Trata do trabalho docente na Educação Básica e tem como objeto de pesquisa a relação entre a política de avaliação externa e o trabalho docente na educação básica no município de Belém. O objetivo geral é analisar o modelo de avaliação educacional, estabelecida pelos órgãos governamentais e sua relação com trabalho do docente das séries iniciais do Ensino Fundamental no município de Belém, com ênfase nas turmas que se submetem à Prova Brasil. A metodologia adotada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e o estudo de caso, por entender que este vem ao encontro do reconhecimento de que o problema de pesquisa ora proposto assume uma especificidade na Rede Municipal de Educação de Belém. Destaca-se também o cotejamento das entrevistas realizadas com os professores, o que permitiu articular as seguintes categorias de análise: avaliações externas, regulação educacional e trabalho docente. A investigação realizada aponta que: a) A Reforma Administrativa do Estado Brasileiro demanda novas regulações e tendo como parâmetro definidor a dinâmica de avaliação, que reduz as políticas sociais à lógica de mercado, e amplia a capilaridade da educação para a produção do fracasso escolar, responsabilizando o professor; b) A partir da implantação do exame Prova Brasil e consequentemente a divulgação do IDEB, há mudanças significativas no contexto do trabalho docente das escolas pesquisadas, uma vez que suas agendas de trabalho foram fortemente afetadas pela dinâmica das avaliações externas e em especial pela necessidade de adequar o seu trabalho à dinâmica dos testes propostos pelo MEC via Prova Brasil bem como pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMEC); c) Há a preocupação cotidiana de equalizar os números para o fluxo escolar que deve redundar na nota do IDEB; d) A intensificação do trabalho docente é reconhecida pelos professores das escolas pesquisadas, entretanto assumem a sua responsabilidade sem a compreensão da dinâmica de responsabilização imputada pelo Estado; e) a institucionalização das novas regulações revela uma espécie de conluio ideológico para a fabricação do mito da virtuosidade da avaliação, ou seja, há setores da sociedade interessados em manter uma escola de classe.

This Work focuses the importance of children‟s literature with the insertion of authors‟ like Aesopo, La Fontaine and Monteiro Lobato in the early years of elementary school, so that children could develop their reading that could bring reflections about the use of the language. It entends to show that books can give kids maturity to notice that when it comes to language there‟s not righ or wrong, but contexts that they should fit, in so that they can communicate and decrease the language prejudice. The authors studied in this study are the ones who study the language, the importance of children‟s literature and language prejudice at schools. This work was done through quantitative and qualitative approach, divided into 2 parts, observation and interventions, the research could be in touch with the observed class and get information about the students. Later the researcher could act by telling stories and get data. A third-grade class in a public school in the year of 2010, was observed during the internship in the early years of elementary school compared to another fourth grade class of another public school. The results and analisis oh the data show kids‟ lack of contact with an appropriate children‟s literature, like the fables which are short tales with moral and romance like Emília no País da Gramática by Monteiro Lobato, would make it difficult to learn the production of consistent texts and appropriate language in different contexts. Schools play an important role for kids to be in touch with these good books, so they should have the main role in the children‟s development and background, making them able to be aware of the importance of reading and writing in their lives. Most of the children found it difficult to write texts, but in the end they reached a god level of language related to the proposed context, writing consistent texts, but the part of children still mistake and in literacy and language adaptation

This paper aims to address initially the implications and consequences of the planned use of image reading in classrooms of Art in the early years of elementary school. Enumerating some contributions to enrich and develop narrative skills, descriptive, analytical and interpretative. Thus, in a next goal will be researched the importance and essentiality of working with the reading of images, not only in art classes but at other opportunities, working intertextuality. Mobilizing both rationality and imagination, enhancing the information and content as well as encouraging creativity and analytical formation of subjectivity. This article discuses the ramifications of the restructuring of educational institutions of the state basic education in the state of São Paulo in 1996. The changes promoted by the Education Department included the distinction between physical space including students from lower grades of elementary school students and the second cycle of this level of education. More that issues relating to changes in itself, is important here to check the influence that managers exercise, especially school principals in the perception of the community (parents, students etc.) relative to the changes implemented in the field of education. v

This study aims to investigate the design of elementary school teachers on the use of concept maps as way to organize, assess and facilitate student learning and see how many use them in their practice. For the study, literature search were made, seeking theoretical and methodological and descriptive field research with a questionnaire to teachers from six public schools of the early years of elementary school in the city of Bauru, closed questions with multiple choice to gather information about teacher’s knowledge about the subject.

Currently many studies have highlighted the importance of development autonomy of teachers to improve the quality of education. Our study aimed to explore the concepts of autonomy presented that teachers working in kindergarten and first grades of elementary school. Our aim was to understand how these concepoes helped or hindered the development of the action of the teacher second Contreras (2002). The results showed that the conceptions, presented by the teacher, were high ly individualistic, demonstrate a professional focused only on matters relating to the didactic and pedagogic classroom.
