Sobre la Ley de Patrimonio Histórico. Ley 16/1985

Las leyes que han ido preservando el patrimonio a lo largo del tiempo han evolucionado según el significado que ha ido teniendo a lo largo de la historia, pasando de un concepto de propiedad y disfrute individual en sus inicios, a otro mucho más colectivo en los últimos tiempos. Esta evolución no sólo se ha limitado a la propiedad sino que también lo ha hecho como elemento identificador de una sociedad, proporcionando una secuencia histórica de las leyes relativas a la conservación y divulgación del patrimonio histórico.

Determinação de alfa-Tocoferol em alho irradiado utilizando cromatografia líquida de alta eficiência (CLAE)

The effects of 60Co ionizing radiations in doses of 0, 75, 100, 150, 200 and 250Gy on garlic, upon the alpha-tocopherol concentration were studied. The alpha-tocopherol contents were established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), after direct hexane extraction from the garlic samples. The alpha-tocopherol was determined through normal-phase column, and mobile phase was composed by hexane: iso-propyl alcohol (99:01 v/v), with 2mL/min flow rate and fluorescence detector. It is statistically shown that an irradiation dose of up to 150 Gy does not affect the garlic alpha-tocopherol content.

Efeito do polietilenoglicol e da albumina na imobilização de lipase microbiana e na catálise em meio orgânico

Poly (ethylene) glycol (PEG) and bovine serum albumin (BSA), as additive agents, were used to enhance the activity of immobilized microbial lipase in organic solvent. Controlled pore silica (CPS) was selected as matrix and different immobilization procedures were evaluated: directly lipase binding on CPS and simultaneous addition of lipase and additive agent on the same support. The highest coupling yield (59.6%) was attained when the immobilization procedure was performed at lipase loading of 150 U/g support in the presence of PEG-1.500. This immobilized system was used in esterification reactions under repeated batch cycles and the biocatalyst half-life was found to increase 2.7 times when compared with the control.

El present treball pretén oferir al lector un estudi sobre el nou Codi Processal Penal com esborrany d'avantprojecte de Llei, realitzant un anàlisis dels aspectes més rellevants i innovadors que introdueix el citat Codi així com l’adaptació d’aquests a les realitats socials de cada temps. A més, la idea per la qual neix el treball és analitzar les raons per les quals s’ha vist necessari i important realitzar una modificació total de la actual LECrim, estudiant la forma en què el legislador enfoca el nou Codi així com el seu contingut, destacant les principals diferències que conté l’actual LECrim amb aquelles que el nou Codi pretén instaurar.

International texts recognise the buyer's right to the repair or replacement if the goods do not conform with the contract, and at the same time, establish exceptions to their application and certain rules of protection for the seller (Art. 46 CISG, Art. 7.2.3 UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts, Art.9:102 PECL and Arts. 4:202 y 4:204 (1) PEL S). This approach is a result of a compromise between civil law systems and the common law and it has been widely extended to the regulation of consumer sales over the last decade (Art. 3.3 of the Directive 1999/44/CE, Art. III.-3:302 DCFR, Art. 26 of the proposal for a Directive on Consumer Rights). These norms regulate the different ways of requiring the fulfilment of a contractual obligation from a new paradigm which has little to do with a need to protect the weak consumer which governed the origins of consumer policy in the European Community. Now the idea of the consumer who shall behave economically efficiently prevails in Art. 3.3 of the Directive 1999/44/CE, a norm which is clearly influenced by the international texts and whose transposing into the national legislation of Member States has created important problems for traditional dogmas. In this sense there are still some unclear issues, such as the possibility of replacing in sales of goods of specific nature or second-hand goods, some aspects on the exercise of repair and replacement, and, even, their use as primary remedies rather than a reduction in price or a rescission of the contract. With regard to this, in England the possibility of offering the consumer free choice between these measures if the goods do not conform with the contract has been raised. This is far from the principle of pacta sunt servanda and is clearly contrary to the economic approach of the proposal for a Directive on Consumer Rights. Up to now Spain has limited itself to implementing Art. 3.3 Directive 1999/44/CE into its legal system in almost literal terms and the case law on the issue has completely turned out to be insufficient. By contrast with Germany, the Spanish legislator has not extended the application of the rules of repair and replacement of Directive 1999/44/CE to nonconsumer sales, even though two draft bill proposals along these lines presented by the General Commission for Codifying (“Comisión General de Codificación”), the last one being in January, 2009

Photometric and Halpha observations of LSI+61·303: detection of a 26 day V and JHK band modulation

We present new optical and infrared photometric observations and high resolution H α spectra of the periodic radio star LSI+61◦303. The optical photometric data set covers the time interval 1985-1993 and amounts to about a hundred nights. A period of ∼26 days is found in the V band. The infrared data also present evidence for a similar periodicity, but with higher amplitude of variation ((0.m 2). The spectroscopic observations include 16 intermediate and high dispersion spectra of LSI+61◦303 collected between January 1989 and February 1993. The H α emission line profile and its variations are analyzed. Several emission line parameters -- among them the H α EW and the width of the H α red hump -- change strongly at or close to radio maximum, and may exhibit periodic variability. We also observe a significant change in the peak separation. The H α profile of LSI+61◦303 does not seem peculiar for a Be star. However, several of the observed variations of the H α profile can probably be associated with the presence of the compact, secondary star.

Of the many dimensions of the problem of violence exercised by men toward women in the context of the relations of partner or ex partner, this article deals with the analysis of the discursive productions of the institutional actors that are part of the judicial process. Our intention is to investigate the relationship between criminal law and gender-based violence starting from the implementation of the Law of Integral Gender-based Violence in Spain (LO. 1 / 2004) from a theoretical perspective which includes contributions from social psychology, and socio-legal feminism. We have approached the legal instrument - the Law of Integral Gender-based Violence - through the discourse of legal officers with a perspective that questions the values, so often proclaimed, of universality, objectivity and neutrality of the law

Taidehistoria

Taidehistorian pääkokoelma sijaitsee kirjaston lainattavassa kokoelmassa. Se koostuu n. 3 400 niteestä monografioita (tiedot marraskuulta 2009). Lisäksi on noin 100 jatkuvaa painettua julkaisua, n. 100 elektronista lehteä ja vanhoja foliokokoisia taidekirjoja noin 8 hm. Taidehistoria ei ole kirjaston ydinaihealue, ja kokoelmaa ei kartuteta aktiivisesti muuten kuin kotimaisen ja pohjoismaisen vanhan taiteen tutkimuksen osalta. Kokoelma on koostunut pääasiassa lahjoituksista. Nykytaidetta ei juurikaan oteta kokoelmiin. Kokoelma on tästä syystä huomattavan vanhaa, 34 % on julkaistu ennen vuotta 1950 (pohjoismaiden ja muiden maiden luokissa 42 %). 2000-luvulla julkaistua aineistoa on koko taidehistorian kokoelmassa vain 7 %. Suomen taidehistoriaa kartutetaan kuitenkin aktiivisemmin, 2000-luvun kirjallisuutta on luokassa 21 %. Vähäisen käytön takia suuri osa muita maita koskevaa yleistä taidehistoriallista kirjallisuutta tullaankin muuton yhteydessä poistamaan kirjaston kokoelmista. Aineisto koostuu yleisestä taidehistoriasta, kuvataiteesta, taiteilijamonografioista ja kirkkotaiteesta. Suomen taidehistoriaa on noin 500 nimekettä, Pohjoismaiden noin 350 nimekettä, Baltian noin 50 nimekettä ja muiden maiden noin 2 200 nimekettä. Kokoelma on monikielistä. Suurimmat kieliryhmät ovat: saksa 36 %, englanti 18 %, suomi 15 %, ruotsi 13 % ja ranska 8 %. Kirjastossa on lisäksi venäläisen taidehistorian kokoelma, jonkun verran taidemuseoiden näyttelyluetteloita sekä taideteollisuuden ja arkkitehtuurin kokoelmat. Ennen vuotta 1900 julkaistu kirjallisuus on siirretty ei lainattavaan kokoelmaan. Kirjaston muuttoon v. 2011 liittyneiden poistojen jälkeen kokoelmissa oli 2 666 nidettä 19.12.2011 (vrt. 3 400 ennen muuttoa). Poistettu oli lähinnä muiden maiden yleistä taidehistoriaa, jota oli nyt 1 750 (vrt. 2 200). Kokoelmissa on lisäksi muutama sata venäläiseen taidehistorian kokoelmaan kuuluvaa kirjaa. Arkkitehtuurin kokoelmassa oli v. 2011 n. 400 Suomen, n. 400 Pohjoismaiden, n. 150 Baltian, n. 140 Venäjän ja n. 630 muiden maiden arkkitehtuuriin ja rakennustaiteen historiaan ja interiööreihin liittyvää teosta, joista mainittakoon kirkkorakennuksiin liittyvä verraten laaja kirjallisuus ja pieni puutarhataiteen kokoelma.
