Educação ambiental nos anos finais do ensino fundamental em uma escola do campo: uma análise a partir do projeto político pedagógico

Environmental education (EE), a critical component to face the environmental crisis, must be present in formal education in a continuous, permanent and transversal way. Studies show, however, that EE occurs, often, in a sporadic and discontinuous way, and that it is mainly linked to Sciences. The objective of this study was to investigate the inclusion of environmental subjects in the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) of a rural school, in Araraquara, SP. Through documentary analysis of the PPP, proposals for the Environmental Education for the last years of elementary education were examined. The results allowed the understanding, in a complex and contextualized way, of aspects related to the presence of environmental subjects in the school curriculum. They reveal that the suggestion of working with Environment attend the recommendations of the conference of Tbilisi and of Brazilian National Curriculum (PCN).

Ensino de ciências nos anos iniciais da escolarização: um projeto de investigação sobre as concepções e práticas de licenciandos em pedagogia como subsídio para elaboração de uma proposta formativa

Apresentamos um projeto que objetiva investigar concepções e práticas de alunos de um curso de Pedagogia em relação à natureza das ciências e ao ensino de ciências nos anos iniciais, constituindo subsídios para construção de uma proposta formativa na licenciatura. São utilizados questionários semi-estruturados e análise das produções de estágio, procurando identificar como tais concepções refletem nas propostas educativas elaboradas pelos licenciandos. A partir da análise, será elaborada, implementada e avaliada uma proposta formativa na disciplina “Conteúdos, Metodologias e Práticas em Ensino de Ciências”, contribuindo para clarificação das concepções alternativas e reflexão crítica sobre a natureza do conhecimento científico e sobre ensinar ciências nos anos iniciais da escolarização.

Ensino de português e espanhol em contexto Teletandem: observações acerca de um projeto interinstitucional

Este artículo tiene como objetivo observar cómo estudiantes brasileños de licenciatura, más específicamente, estudiantes de lengua española y portuguesa organizan y ponen en práctica la enseñanza del portugués, en el contexto del TELETANDEM. La intención es comprender (a) cómo son planifi cados los contenidos de la enseñanza de Lengua Portuguesa y (b) ¿Cuál es el impacto de esta práctica a la formación de profesores de portugués y español. Lo principios metodológicos que orientan esta pesquisa están anclados en el marco de la investigación cualitativa, en su vertiente narrativa, basado en los estudios de J. Clandinin y Michael Connelly (1996 ). Los datos obtenidos hasta ahora nos muestran que, debido a la proximidad de las lenguas, este contexto de aprendizaje virtual requiere la presencia de un mediador que señala a los aprendices aspectos que deben ser considerados.

Projeto de intervenção em educação sexual com educadoras e alunos de uma pré-escola

Childhood sexuality is a polemic theme among pre-school educators. This text describes an extension project that aimed to observe the manifestation of children’s sexuality in a pre-school and to intervene by offering a space for dialogue, reflection and better understanding about childhood sexuality. The participants were seven teachers and whole group of children from a selected pre-school. It was observed (1) among the educators: the different games applied according to gender; how tolerant the teachers were regarding to boys bad behavior; vigilance against the homosexuality and constant motivation to female vanity and beauty. (2) Among the children: sexist stereotypes; manifestations of racism and prejudice; curiosity and interest about the body and sexuality and the use of insulting words concerning body beauty. The teacher education discussed theoretical and practical issues about the development of the sexuality in the childhood and the sexual education of their students. The project observed that a sexual education project can be put into practice in a pedagogical and ethical way in a pre-school environment.

Sexualidade, gênero e mídia: projeto de educação sexual com estudantes de comunicação e psicologia

O Projeto ´Grupo de Discussões sobre Sexualidade, Gênero e Mídia´ foi baseado na importância de dialogar sobre como os temas Sexualidade e gênero são representados nos meios de comunicação. Os participantes foram dez estudantes universitários dos cursos de Psicologia e Comunicação (Jornalismo, Rádio e Televisão, Relações Públicas e Design). O objetivo foi propiciar um espaço de diálogo entre as áreas de Psicologia e Comunicação, com discussões sobre pesquisas acadêmicas e materiais midiáticos, com discussões e reflexões que contribuíssem para a formação dos estudantes destas áreas. Foram 17 encontros semanais, com a duração de uma hora e meia, realizados em uma sala de uma Clínica de Psicologia universitária. As principais discussões versaram sobre como a mídia produz e reproduz padrões normativos, estereótipos, preconceitos e uma compreensão repressiva da sexualidade e do gênero, pensando juntos sobre formas possíveis de abordar o tema considerando a pluralidade, a diversidade e a multiplicidade da sexualidade humana. Buscou-se também refletir sobre o processo de construção dos produtos midiáticos e a importância dos profissionais que trabalham com o tema refletirem a respeito da própria história de educação sexual, a trajetória pessoal e profissional e o quanto as próprias experiências, concepções, valores e também preconce

In recent years, the concept of art education has been changing substantially the artistic and cultural education in the Brazilian educational system, particularly in relation to the formation of a critical awareness and practice of citizenship. In this process, the Community Public Relations and Public Communication excel in fostering alliances between government and community. Based on literature review and authors debates, such as Geertz, Santos, White, Freire, Araujo, Barbosa, Kunsch e Peruzzo. Besides the analysis of important materials, official documents and Brazilian projects involving art, culture and education, such as Research-Action Report 2013, the National Plan for Culture, the National Education Plan and the Municipal Act 6119; this paper seeks to explicit this affirmation, assuming the social transformation aiming a full citizenship, as a motivational factor. This paper presents the extension project Youth Empowerment for Work and Citizenship. It is a psychosocial and an educational activity focused on the care of impoverished youths, aged between 14-19, from Assis-SP. It aims to contribute to the cognitive, affective and social process of the participants. The extension activity has benefited the education of Psychology undergraduates students to the mediation in human development under nonformal education. The theoretical and methodological background is based on the cultural-historical psychology of Vigotski. The results obtained are: the establishment of partnerships between universities and state and local public organizations; the incorporation of innovative thematic in psychology curriculum course at UNESP; production of academic-scientific research about the experience of Psychologists in social educational area; and the participation of one hundred young people as well as their parents or legal guardians in the project.
