The use of half-sandwich iridium dithiolate and diselenolate complexes, Cp*Ir(L)(ER)(2) (L = CO, PMe3, PPh3; ER = SPh, SePh, SeMe), for the synthesis of heterodimetallic compounds. The molecular structure of Cp*Ir(CO)(mu-SePh)(2)[Mo(CO)(4)]

Carbonyl-iridium half-sandwich compounds, Cp*Ir(CO)(EPh)(2) (E = S, Se), were prepared by the photo-induced reaction of Cp*Ir(CO)(2) with the diphenyl dichalcogenides, E2Ph2, and used as neutral chelating ligands in carbonylmetal complexes such as Cp*Ir(CO)(mu-EPh)(2)[Cr(CO)(4)], Cp*Ir(CO)(mu-EPh)(2)[Mo(CO)(4)] and Cp*Ir(CO)(mu-EPh)(2)[Fe(CO)(3)], respectively. A trimethylphosphane - iridium analogue, Cp*Ir(PMe3)(mu-SeMe)(2)[Cr(CO)(4)], was also obtained. The new heterodimetallic complexes were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy, and the molecular geometry of Cp*Ir(CO)(mu-SePh)(2)[Mo(CO)(4)] has been determined by a single crystal X-ray structure analysis. The reactivity of lanthanide alkyl compounds with phenylacetylene: Synthesis and structure of [(Bu(t)Cp)(2)LnC CPh](2) (Ln=Nd, Gd)

[(Bu(t)Cp)(2)LnCH(3)](2) (Ln = Nd, Gd) react with PhC=CH to form the dimeric alkynide-bridged complexes [(Bu(t)Cp)(2)LnC=CPh](2) [Ln = Nd (I), Gd (II)]. Both compounds crystallized from toluene in the monoclinic space group C2/c. The two complexes are homologous, composed of asymmetric metal-alkynide bridges with Nd-C, Gd-C (alkynide) bond lengths of 2.602(4), 2.641(5) (I) and 2.532(6), 2.601(7) Angstrom (II), respectively. The average Nd-C (ring) and Gd-C (ring) distances are 2.746(13) and 2.703(19)Angstrom.

SYNTHESES AND X-RAY STRUCTURES OF BIS(T-BUTYLCYCLOPENTADIENYL)LANTHANIDE CHLORIDE COMPLEXES [(BU(T)CP)2LNCL]2 (LN = PR, GD, ER)

Reaction of lanthanide trichlorides with two equivalents of sodium t-butylcyclopentadienide in THF gave rise to the bis(t-butylcyclopentadienyl)lanthanide chloride complexes [(Bu(t)Cp)2LnCl]2 (Ln = Pr, Gd, Er), which were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and H-1 NMR spectroscopy. In addition, the crystal structures of [(ButCp)2PrCl]2 (1) and [(ButCp)2GdCl]2 (2) were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction at room temperature. The coordination number for Pr3+ and Gd3+ is 8 and the bond lengths Pr-Cl and Gd-Cl are 2.864(2) and 2.771(3) angstrom, respectively. The structural studies showed the complexes to have C2h symmetry.

SYNTHESIS AND X-RAY CRYSTAL-STRUCTURE OF AN ORGANOLANTHANIDE COMPLEX [(BU(T)CP)3NDBRLI(THF)3]

(ButCp)2NdCl.2THF reacts with one equivalent of phenyllithum in THF yielding tris(tert-butylcyclopentadienyl)neodymium lithium bromide tetrahydrofuran, [(ButCP)3 NdBrLi(THF)3], as a by-product, whose structure has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The 10-coordinated neodymium atom is bonded to three tert-butyl-cyclopentadienyl groups and one bromine atom, forming a distorted pseudo-tetrahedron.

PREPARATION AND STRUCTURE OF HALF-OPEN VANADOCENE, V[2,4-(CH3)2C5H5](C5H5)CO

The half-open vanadocene, V[2,4-(CH3)2C5H5](C5H5)CO, was obtained by the reaction of V[2,4-(CH3)2C5H5](C5H5)PMe3 with CO in petroleum ether at room temperature. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction technique. The crystal was monoclinic with space group P2(1)/n, a = 16.614(3), b = 7.636(1), c = 19.128(6) angstrom, beta = 99.92(2)-degrees, V = 2390.5(9) angstrom3, and Z = 8. The final R value was 0.043. The V(1)-CPD(1) (half) (PD = 2,4-(CH3)2C5H5) bonds were shorter (0.038 angstrom) than the V(1)-CCP(1) (half) (CP = C5H5) bonds, averaging 2.224(4) versus 2.262(4) angstrom, respectively. 4V[2,4-(CH3)2C5H5](C5H5)CO has been characterized by IR and EPR methods.

~(99)Tc~m-明胶的制备和生物分布

为考察明胶静脉注射后在机体内的吸收及分布情况,用~(99)Tc~m对明胶进行整体标记,然后将标记物~(99)Tc~m-明胶静脉注射于小鼠和家兔体内,检测不同时间后标记物的生物分布.结果表明,明胶可以被~(99)Tc~m所标记,且标记产物~(99)Tc~m-明胶放化纯大于95%;小鼠体内分布显示其具有较高肾摄取率,5 min时小鼠肾的摄取率达到29.36%/g,20 min时可以达到66.88%/g;家兔双肾显像清晰.说明~(99)Tc~m-明胶具有特异性肾分布的特点.
