representation. Moreover, the intensification of the agricultural credit, the agrarian politics and tax incentives are elements that have propitiated increase of the production of the soy. The development of the space circuit and circles of cooperation of the soy, a side, create new forces politics in the Maranhão that can result in the creation of a new state, the other, are responsible, for the elimination of part of the subsistence agriculture, producing social problems as, agrarian concentration and unemployment. The study it still evidences the appropriation of the place for a small number of companies that has generated, beyond an intense concentration of income, an alienation of the territory, in view of that this is used for a strange purpose to the place and the yearning of the population does not stop

Cultura escolar, autoridade, hierarquia e participação: alguns elementos para reflexão

Este artigo apresenta uma reflexão a respeito de algumas concepções teóricas de autoridade e hierarquia, e de como essas concepções se constituem em elementos da cultura escolar que é construída na interação cotidiana, definindo formas diferenciadas de participação nas escolas. Parte do pressuposto de que a escola, como organização burocrática, tem em sua estrutura um corpo de princípios e valores dados pelo sistema educacional, por meio de leis, decretos e papéis formalmente estabelecidos, e um outro corpo de princípios e valores construídos e reelaborados no seu interior, pelos participantes do processo educacional, formando a cultura escolar. Assim, o grau de participação nas escolas se definiria em razão das concepções que seriam compartilhadas e construídas nesse processo de constituição da cultura escolar.

Partilha de néctar de Eucalyptus spp., territorialidade e hierarquia de dominância em beija-flores (Aves: Trochilidae) no sudeste do Brasil

Territorial behavior in hummingbirds minimizes competition through aggressive interactions, resulting in a dominance hierarchy among species and individuals. Interactions among seven hummingbird species visiting flowering eucalyptus in the Floresta Estadual near Rio Claro, São Paulo, in southeastern Brazil, were studied. Dominance was determined by weight and size with the largest species being the most dominant. Time spent in defense and the number of aggressive interactions were greater than recorded in literature, perhaps due to the relatively greater density of hummingbirds in the study area. Daily activity patterns differed among dominant and subordinate species, but were not correlated with either the quantity of available nectar or with nectar sugar concentration.
