Planejamento e organização das atividades de manutenção em instalações elétricas prediais e seus componentes

Are presented on this paper, concepts of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenances, following the prerequisites for planning and implementation of a maintenance plan. You also find the theoretical introduction of some measurement instruments accompanied by the necessary and recommended activities during routine maintenances of the electrical equipments in a building installation. Using case study, it is possible to assess a real maintenance plan applied to two occupied floors in a financial institution. The developing of a case study consolidates the effectiveness of the present concepts on this theoretical introduction and shows that the current maintenance plan can be improved in order to obtain better results on company productivity and reliability of equipments. As a conclusion, we can notice the importance of a solid maintenance plan and the need of including this theme on the graduation in Electrical Engineering

Informática no ensino fundamental e médio: investigando o uso de computadores na escola

Com o passar do tempo e com a maior evolução da informática devido à criação de computadores cada vez mais potentes foram feitos diversos investimentos em ferramentas para transmissão de informações a distância. Dentre essas ferramentas estão softwares para interação usuário-máquina, programas que auxiliam a realização de processos de maneira eficaz e automatizada e a internet, que possibilitou conectar vários usuários em todo o mundo. O uso da informática é cada vez mais necessário em todas as áreas e isso não é diferente na educação. Este trabalho teve como objetivo investigar as condições de 10 escolas localizadas em três cidades do Estado de São Paulo: Campinas, Leme e Botucatu, com relação à utilização da informática no processo de aprendizagem dos alunos e como recurso aos professores e funcionários para o auxilio a informatização do ambiente escolar e desenvolvimento de novas práticas de ensino. Por meio das respostas foi possível fazer um levantamento das condições do uso da informática nas escolas visitadas identificando as deficiências ainda encontradas com relação à utilização dos computadores. Nota-se ainda nas escolas, um equívoco sobre a real função do computador que muitas vezes é confundido como simples entretenimento ao invés de um grande mecanismo para o processo de desenvolvimento cognitivo e aprendizagem.

Planejamento do projeto de adequação de segurança de máquinas numa multinacional produtora de absorventes descartáveis

Currently, more and more processing activities within companies are seen as projects. Project management, as a theory, is well developed and is accepted today in the market as a required competency for organizations. Various methods and techniques have been developed covering all aspects of a project, from conception to final delivery of the products produced by the same. The overall objective of the study is to report the experience of developing the project planning for the machine safety adequacy in robotic cells pallet manufacturers, demonstrating the importance of knowledge in the area of project management for the productive sector, and focusing on the difficulties encountered in particular project. Thus was developed the scope management by a team composed of different areas of engineering, and implementation strategy of the project was chosen from the tool BVOA, with the possible subsequent definition of the project schedule. Furthermore, the risk planning was analyzed using FMECA tool that predicts and mitigates potential failures. It is concluded that the constant and direct relationship between the different stakeholders generates more efficient results, reaching the demands of the project. The definition of alternatives for implementation enabled the viability of the project, and the study of failures was positive to enrich the analysis of planning

Arvore dos sonhos: uma metodologia de planejamento participativo

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver e avaliar a aplicação da oficina de futuro “Árvore dos sonhos” com os alunos de uma escola estadual, localizada em um bairro periférico na cidade de Botucatu, e identificar os temas geradores, as necessidades e as motivações sobre o aprendizado na escola, para o desenvolvimento de propostas de um projeto interdisciplinar relacionado à melhoria do ambiente escolar. Para Doll(1997) um currículo construtivo é aquele que emerge da ação e interação dos participantes. Hernandez (1998) afirmou que o papel do currículo integrado é educar para compreender e que interpretar é manifestar explicitamente a compreensão. Professores e coordenadores, geralmente, tem dificuldade em planejar e realizar trabalhos articulados, com isto poucos estudantes são capazes de vislumbrar a integração dos conteúdos vistos nas diferentes disciplinas, esta situação é constatada na realidade de muitas escolas brasileiras, que vêem buscando alternativas que contribuam para superar alguns dos obstáculos relacionados ao processo de ensino e de aprendizado. A atividade de construção da árvore dos sonhos foi proposta ao Ensino Médio para sensibilizar os alunos, para que pudessem se expressar, através de uma atividade interativa envolvendo a participação coletiva da turma. Cada sala foi responsável pela elaboração da idéia, construção, finalização, exposição dos sonhos e preservação da sua árvore dentro da sala de aula. Em algumas salas os temas geraram polêmicas e indignações diante da situação atual na escola, em outras não houve muito envolvimento dos alunos em virtude do sentimento de impotência, desmotivação e fracasso diante dos problemas dificultando a emergência de processos de mobilização que promovam em mudanças. Planejamento, síntese e avaliação da capacidade de doação de óxido nítrico de novos derivados antiinflamatóios

A formação do trombo arterial, composto predominantemente por plaquetas, se dá sob condições de estresse de cisalhamento elevado, nos locais de lesão aterosclerótica vascular e fluxo sanguíneo perturbado e tem como consequência diminuição ou obstrução do calibre dos vasos dos diferentes órgãos podendo levar a eventos isquêmicos. As doenças cardiovasculares são consideradas as principais causas de morte no mundo. Nesse contexto, estima-se que a aterosclerose/aterotrombose seja a causa primária de doença arterial coronariana e acidente vascular cerebral representado mais de 50% das causas de mortes em países ocidentais . É sabido que a aterosclerose, primeiro evento que predispõe à aterotrombose, é considerada um processo inflamatório crônico, e que a utilização de antiinflamatórios não esteroidais (AINEs) COX-1, melhor estabilizam a estrutura da placa ateromatosa impedindo o rompimento e a consequente formação do trombo. Neste contexto, no presente trabalho foram obtidos de novos candidatos a fármacos com propriedades doadoras de NO e antiagregantes plaquetárias, através da estratégia de hibridação molecular dos AINEs contendo uma subunidade doadora de óxido nítrico, representada pelos furoxanos, e espaçada por uma subunidade N-acil hidrazônica. Dessa forma, a inibição da síntese de tromboxanos associada à doação de óxido nítrico permitiu atuação nas plaquetas através de um mecanismo múltiplo de ação com fins de diminuição da agregação plaquetária. Os produtos intermediários e finais apresentaram bons rendimentos e foram caracterizados por técnicas analíticas as quais predisseram que as estruturas propostas foram obtidas. Todos os compostos se como doadores de óxido nítrico. Os compostos 1a e 3a apresentaram atividade analgésica superior a dipirona, utilizada como controle. Zoneamento acústico urbano e mapeamento de níveis sonoros na zona central de Rio Claro (SP): diretrizes para o gerenciamento do ruído integrado ao planejamento ambiental urbano

Considering the growing degradation of the urban environmental quality resulting from the progressive sound pollution increase, as well as the consequent harmful effects about the human health, the present study had its central objective the argument and management tools implementation of the urban noise that can be integrated to the environmental planning in the city of Rio Claro (SP). Therefore, normative and bibliographical revisions were developed, that made feasible the directives of control argument and prevention of the urban noise, as well as the technical procedures of sound levels and evaluation’s definition and especially about the criteria applicable for the elaboration of an urban acoustic zoning methodology. Among the main results obtained detach: (1) the applicable legislation to the management of urban noise’s synthesis and argument; (2) the methodology of urban acoustic zoning development and (3) its implementation to determined areas of Rio Claro (SP) with the (4) respective cartography representation; (5) the mapping of sound levels in the central zone of Rio Claro (SP), (6) the obtaining and analysis of noise describers (LAeq, Lmáx, L10, L50, L90, Lmin and TNI) and the subsequent (7) acoustic maps elaboration for the main describers.

Centro de Convênções para a Terceira Idade em um superquadra de Brasília

A elaboração de um cento de convivência voltado para o público idoso vem de encontro com a consolidação desta faixa etária no país, que ainda se ressente da falta de locais que se adequem ao seu perfil e às suas variadas necessidades. Pensando nisto, a cidade de Brasília foi escolhida como local para a inserção de tal projeto, visando criar um eixo de ligação com a Universidade de Brasília, que detém a propriedade da última superquadra não edificada na cidade. Nesta, a construção de unidades habitacionais é importante para combater o déficit habitacional bem como minimizar a crescente especulação imobiliária na cidade. Projetar em toda sua unidade se torna um grande desafio, porém essencial para que tanto o Centro de Convivência como as habitações passem a ser utilizadas de maneira eficiente e comprovem a dinâmica da superquadra, no qual espaços públicos e privados entram em consonância e se tornam local de vivência a todos os seus moradores. O centro de convivência se destinará à realização de atividades que ofereçam oportunidades de melhoria à qualidade de vida da terceira idade bem como a realização de extensão universitária que possibilite a viabilização de estudos e atendimento a esta população. Diagnóstico ambiental do município de Ipeúna: subsídios para o planejamento do turismo

This study sought to address the tourism system in its various strands, compared to socioeconomic and environmental issues. Contextualizing the theme of sustainable tourism, or ecotourism, the reality of the city of Ipeúna, there is the incipient state of efforts in this activity because, predominantly, its territory is occupied by the monoculture of cane sugar and pastures, which damages the maintenance of vegetation fragments, as well as degrading areas that often could take a value tour. Through environmental planning, was intended to raise major issues of interface tourism / environment in order to seek alternatives to the implementation and development of tourism in Ipeúna. As a result, it presents an environmental diagnosis of the study area through which to assess the current status of tourist attractions in relation to environmental and socio-economic dynamics of the city.

Relações públicas e o planejamento estratégico nas instituições de ensino superior privadas

The society of the information brings with it a lot of changes day by day of the organizations, mainly for characterizing as a flexible society, in net and ruled in technological progress. The contemporary organizations are inserted in that reality and they need be maintained in markets more and more competitive. The Private Institutions of Higher education enter in this logic for they be organizations with lucrative ends that suffer strong influence of the external and internal atmosphere. To stand out, such Institutions need to count with a strategic administration, ruled in an own strategic planning for the branch in that acts. The professional of public relationships is shown capable to develop their main functions in such complex market. For so much it needs to participate in the global planning of the Private Institutions of Higher education, at the same time in that it develops it planning of the communication, intrinsic to the global strategic planning. Planejamento ambiental do distrito de Ameliópolis – Presidente Prudente - SP

The concern with the environmental planning has become important in Brazil recently. Until then, nature was conceived as a resource, because of the implementation of developmental policies that perdured to the 1970s, based on the expansion of the industrial complex, altogether hadn´t preoccupation by the federal government with the relationship between society and nature. During this period, after the threat of not receiving more international investment to finance large projects in the country, accompanied by pressure from civil society organizations, the federal government began to take some action related to the environment, such as the creation of federal agencies (IBAMA), application of environmental laws and decrees in order to create rules for the proper use of natural resources such as water, soil and air. From the decade of 1990 onwards the master plans have become a mandatory document for all municipalities in the country with a population over 20,000 inhabitants, ranging from health issues to the development of urban, rural and environmental planning. Thus, the environmental planning gained prominence in the political scene. Planejamento ambiental da bacia hidrográfica do córrego Embirí – UGRHI Pontal do Paranapanema – São Paulo: inventário e diagnóstico

This study aimed to contribute to the environmental planning of the watershed Embirí stream - UGRHI Pontal Paranapanema (belonging to the Paranapanema Management unit) in the cities of Presidente Prudente and Regente Feijó, São Paulo. This basin is located in the area of the Santo Anastácio river source, responsible for supplying water to about 30% of the population of Presidente Prudente. The methodological procedures based on Leal (1995) and Rodriguez et al. (2004), and the steps include inventory and diagnosis of the basin. We conducted extensive literature review, cartographic and documentary on the subject area of research, field work, preparation of thematic maps and summary chart of physical units and environmental use and land cover, participatory mapping of environmental risks, quality analysis of water. Most of the basin of the stream of twine had a high environmental fragility and the main problems found were lack of riparian vegetation, erosion, siltation of water bodies, irregular disposal of debris and the dumping of sewage. The results were summarized in the diagnosis and can identify the most important environmental impacts, environmental and spatial weaknesses of the legislation, and thus draw up proposals for action to the area that is substantially degraded

Planejamento ambiental da Bacia Hidrográfica do Córrego da Olga, UGRHI Pontal do Paranapanema – São Paulo: inventário e diagnóstico

This work, presented in order to obtain the environmental engeneer title, is to raise the current status of environmental conditions in the watershed of the stream of Olga and thus contribute to environmental planning for the recovery, conservation and preservation. To this end, we conducted literature surveys and survey of the characteristics of the watershed, analysis of water fron stream of Olga and making use of remote sensingand of the soil, environmental fragiityand spatialization of APPs in order to carry out further research on the environmental conditions of the basin, as well as inferences about possible causes of degradation of watershed.Most of the basin of the stream Olga had a high environmental fargility and the main problem was the lack of riparian vegetation is also considered the cause of environmental problems of the watershed.The results will be available to municipal governments in order to contribute to their planning and management of UGRHI the teh watershed pertence

The financial health of a family is one of the main generators of quality of life, and this is only possible through financial planning, which is nothing more than save and analyze before contracting debts. To do this, students must have notion of financial mathematics, especially of that used by the banks on overdraft interest, in investments and in the short-term and longterm loans, that is, compound interest, equivalent rates, depreciation and others. Starting from the knowledge of arithmetic and geometric progressions and, based on real situations which allow the application of the content learned, one intends to develop activities applied to high education. To start from real situations is one of the main lines of thought of the Problem Solving Methodology, in which the student is the active agent in the construction of his or her knowledge.
