Efeito modulador da estratégia vacinal BCG/DNAhsp65 na encefalite autoimune experimental(EAE)

Tanto o BCG (Bacilo de Calmette-Guérin) quanto a DNAhsp65 são vacinas contra tuberculose, porém além da atividade protetora desejável ambas apresentam atividade imunomoduladora. Seguindo a linha de pesquisa de nosso laboratório que investiga a atividade da DNAhsp65 sobre doenças autoimunes, avaliamos o efeito da associação destas vacinas sob a forma de uma estratégia vacinal tipo prime-boost (priming com BCG seguida de booster com DNAhsp65), sobre o desenvolvimento da Encefalite Autoimune Experimental (EAE), que é modelo animal de esclerose múltipla. Ratos Lewis fêmeas foram divididos em grupos de 5 a 6 animais (salina, BCG, EAE, BCG/EAE, BCG/vetor/EAE e BCG/vacina/EAE) e imunizados em intervalos de 15 dias. Os animais receberam um primming com 2 - 10 x 105 unidades formadoras de colônias de BCG subcutâneo seguido de dois boosters com 300 g de pVAXhsp65 numa solução de sacarose 25% por via intramuscular. A EAE foi induzida 15 dias após a última imunização, por inoculação de 25 g de proteína básica de mielina (MBP) associada ao Adjuvante Completo de Freund contendo Mycobacterium butyricum. Aqueles que não receberam os inóculos descritos foram injetados com salina, exceto o grupo BCG/vetor/EAE que recebeu 300 g de pVAX (vetor plasmidial vazio) também em solução de sacarose. Os animais foram acompanhados diariamente até serem submetidos à eutanásia, 3 semanas mais tarde, durante a fase de recuperação da doença para avaliação da resposta imune, escore clínico e presença de infiltrado inflamatório no SNC. A evolução clínica da EAE foi similar entre animais vacinados e não vacinados, mas a análise histopatológica revelou que a imunização prévia com BCG ou BCG/DNAhsp65 diminui o processo inflamatório. Escola e heterogeneidade: contribuições para pensar práticas pedagógicas diferenciadas

In 2011, I had the opportunity to be inserted in two elementary schools in the city of Rio Claro - SP: a) as a researcher student, participating in the research project “Pedagogical Practice and Collective work in School: The Rescue of the Narrative and the Teacher’s Knowledge”; b) as a intern, developing the Required Stage as established in the curriculum of the Full Degree Pedagogy Course (UNESP). These two experiences have made me think about the configuration of the school and its relationship with the homogenizing practices: What are the possibilities and conditions to be taken into consideration of the multiculturalism in school? The teacher’s graduation fits the plural characteristic in the classroom? Therefore, the goal of the research is to understand the concept of the multiculturalism within the school and in the processes of teacher graduation. I intend with that, to list in which grade the school organization favors or not the practices that fit the plural characteristics of the students. For the achievement of the goal, I intend to develop a bibliographic search, from the selected articles of the ANPEd (National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education) in the Working Groups (GT): GT04 – Didactic, GT12 – Curriculum e GT13 – Elementary School. I have dialogued with authors who have allowed me to broaden the understanding of school organization and authors who have allowed me to look at multiculturalism both within school and in teacher graduation. And yet, in the search to know practices that fit multiculturalism in school, I did the analysis of the dissertation prepared by an elementary school teacher who went to live with a group of teens, promoting the meeting of the school culture with street culture as a strategy to rescue the humanization of students. Estratégia de Investimento baseada em padrões descobertos por mineração de dados em séries históricas de preços diários do Indice IBOVESPA e das ações da PETROBRAS-PN (PETR4.SA)

With the increase of stakeholders and consequently increase of amount of nancial transaction the study of news investment strategies in the stock market with data mining techniques has been the target of important researches. It allows that great historical data base to be processed and analysed looking for pattern that can be used to take a decision in investments. With the idea of getting pro t more than the real indexs' gain, we propose a strategy method of transactions using rules built by algorithm classi cation. For that, diary historical data of Ibovespa index and Petrobras stocks are organized and processed to nding the most important attribute that act decisively when taking a investment decision.To test the accuracy of proposed rules, a non real portfolio management is created, showing the decisions' performance over the real index and stocks' performance. Following the proposed rules, the results show that the strategy of investment give me back a high return that Stock market's return. The exclusive characteristics of algorithms maximize the gain inside the analysed time allowing to determine the techniques' return and the number of the days necessary to double the initial investment. The best classi er applied on the time series and its use on the propose investments strategy will demand 104 days to double the initial capital

Plano educacional: uma estratégia para conservação de habitats de polinizadores

Tem havido uma preocupação global com o desaparecimento de polinizadores dos campos de cultivo, podendo causar uma queda na produção de alimentos, e consequentemente, afetar a segurança alimentar em decorrência de déficits de polinização. Dessa forma, ações visando à conservação de espécies polinizadoras e de seus habitats vem assumindo uma importância cada vez maior. A região do município de Guapiara destaca-se no Estado de São Paulo como a principal produtora de tomate. O tomateiro possui flores hermafroditas e autofecundadas, porém uma melhor produtividade pode ser alcançada com a polinização por abelhas. A região apresenta uma diversidade de habitats agrícolas próximos a ambientes naturais preservados (Parque Estadual Intervales e Parque Estadual Turístico do Alto Ribeira), o que favorece o estabelecimento de uma fauna de polinizadores diversificada, mas fortemente impactada pela aplicação intensiva de produtos químicos nos cultivos. A proposição de um plano de manejo objetivando a conservação de espécies de abelhas junto às áreas cultivadas se justifica plenamente para a região, considerando a fauna rica em espécies de abelhas com potencial de polinização para cultivos agrícolas. Planos de divulgação sobre a importância da conservação das espécies ou habitats alvo são parte integrante dos planos de manejo. Entre as ações de divulgação, a elaboração de material impresso é importante pela capacidade de alcance de diferentes setores envolvidos com as espécies e habitats a serem manejados e conservados. Contação de histórias e educação crítica: uma proposta didática

This proposal offers a possibility of approximation of mathematical knowledge at the prospect of Critical Education defended by researchers such as Ole Skovsmose and Paulo Freire. Using storytelling as a methodological resource is intended to develop an activity that allows students to think critically about real-life situations that have democratic questions as ground. The research is part of the branch of mathematics concerned with the education goals of teaching mathematics in basic education. We discuss the relevance of an educational process that enables the development of a democratic competence in the first years of primary education by showing students that their classroom can and should be seen as a community, where everyone has rights and duties. The interpretation and understanding of real situations can be something very complex and uninteresting for students of that age, looking for an attractive feature such as storytelling, which is based on the tendency of Reading and Writing in Mathematics, proposed by Nacarato and Lopes; Cardoso and Fonseca. Adopting a phenomenological attitude in the research seeks to understand if the storytelling can contribute to the formation of the critical student. Assuming this perspective has developed a didactic sequence from the story 'o que os olhos não vêem' from writer Ruth Rocha. The student's writing, favored by the proposed sequence, subsidizes the understanding of their thinking and acting on the democratic situations

The analysis of the theme was performed by study cases of collective shopping places in the city of Campinas, country of the state of São Paulo, and on its influence in the metropolitan area, which intented to understand, through custumers interviews, the contradictions and peculiarities of this service that has increased each day more . For this purpose, the research methodology is focused on the consumer , that's because the process of productive change tied to forms of trade and distribution of goods have been transforming social values considerably, based increasingly on impulsive consumming . Thus, to understand how the electronic commerce and more specifically the collective shopping websites works, it's necessary to examine the forms of commerce and the consumer's behavior in order to explain the city organization and the contradictions of the geographic space

Estratégia Saúde da Família: implantação de uma rede em Presidente Prudente - SP

This project was developed with the aim of contributing to the construction of a system of Unidades de Saúde da Família (USFs) to Presidente Prudente, a city located in the western region of São Paulo state. It was tried to bring to the architectural space the existing guidelines for the public service with the intention of create welcoming and functional environments and a net identity. Given these characteristics it was developed a modular construction system that allows the creation of new units in an agile manner and with a minimum quality standard. Since many of Presidente Prudente’s features are present in other Brazilian cities, the guidelines presented in this proposal will be useful to the work of managers in other cities of the country
