Aspectos do gerenciamento de riscos de tecnologia da informação nas empresas: um estudo de caso múltiplos

The information technology - IT- benefits have been more perceived during the last decades. Both IT and business managers are dealing with subjects like governance, IT-Business alignment, information security and others on their top priorities. Talking about governance, specifically, managers are facing it with a technical approach, that gives emphasis on protection against invasions, antivirus systems, access controls and others technical issues. The IT risk management, commonly, is faced under this approach, that means, has its importance reduced and delegated to IT Departments. On the last two decades, a new IT risk management perspective raised, bringing an holistic view of IT risk to the organization. According to this new perspective, the strategies formulation process should take into account the IT risks. With the growing of IT dependence on most of organizations, the necessity of a better comprehension about the subject becomes more clear. This work shows a study in three public organizations of the Pernambuco State that investigates how those organizations manage their IT risks. Structured interviews were made with IT managers, and later, analyzed and compared with conceptual categories found in the literature. The results shows that the IT risks culture and IT governance are weakly understood and implemented on those organizations, where there are not such an IT risk methodology formally defined, neither executed. In addition, most of practices suggested in the literature were found, even without an alignment with an IT risks management process

Círculos ao invés de linhas: em busca de valores e princípios estruturantes da gestão social: projeto juventude, participação e autonomia (Instituto Universidade Popular - UNIPOP)

The organizations are characterized as dynamic spaces, they are being revisited and redefined, because they constitute structural human spaces and new vain outlines won expression. As it begins, of the non consensus in its conception, it is explicit the complexity degree that is identified in the plurality and diversity, brought by the people that compose them, characterizing it as accomplishment space, of happiness and also of conflict, of relationships of power and organizational limits and from birth and burial of faiths, values, norms, symbols, knowledge and rituals, therefore, deeply human. In that way, to know the administration of the organization is preponderant condition for the format of the human relationships to be delineated in its living. Like this the work makes an option in knowing the social administration, this work tries to know and analyze the values and beginnings of the social administration; revealling characteristics and specificities of the organizational performance of UNIPOP that contribute to the formation of the conception of Social Administration, it tends as source of the information the managers of the institution; to identify the formative values of UNIPOP that contribute to the youths' partner-political action in the community, tends for reference the current students of the organization and last to evaluate values structurates and supporting that interconnection between the organizational Administration, formation youth's program, participation and autonomy and attendance, starting from the existences gained by the exits, of that program. This way, the research will be qualitative, looking for understanding starting from their documents, the existence of those values

É a luta da gente! : juventude e etnicidade na comunidade Quilombola de capoeiras (RN)

On this paper, I propose a reflexion on the formation of a youth maroon, as a political subject , based on experience, personal expectations and social projects in the construction of a political identity in the community quilombola Capoeiras, which is located in the district of Macaíba (RN). I observed two social situations; the projects of the Pau-furado Youth and the Swingueira Quilombola , those kinds of dances that have as protagonists or as audience the youth people who lives in the community here mentioned, those people that legitimize and innovate in these traditions and roles they play and crucial positions in the construction of ethnic identities and generation within a political community. It seeks to understand the place of youth in this new context of political affirmation and identity. Estágio de psicomotricidade em contexto de lar de infância e juventude e centro de atividades de tempos livres

O presente relatório refere-se ao estágio profissionalizante de Reabilitação Psicomotora, realizado no ano letivo 2014/ 2015, na Fundação O Século, em Lar de Infância e Juventude e Centro de Atividades de Tempos Livres. As crianças institucionalizadas pelas suas histórias de vida, apresentam fenótipos particulares, nomeadamente ao nível emocional, psicológico, do comportamento e da linguagem. A Dificuldade Intelectual e Desenvolvimental (DID) é uma perturbação do desenvolvimento que altera o funcionamento a nível cognitivo, motor, psicomotor, de linguagem e de funcionamento executivo. Foram dinamizadas sessões individuais com uma criança e um jovem com DID e um grupo. O estudo de caso reporta-se à criança com DID, com quem se desenvolveram sessões de psicomotricidade. Os instrumentos utilizados foram a Bateria Psicomotora e o Inventário Comportamental de Avaliação de Funções Executivas. Observou-se que a criança melhorou as competências psicomotoras, mas que houve uma manutenção nas Funções Executivas.

As potencialidades do photovoice enquanto metodología participativa na formação de Educadores Sociais

O estudo providencia informação sobre uma experiência do valor do photovoice enquanto metodologia pedagógica na licenciatura de Educação Social. 35 estudantes que frequentaram “Intervenção socioeducativa com crianças e jovens” analisaram temas relacionados com essas populações e 23 estudantes de “Intervenção socioeducativa com pessoas idosas” analisaram temas relacionados com envelhecimento. A análise do photovoice revelou que muitas das fotografias tinham um significado pessoal e demonstraram ter também impacto noutros alunos, denotando benefícios em criar diálogo na turma. Os estudantes enfatizaram que o uso do photovoice permitiu-lhes aumentar a consciência das potencialidades e fragilidades da sua comunidade e promover o diálogo crítico.

PROJETO DE PESQUISA INTERDISCIPLINAR: GEOGRAFIA, TURISMO E A TEORIA DAS REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS

Esta produção textual tem como objetivo apresentar o projeto de pesquisa em desenvolvimento no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Geografia da Universidade Federal do Paraná, Brasil, em nível de doutorado, o qual envolve em sua abordagem as áreas de geografia, de turismo e a teoria das representações sociais. Através de uma abordagem metodológica que se utiliza de alguns aspectos da dialética enquanto método e de alguns princípios da teoria das representações sociais, utiliza como metodologia a aplicação de roteiro estruturado de entrevista e questionário. Este projeto de pesquisa se desenvolve no município da Lapa-PR, Brasil, e encontra-se em sua fase final. Os resultados almejados por este projeto envolvem a compreensão do espaço e do espaço turístico enquanto espaço social.
