利用半巢式LP PCR SSCP技术 ,对中国吉林长白山不同海拔生境下 3种赤杨共生丛枝菌根真菌的多样性进行检测分析 .结果表明 ,该地区赤杨属东北赤杨、西伯利亚赤杨及色赤杨共生丛枝菌根真菌在科乃至种的水平上并未随宿主的变化表现出丰富的多样性 ;3个树种在自身属的水平上与共生的球囊霉科 (Glomaceae)至少 1种AMF ,即G .intraradix ,在种的水平上表现出不相关于宿主海拔高度的某种相互选择性 .

生物淋滤技术主要应用于低品位矿石金属选矿、煤气脱硫、废弃物中金属回收和污染介质中金属离子毒性的去除等方面。作为生物淋滤技术中的主体微生物之一,异养微生物可通过其产生的酸性代谢物还原、酸化及络合,提取或者溶解非硫化矿、固体废弃物、污水污泥及土壤中的金属,有助于解决目前的资源短缺问题,还可对污染环境治理提供技术支持,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。应用于异养微生物淋滤技术中的常见微生物包括细菌(以假单胞菌为主)和真菌(以曲霉菌和青霉菌应用最为广泛)。淋滤过程涉及酸解、络合、还原及碱化等。目前,异养微生物淋滤技术主要应用于生物冶金、固体废弃物处理、污水处理和污染土壤修复等。本文分析了异养微生物金属淋滤过程中的问题,并提出了未来研究的发展方向。

用电化学聚合法制备了聚氨基黑10B/Nafion修饰电极,利用循环伏安法研究了多巴胺在此修饰电极上的电化学行为。在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH6.0)中,多巴胺在修饰电极上呈现可逆的氧化还原峰。其峰电位都随pH值的增加而负移。多巴胺氧化还原峰电流与其浓度在0.2~30μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系;检出限为1.0×107mol/L。实验结果表明:本修饰电极具有良好的重现性、稳定性和较强的抗干扰能力。将此修饰电极用于多巴胺注射液和小牛血清中多巴胺的检测,结果令人满意。

Nanoscale-phase separation of electron donor/acceptor blends is crucial for efficient charge generation and collection in Polymer bulk heterojunction photovoltaic cells. We investigated solvent vapor annealing effect of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)/methanofullerene (PCBM) blend oil its morphology and optoelectronic properties. The organic solvents of choice for the treatment have a major effect oil the morphology of P3HT/PCBM blend and the device performance. Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectro,;copy shows that specific solvent vapor annealing can induce P3HT self-assembling to form well-ordered structure; and hence, file absorption in the red region and the hole transport are enhanced. The solvent that has a poor Solubility to PCBM Would cause large PCBM Clusters and result in a rough blend film. By combining an appropriate solvent vapor treatment and post-thermal annealing of the devices, the power conversion efficiency is enhanced.

In this paper, the charge transfer across the micro-liquid/liquid interface supported at the orifice of a double-barrel micropipette, namely, a theta-pipette, is reported. Simple ion transfer(TMA(+)), facilitated ion transfer (potassium ion transfer facilitated by DB18C6), and electron transfer (ferrocene and ferri/ferrocyanide system) have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results show that a very thin aqueous film, linking both barrels filled with the aqueous solution and the organic solution respectively, can spontaneously be formed on the outer glass surface of such a double-barrel micropipette to construct a micro-liquid/liquid interface, which provides the asymmetry of diffusion field. Such device is demonstrated experimentally which can be employed as one of the simplest electrochemical cells to investigate the charge transfer across the liquid/liquid interface.

A biodegradable two block copolymer, poly(epsilon-caprolactone)-b- poly(gamma-benzyl-L-glutamic acid) (PCL-PBLG) was synthesized successfully by ring-opening polymerization of N-carboxyanhydride of gamma-benzyl-L-glutamate (BLG-NCA) with aminophenyl-terminated PCL as a macroinitiator. The aminophenethoxyl-terminated PCL was prepared via hydrogenation of a 4-nitrophenethoxyl-teminated PCL, which was novelly obtained from the polymerization of c-caprolactone (CL) initiated by amino calcium 4-nitrobenzoxide. The structures of the block copolymer and its precursors from the initial step of PCL were confirmed and investigated by H-1 NMR, FT-IR, GPC, and FT-ICRMS analyses and DSC measurements.
