A residncia mdica uma modalidade de ensino de ps-graduao destinada a mdicos, funciona em instituies de sade, sob a orientao de profissionais mdicos de elevada qualificao tica e profissional, sendo considerada o padro ouro para a formao do especialista. A utilizao do mtodo de avaliao 360 graus na residncia mdica visa a avaliao integral dos mdicos residentes, preenchendo lacunas que a avaliao cognitiva isolada deixa, quando utilizada como mtodo nico. Essa avaliao proporciona uma avaliao mais global do mdico residente, j que inclui sua autoavaliao, avaliao pelos pares, pacientes e equipe de sade. O objetivo deste estudo foi definir instrumentos de avaliao para implementar a avaliao 360 graus no programa de residncia mdica em cardiologia da UFRN e capacitar os docentes e preceptores do citado programa para avaliao de desempenho clnico do residente. Trata-se de estudo exploratrio, prospectivo e descritivo, envolvendo quatro mdicos residentes do programa de residncia mdica de cardiologia e 20 de clnica mdica, esses durante o rodzio de cardiologia do programa de residncia mdica (PRM) em Cardiologia do Hospital Universitrio Onofre Lopes (HUOL), alm de 13 preceptores/docentes do PRM em Cardiologia do HUOL. Para implementao do novo modelo avaliativo na residncia mdica foram programadas trs etapas, sendo a primeira a elaborao dos instrumentos de avaliao para a avaliao 360 grus; a segunda, o planejamento e a capacitao dos preceptores do PRM em Cardiologia do HUOL; e a terceira, o incio das avaliaes 360 graus dos residentes do PRM em Cardiologia e Clnica Mdica, durante o perodo de janeiro de 2014 a maro de 2015. Foram avaliados, no total, 24 residentes at o momento, sendo quatro residentes da cardiologia (trs residentes do primeiro ano e um residente do segundo ano) e vinte residentes da clnica mdica (sendo doze residentes do primeiro ano e oito residentes do segundo ano). Foram realizadas autoavaliaes por oito residentes, sendo essas consideradas difceis pela maioria dos residentes. A avaliao por pares foi realizada por 6 residentes, sendo o desempenho dos pares considerado acima do esperado em todos os itens da avaliao. A avaliao pela equipe de preceptores e equipe multiprofissional com feedback ao final das avaliaes mostrou que os residentes de clnica mdica do primeiro ano apresentam desempenho acima do esperado em relao ao humanismo, tica e profissionalismo, enquanto os do segundo ano apresentaram desempenho abaixo do esperado no item referente ao exame fsico. Quanto aos demais domnios da avaliao todos estiveram dentro do esperado. Dez pacientes avaliaram os oito residentes, sendo tais avaliaes positivas no sentido da qualidade da assistncia prestada e das informaes fornecidas pelos residentes. O mtodo de avaliao 360 graus foi implementado na residncia de cardiologia do Hospital Universitrio Onofre Lopes da UFRN, tendo sido realizada em quatro residentes. A maioria dos preceptores e equipe multiprofissional da residncia esto capacitados para utilizao do mtodo de avaliao.

A disponibilidade de cadveres para estudo e pesquisa vinha sendo feita tradicionalmenteutilizando-se corpos no reclamados sem grandes formalidades. Com a complexidadejurdica, social, tica e moral dos tempos atuais, o simples encaminhamento dessescorpos ao Departamento de Morfologia da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte,passou a ser temido com o receio de transgredir a legislao penal. Isso desencadeouuma reduo no nmero de cadveres para as aulas prticas de Anatomia. Essarealidade levou o Departamento de Morfologia da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande doNorte a pesquisar mecanismos legais que solucionassem a escassez de cadveres parao estudo e pesquisa. A metodologia utilizada constou de reunies de discusso eapresentao de protocolos de aquisio de cadveres com base na legislao vigente.Os resultados obtidos foram: (1) Publicao do provimento 093/2012 da CorregedoriaGeral da Justia do Tribunal de Justia do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, que dispesobre o registro de bito dos cadveres destinados s escolas de Medicina para fins deensino e pesquisa; (2) Elaborao de protocolos para aquisio de cadveres noreclamados junto s instituies; (3) Programa de doadores voluntrios na UniversidadeFederal do Rio Grande do Norte.Por fim, conclumos que o conhecimento das atribuiespor parte das instituies pblicas e privada, bem como o programa de doao voluntriaaumentaram a oferta de cadveres para o ensino da Anatomia Humana na UniversidadeFederal do Rio Grande do Norte.

The old caretaker's work seeks to minimize suffering and morbidity resulting from physical, cognitive and emotional limitations of these individuals, being a practice permeated by the uniqueness of the subjects involved, therefore, a process in constant construction. In this notion, the caregiver's role is crucial to assist the elderly in everyday life, aiming at improving their quality of life. This study has descriptive and analytical character with quantitative and qualitative approach aimed to investigate the professional training of active caregivers in long-term stay institutions for the Elderly (ILPIs) in Natal/RN in the year 2014. For this, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 63 caregivers employed in nine ILPIs, representing 75% of the professionals performing activities in these institutions. The interviews captured data on the socioeconomic profile, the perception about the profession and training of caregivers. Data were analyzed by observation of absolute and relative measures of central tendency of the numeric variables frequencies. It was found that most caregivers had poor socioeconomic status and had no specific training course to practice caregiver role. However, among those who carried out courses, most reported that the content covered during the training gave security to perform the practice, although they have shown a contradiction when referred to the need to build capacity. The perception of care is mainly related to love and care for the other while the choice of profession is associated with care practice itself. The results also indicate the presence of a low level of formal training for the exercise of the occupation, also revealing the weaknesses ranging from the absence of a core curriculum that can guide the formation, compounded by the low educational professionals in focus.

In this research, we have as study object the identification process with the profession of students of the Undergraduate course for preparing professors for teaching Physics of the Federal University of Piau. We start from the following question: - What relationships can be established among the senses given by the students to the group of the experiences lived in their initial formation and the identity construction as teacher? The presupposition is that the process of identification with the profession can contain formative experiences that are impossible to be reduced to the situations of disciplines learning. We considered that, in the development of the process of professional identification, the articulations and the connections that the students established with themselves, with the others - their formative teachers, managers - and with the world - the University, the public school - they should be understood in the interdependence relationships, consubstantiated in the experiences lived during the initial stage of their formation. Therefore, our objective is to understand the process of identification of the students with the teaching profession, based in the senses given to their formative experiences. In order to get this aim, we used the methodology of the Comprehensive Interview, and we chose as methodological and theoretical principles: the multi-referential theoretical framework, 'configuration and interdependence', the relationship among 'identity and alterity', the sensitive hearing and the 'intellectual craft'. The study is organized in two parts: the first, contains two chapters, that have introductory character. The second part is unfolded in five chapters, and it constitutes the development of the thesis. In the "paths", we revealed, starting from the actions and intentions that mobilized the students, processes involved in the choice of the course, and, this way, the initial identifications with the being an university student. We looked for to identify possible dissonances among the curriculum 'instituted and instituting', as well as the implications of its management of the formative experiences of future teachers. In short, we tried to capture, through the speeches of a group of students, the signs, the images and the senses of their formative experiences, which indicate as a vision of how their teaching profession is built. With this study, we sought to contribute for the researches on the field of degrees, taking as axis the formative processes that configure those courses. Finally, that the proposition of professor formation politics should be fundamentally based in internal demands, lived in the formative processes.

This study aimed to understand how the educational context contributes to the professional development of future teachers on introduction to teaching practice. To this end, we seek to characterize what the learning and the difficulties experienced in training contexts by future teachers, as well as the intrinsic elements to the training contexts that enable professional development. The investigated contexts were the Institutional Program Initiation Grant to Teaching (Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciao Docncia PIBID), specifically the sub-projects of Chemistry and Physics of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte UFRN) and Masters in Teaching of Physics and Chemistry of the University of Lisbon (MEFQ ). In both contexts, the future teachers are in contact with the school in a systematic way. The methodology used in our study is rooted in qualitative research with interpretative guidance and the design in the study of multiple cases with instrumental purpose. Participated in this study as the main subject, 40 future teachers PIBID of Physics, 24 PIBID future teachers of Chemistry and 5 future Master Teachers in Teaching Chemistry and Physics. As supporting subjects, participated in 3 PIBID Area Coordinators, the teacher of Introduction to Professional Practice of MEFQ, and 8 teachers who teach chemistry and / or physics in public schools. Multiple data collection tools were used: naturalistic observation, descriptive questionnaire, individual interviews, focus groups, reading of written records and official documents. In analyzing the data, we used the method of questioning and constant comparison. The results showed that the main learning of future teachers are related to the strategy employed in class, the change in the understanding of the role of teacher and student in the classroom, the construction of the professional profile and the development of collaborative practices. The main difficulties were related to the development of activities, the management of time and group, the dynamics of the classroom and the material conditions of work. The characteristics inherent in training contexts investigated for professional development are: the practice itself of the research, the collaboration, the focused reflection on practice, focus on student learning and the improving public schools. From the results, it is evidenced that the training contexts centered at school have the capability to resize the practice based on the analysis of actions, in a collaborative work as well as create opportunities for awareness of the concepts, the acting and the way to understand the profession. It is needed for effective mediation trainers, so that future teachers undertake their own practice and, therefore, they can build teaching strategies that promote learning which, in addition to increase the quality of education, favor the professional development throughout life.

Teacher identity is a subject of study and discussion in the academic world whichhas become an object of attention of researchaddressing teaching and teacher formation. Life history, initial and continuing formation, the meaning of teaching to the teacher, and also pedagogical practice are all contributing factors to teachers professional identity. The present study is a proposal developed in the research field of Educational Knowledge and Practice, and its main focus lies in university teaching. Higher education teaching in the context of a dance course, and the issues and challenges of constructing teachers professional identity are presented. Thus, my main questions were: what is the teaching path followed by newly hired dance teachers in the Federal University of Uberlndia? How is teaching identity developed in these new teachers professional socialization process? What kind of educational knowledge is (re)produced and mobilized by teachers when they join university teaching? In order to answer these questions, my objectives are: to analyze the teaching path of the newly hired dance teachers of the Federal University of Uberlndia; to investigate how their teaching identity is built within their professional socialization process; and identify the kinds of educational knowledge they (re)produce and mobilize as soon as they become university teachers. The present research comprises a qualitative data analysis from previous studies on the subject, having as starting point relevant bibliographic research, followed by an identification questionnaire and an interview conducted with the newly hired dance teachers. The construction of teaching identity is related to objective and subjective conditions involving a teaching job and how the teacher perceives this identity as constantly evolving. Hence I understand the importance of personal and institutional incentives to prepare studies which raise or problematize issues specific to this area, contributing to extend the debate over higher education professionals formation, in particular that of dance course teachers on national scope.

The nursing staff is now the largest contingent of professionals in healthcare environments, with more than 1.8 million professionals, and of these 15% are men, showing a masculinization of the historical profession and culturally conceived and carried out by women (COFEN / FIOCRUZ, 2013). This dissertation discusses the profession forward to some issues related to gender, quality of life and night work. Objective: To analyze the impact that shift work has the professional quality of life male, through a specific instrument to identify the main problems and joint damage to that front group to his professional activity. Methods: descriptivo, Cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, performed with 72 professional male nursing staff, 41 (56.9%) nursing technicians, 18 (25%) of nursing assistants and 13 (18.1%) of nurses, in January 2015 in a university hospital in the city of Uberlndia (Minas Gerais). For this, we used the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire. Quantitative variables were described as mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum, in addition to the Shapiro-Wilk test and Kruskal-Wallis used in the data analysis, with a confidence level of 5% (p <0.05). Results: the profile of respondents, most are married 42 (58.3%) under the employment contract via Single Legal Regime 50 (69.4%) with mean age of 40 and having 16 years of service; and within a range of 0 to 100, the areas with better evaluation were the Social Relations (70.1) and psychological (67.5); already the worst were the Environment (57.4) and Physical (65.4). In the overall assessment, the average was 63.3 and staying below the national average (65-70). Thus, the professionals who were married obtained better scores, regardless of the category which is in the nursing team. Conclusions: The group is average, taking into account the standard deviation, but we can say that working conditions affect their profession, and these results allow the detection of the difficulties experienced by men of the nursing team, and can cooperate with the design strategies that benefit or minimize the search for conflicts that affect the health of these workers and their quality of life.

O presente relatrio tem como principal objetivo a descrio, explanao e anlise das operaes do Vila Gal Mars, resort 5 estrelas na Bahia Brasil, no mbito do estgio curricular de nove meses do ltimo ano do mestrado de Gesto e Direo Hoteleira. No desenrolar do relatrio, com base na observao participante, so enumeradas e descritas as principais tarefas realizadas em 9 departamentos, sendo o ltimo referente ao acompanhamento e participao da gesto do hotel. Sobre cada um feita uma anlise crtica e sobre todos uma anlise geral conclusiva. Com base na observao participante, so sugeridas solues para os principais problemas com que me deparei na realizao do estgio e que se enquadram nos desafios apresentados no 3 Captulo: Formao de Colaboradores e Controlo de Consumos e Custos de F&B. De um lado, a realidade de qualificao e formao insuficientes que nem sempre conseguem cumprir uma relao positiva entre as expetativas dos clientes e o real servio prestado. Este problema agrava-se no s pela elevada rotatividade dos recursos humanos como tambm pelo constante recurso a trabalhadores temporrios. Por outro lado, elevadas ocupaes ao longo de todo ano em regime all inclusive implica a preparao e confeo de grande volume de alimentos que atendam todos os clientes em todas as refeies. Isto acarreta custos significativos, no s pela matria-prima como pelo desperdcio, proveniente tanto do excesso dos hspedes como das decises e operaes a que sujeito at chegar disposio deste.
