Currently productivity is a concern in large firms and in heavy machining industries could not be otherwise . The issue of time in the process becomes a relevant and worthy of analysis point , especially that the setup time becomes a critical issue to be addressed . Due to the size of the equipment studied ( heavy machining ) and especially with regard to the characteristics of the machine tool and the parts to be machined , generally robust and large parts , the preparation of such parts shall be made accurately to the machining has a good result as planned . With the setup acting as a limiter of productivity growth in this sector , actions constantly in search of reducing downtimes and optimization are taken . This study aimed to conduct a study that confirms increased productivity by reducing the machining time , especially setup time and also with the implementation of organizational tools. Actions taken in heavy machining industry Arm L- 580 Liebherr company in Brazil specifically in CNC Boring PAMA Speedram 3000 were analyzed . Through a qualitative study using the method of case study , it was examined before and after the sector and reducing setup times . Evidencing the shares through figures and collection times . The end result of this analysis was to verify that through simple actions productivity and organization in the area were directly affected in a positive way , and supporting organizational change throughout training were taught to be incorporated into the company culture

Reflexões sobre a possibilidade de uma tutela penal internacional dos direitos humanos sobre as pesquisas científicas com seres humanos

Marchetto Patrícia BorbaNa sociedade contemporânea, além da esfera pública de poder, possuímos uma esfera privada de poder, na qual se encontra grandes empresas multinacionais. Esses novos “detentores do Poder” são particulares, grupos ou pessoas, que se tornaram de certa forma desproporcionais socialmente em relação ao restante da sociedade. Neste patamar se encontram as grandes indústrias farmacêuticas, as quais além de possuírem uma função de suma importância para a sociedade mundial concentram grande poder econômico, social e até mesmo político. Desta forma, observa-se a existência de uma responsabilidade social das indústrias farmacêuticas vinculada com a necessidade de respeitar certas diretrizes incluídas na temática da bioética, já que trabalham com a ciência estritamente relacionada com a saúde e a vida da pessoa humana, e dos Direitos Humanos em geral. No entanto, tais indústrias por vezes acabam praticando ações que desrespeitam tais preceitos, como a realização de pesquisas científicas com seres humanos sem respeito as normas que tutelam a matéria e gerando verdadeira lesão aos Direitos Humanos, causando um verdadeiro terror científico. Esta relação tirana de poder que as grandes indústrias farmacêuticas impõe perante a sociedade deve ser tutelada pelo Direito Penal, sobretudo, para além dos limites dos Estados em que ocorrem as condutas, buscando uma tutela penal internacional. Desta forma, o presente trabalho pretende demonstrar a importância da existência de uma tutela internacional, com a possível utilização do Tribunal Penal Internacional e o enquadramento de tais condutas como crimes contra a Humanidade.

Alguns fundamentos de organização do currículo para a escola democratizada: pistas históricas e perspectivas necessárias

Taking for granted that the trajectory of the process of democratization of Brazilian school is in evidence and in a moment of no return, thinking about your model becomes necessary and urgent relevance. Presents some specific elements of historical course, facing circumstances and moments that established milestones in the construction of the school curriculum in Brazil and directed the mentality of the pedagogical. The thought is present democratizing steadily, but still, is so inconclusive in academic and theoretically fragile in the school routine. Along the way the great complexity of this issue begins to reveal, for some traits, their chances for overcoming an institutional model in a state of exhaustion.

Globalização, estado-nação e organização da sociedade civil

The questions that guide this article deal with the nation-State configuration and civil society organization, as well as the contours of the relation between both in the globalization context. As a qualitative change of internationalization, globalization brings to the social sciences field the discussion about its social impacts and the problematization about extinction of State. Thus, the article is guided by the debate between determined authors that deal with the analysis about new strategies of the State action, in order to understand where national States go, seeking to adapt themselves to the new context of Capital globalization.

A coordenação pedagógica nas escolas estaduais paulistas: as resoluções recentes e a atuação cotidiana na gestão e organização escolar

This article analyzes the pedagogical coordination work in public schools of the state of São Paulo within a context of educational reforms occurred between 1996 and 2010. The paper analyzes the main resolutions published by the Secretariate of Education regarding the functions performed by coordinating teachers, and discusses data obtained from empirical research conducted with three schools in inner cities of the state of São Paulo, specifically in the final years of elementary school and high-school. The analysis has enabled us to identify the implications of educational reforms on the functions of coordinating teachers. In addition, we have identified and interpreted the ways in which subjects are (re)adjusted in school management and organization.

This article is about the democratic theoretical conceptions reformulated in face of the new social rules in which actors showed up claiming repressed social repressed from the second half of the XX century. In this article an approach of the main contributions of the dimensions of the conception of democracy. As a result, we present that the institutional innovations that came from a process of institutionalism of democracy have built a participative and inclusive ideal of social groups that so far were apart from the decision process in politics.

As avaliações externas e suas implicações para a organização do trabalho numa escola da rede estadual paulista: um estudo de caso

This research analyses the positives and/or negatives of external reviews to work's organization developed at the/and by the school. It should be noted that it's a qualitative case of empirical research, and it takes the pattern of case's study, because we held the investigation just in one school, which in turn, belongs to the education's public network by the state, and is located at the São Paulo northwest. The tools employed at this research for the data's collect were the observation, restricted to times of Pedagogical Work Activities Collective from the school, and the semi structured interviews with educational coordinators and the teachers too. We choose educational coordinators and teachers because they are closer with the education and learning methods, as well as their activities have more responsibility in relation to the main function developed by school, that is to teach, in other words, educational processes. This research also concerns an investigation about the educational coordinators and teachers conceptions, in relation to system's implantation external reviews at the schools. The results indicate to incidence of significant interference of the external reviews to/in the organization school's work, as, a teaching practice reorientation from results arising these reviews, or, modifications in the internal rating, since they have followed a tendency towards becoming more similar with their own external reviews. In what concerns the subjects investigated, we can emphasize that mostly submitted alienation with respect to negative effects of the external reviews for school. They showed that are conformed with the reality that they are inserted and in your mostly they proved perceive the positive effects by the implantation of external reviews. The study articulates the relations of power / knowledge in the production of crime and operationalization of the law, the subtle way in which technologies of gender naturalize actions and reactions in relationships, partnerships and daily struggles between staff and prisoners and the processes of subjectivity in contemporaneity . This study has as epistemological matrix the genealogy proposed by Michel Foucault, who has allowed diverse pathways as document reviews, semi-structured interviews, performance groups and courses. The interweaving of the forces and discourses has engendered the impact of technologies on gender, especially masculinity, in the present relations between staff and prisoners. The impact of this relationship puts on display the modulations of subjectivity in a continuum of oscillation between normalizing and singularizing modes of subjectification.

A criminologia crítica e o direito penal mínimo: avanços e retrocessos

This paper presents the emergence of knowledge-criminals criminal character of oppositional discourses to biologists and to the ideals of social defense, denouncing the criminal policies of discriminatory bias that still permeate the administrative practices of conflict. To this end, we examine the precepts of Critical Criminology revolutionary scenario that emerged in the 60s. His propositions denounced emphatically that social control was exercised by class interests and that the criminal policies were a reflection of capitalist domination extended to the criminal area. Accordingly, the present knowledge of such criminology, whose critical analysis culminated in the drafting of an alternative program for the management of the crisis of contemporary legalcriminal: the minimum criminal law and its proposed alternative sentences.
