Este documento sintetiza el desarrollo y las conclusiones de la sexta reunión del grupo de trabajo sobre derechos de acceso e instrumento regional celebrada virtualmente el 1 de agosto de 2014. La reunión, que fue de carácter netamente informativa, tuvo como objetivo avanzar en las discusiones sobre la naturaleza del instrumento regional mediante la realización de un conversatorio con reconocidos expertos en Derecho Internacional Público.

Modelagem geoestatística das incertezas da distribuição espacial do fósforo disponível no solo, em área de cana-de-açúcar

Phosphorus is one of the limiting nutrients for sugarcane development in Brazilian soils. The spatial variability of this nutrient is great, defined by the properties that control its adsorption and desorption reactions. Spatial estimates to characterize this variability are based on geostatistical interpolation. However, inherent uncertainties in the procedure of these estimates are related to the variability structure of the property under study and the sample configuration of the area. Thus, the assessment of the uncertainty of estimates associated with the spatial distribution of available P (Plabile) is decisive to optimize the use of phosphate fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of sequential Gaussian simulation (sGs) and ordinary kriging (OK) in the modeling of uncertainty in available P estimates. A sampling grid with 626 points was established in a 200-ha experimental sugarcane field in Tabapuã, São Paulo State. The sGs algorithm generated 200 realizations. The sGs realizations reproduced the statistics and the distribution of the sample data. The G statistic (0.81) indicated good agreement between the values of simulated and observed fractions. The sGs realizations preserved the spatial variability of Plabile without the smoothing effect of the OK map. The accuracy in the reproduction of the variogram of the sample data obtained by the sGs realizations was on average 240 times higher than that obtained by OK. The uncertainty map, obtained by OK, showed less variation in the study area than that obtained by sGs. Thus, the evaluation of uncertainties by sGs was more informative and can be used to define and delimit specific management areas more precisely.

Análise Documental de obras de ficção: aspectos metodológicos de aplicabilidade

The methodological aspects of the content analysis of fiction with information retrieval purposes are discussed with a focus on the study of textual analysis for the identification of the themes treated in stories. It is assumed that the methodological procedures used for indexing scientific works do not produce satisfactory results when applied to narrative fiction documents. The aim of this paper is to present the gerative sense course as a methodology to extract themes from works of fiction, and to study its application to the indexing of tales by indexers. The methodology used is the construction of gerative sense course, identifying both the narrative level structures (manipulation, competence, performance and punishment) and the discourse level (themes and figures) in order to obtain the theme of the document. The results demonstrated the feasibility of the application of the gerative sense course to the documentary content analysis of works of fiction, in the sense that it provided a clear annotations of the theme of the document that was being indexed by the cataloguers. Several questions related to this procedure require further clarification and also a preliminary study with professionals in the form of a pilot project.

Relações entre o perfil comunicativo de crianças com síndrome de Asperger e estratégias de professores

The aim of this research was to investigate the communicative profile of children with Asperger syndrome and the communicative resources used by teachers during interaction with these students in regular education. Five children, from 5 to 8-year-old-male, with Asperger syndrome and their teachers participated in the study. Their school grade ranged from pre-school to second grade elementary school. The characterization of the sample was obtained from an Informative Form and the Scale for the Assessment of Autistic Behavior. The communicative profile of the children and the resources used by their teachers were analyzed from the recorded footage. The results have showed that the teachers prompted the communication more often than the students with Asperger Syndrome and that the resources used by them were: 1 - concrete object, 2 - gesture, 3 - writing; 4-verbalization.

Aluga-se meu apego: a história de vida dos anunciantes de classificados

A lógica instantânea da sociedade informacional não permite que a maioria dos meios de comunicação abra espaço para a história de vida das fontes jornalísticas, muito menos das anônimas. A instantaneidade com que os fatos têm de chegar ao receptor não é compatível com o exercício jornalístico que busca a densidade, o aprofundamento das relações sociais. “Aluga-se meu apego: a história de vida dos anunciantes de Classificados” busca apontar uma alternativa para o jornalismo oficial e superficial. Trata-se de um livro-reportagem de perfil que tenta mapear traços e mudanças da identidade dos anônimos, apontando-os como agentes sociais de suas próprias vidas e das vidas alheias. A partir dos preceitos da psicologia social e da antropologia, busca-se definir a identidade como um processo socialmente construído e sujeito a constantes mutações. Embuído dessa premissa, o Jornalismo Literário aparece como opção que permite o aprofundamento na cobertura dos fatos e a contextualização dos fenômenos decorrentes dele. O conteúdo do livro-reportagem possui dez perfis que contam fragmentos da vida, dos anseios e das angústias de anunciantes dos Classificados do Jornal da Cidade de Bauru (SP) que coabitam o município com as fontes oficiais utilizadas pelos jornais mas que, porém, não têm a mesma visibilidade nem são encarados como fundamentais para nossa realidade

Relações Públicas: a importância das relações humanas

This monograph has as objective to study the human relations and the Public Relations in the contemporary time in witch the new technologies of the information got closer to the various existent cultures, but who make of the informative society of the global era, the expansion of the capital and of the culture of the more value. Man kind is backing away from the human relations, because the social interactions in the global world are done by objects such as the television, the internet and the telephone in witch cases the subjectivity and the human contact are traded for the informative quantity, because man kind doesn’t have anymore time to think, reflect and to exchange information. Man kind isolates itself and fills it’s subjective emptiness with the products offered by the neoliberal capitalism. The public relations in the organizations seek the human values created from a complex network of social interactions in all the heterogeneous of the organization. Through the communication the public relations tries to manage the relationships with the dialogical communication, between the public-organization, to harmonize the conflicting differences of the organizational environment.
