This research aimed to verify if the use of experimental demonstration activities through an approach that employed discursive patterns that provided social interaction in the classroom, provided the students motivation to participate in activities and learn the worked contents. The students of this research were twenty four in a Guaratinguetá's school, aged between 19 and 24 years. The instruments of analysis were transcripts of conversations that occurred between student / teacher and student / student and also the studes s answers to a evaluative questionnaire. In order to support this analysis, we used the Vygotsky Social Historical theory . The results showed that the use of demonstration activities, following an approach that used discursive patterns that enabled the social interaction between teacher and students and among students, motivated students to learn the worked contents

With reference to curricular changes proposed by the CNE Resolution 1 /2002 and CNE 2/2002 on Teacher Education in Basic Education teaching degree - this study aims to analyze the new professional profile proposed in curriculum pedagogy , Physical Education , Science Biology , Mathematics , Physics and Geography . Within the curriculum guidelines was observed in a more normative articulated curriculum, focused on action-reflection- action. A guided design in practical rationality and the skills set without breaking the commitment of the public university with emancipation and quality education . Although there is this understanding we must also attend to the care that must be given to the new guidelines , based on the same reveal great concern with vocational training , with its instrumentation , with the pragmatic and utilitarian dimension of the training process . It is noteworthy that throughout the twentieth century in Brazil , where he fought for educational policies that were to solidify the construction of teacher identity , but the gains have largely remained restricted to the issue of educational reforms and a roster of disciplines , called pedagogical varnish . Therefore, this work is to deepen this thematic perspective , studying the identity of the teacher in the new curriculum design presented by undergraduate courses . Therefore , the central objective seeks to understand how the identity of teacher ( professional profile ) was presented in the proposals for teacher training , as well as the different elements that make up this identity process . This work has the propose to discuss the National Examination Performance of students for the course in Production Engineering , from 2005 up to 2011, subsidies are shown how this came about assessment and how the course has been evaluated in recent years . Compares higher education from public and private universities in Brazil and is also discussed how important a good performance in the exam. Qualitative and quantitative surveys were conducted at different times that the work that enables a critical analysis of the examination , the institution and also the students themselves , so the list is the main motivators for the exam and also what should be done to obtaining good results in academic performance. Motivators for the exam has highlighted its importance is paramount and the consent of all involved from the beginning of the course to ensure that the examination is compulsory for all graduates of undergraduate manufacturing engineering in Brazil

Considerando a crescente preocupação, bem como a necessidade dos cursos de formação de professores se voltarem para a importante etapa inicial do processo de aprender a ensinar, esta pesquisa focaliza o período de ingresso dos professores na carreira docente e o modo como os mesmos percebem a importância que tiveram os estágios supervisionados em sua formação. O pressuposto aqui estabelecido é de que os professores que ingressam na carreira docente mobilizam uma série de saberes elaborados no decorrer de sua formação, e que grande parte deles são construídos ao longo das experiências vivenciadas nos estágios supervisionados. Os sujeitos participantes da pesquisa são licenciados em Pedagogia pelo Instituto de Biociências da UNESP Rio Claro, formados entre os anos de 2006 a 2008, atualmente docentes da rede pública ou particular de ensino, compreendendo, portanto, a fase inicial de entrada na carreira docente (HUBERMAN, 1995), que corresponde aos três primeiros anos de docência. Foram realizados levantamentos bibliográficos e discussões teóricas sobre os principais eixos da pesquisa, que focam os estágios supervisionados (PIMENTA; LIMA, 2004), os saberes docentes (TARDIF; RAYMOND, 2000) e a entrada na carreira docente (HUBERMAN, 1995; MARCELO GARCÍA, 1998, 1999a, 1999b). A partir de entrevistas com os sujeitos, fora analisada a relação entre a importância dos estágios supervisionados e a entrada na carreira, como meio de responder à hipótese de que os saberes elaborados nos estágios supervisionados são uma base para a entrada na carreira, embora possam não ser suficientes para suprirem as necessidades vivenciadas no trabalho cotidiano em sala de aula.

This paper was developed with students of the second year from high school, in a private school, identifying their motivation for the study of physics contents, when they are discussed in an not ordinary class, but critical. We incorporated the critical class as a didactic tool, able to stimulate and motivate the physics study and to help the teacher. Through questions, we evaluated how this class motivated the students, as well as how we investigate the type of class and teacher the students consider to be the most motivator for their learning

Solar energy can be considered the largest source of energy available on earth and has attracted in recent decades, attention and interest for its rational use. The use of energy sources in a sustainable way is essential to the survival of future generations, due to the scarcity of natural resources and their exploitation in a disorderly way. This academic work aims to bring a possible alternative to reduce the consumption of eletrical energy, at the University of Engineering – Campus of Guaratinguetá, through the use of a photovoltaic system interconnected to the LED bulbs. For this, the necessary data for the design of the photovoltaic system componentes and their acquisition costs were obtained and three differents configurations were developed to choose the one that bests fits the studied case, considering the return time of the initial investment (payback)

Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a formação docente na perspectiva do professor reflexivo, buscando averiguar nesse processo temas emergentes vinculados ao periódico Educação e Pesquisa, fonte de coleta de dados. Neste itinerário optamos pela pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo descritivo, escolhendo como técnica para a coleta de dados a fonte documental, seguida de análise documental. Entre os resultados coletados na revista, periódico de 1975 a 2010, apontaram-se como significativos os eixos reflexão, saberes, identidade e profissionalização docente, prática pedagógica, formação inicial e formação continuada. Neste contexto observou-se que as pesquisas de ênfase critico reflexiva vem contribuindo teoricamente para a disseminação do conceito da formação reflexiva inicial e continuada de professores que buscam por meio desta perspectiva o desenvolvimento profissional e o reconhecimento como produtores de conhecimento na área que atuam. Outras questões observadas assinalaram para a compreensão da formação reflexiva como uma concepção que pode auxiliar o docente no processo de reconhecimento da sua identidade profissional marcada pela influência direta da cultura da qual os docentes estão inseridos. Nesta direção foi também identificado que as tomadas de decisões no âmbito escolar, dentro e fora da sala de aula, requerem do docente a mobilização de saberes que vão além da teoria aprendida nos anos de formação acadêmica, buscando auxilio nas vivências pré-profissionais para a elaboração dos saberes docentes. Porém, elucidou-se que os docentes reflexivos e investigadores da sua própria prática tendem a ser favorecidos por este tipo de prática, podendo provocar inovações na educação e em seu próprio desenvolvimento profissional. This work consisted in analysing five materials which mean respect to subjects related to Particle Physics, aiming to explore their potentialities for the use in the High School levels, particularly by physics teachers. On this perspective, we sought to describe the contents of each material and point out their potentialities as material of didactic support. They are: 1. The purpose of Secretaria da Educação do Estado de São Paulo, presented in the Teacher's Guide of the Program São Paulo faz escola; 2. The Game Sprace Game, elaborated by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN); 3. The book O discreto charme das partículas elementares, written by the professor Maria Cristina Abdalla; 4. The video O discreto charme das partículas elementares, based on the book of Professor Maria Cristina Abdalla which was produced by TV Cultura in association with the Ministério da Educação e Cultura” (MEC). The book Partículas elementares no ensino médio: uma abordagem a partir do LHC written by Wagner Franklin Balthazar and Alexandre Lopes de Oliveira, from the collection CBPF - Tópicos de Física. The work was constructed on a qualitative perspective, that is, it did not attempt to quantify the help that each material could offer to Physics teaching. One sought to describe and analyse, from different theoretical frames, their potentialities for the use in the High School level. The results indicate that all the materials analysed can contribute to the Physics teaching, and beyond, as they own format and approches distinct from the subject, they can be used as a whole or in parts, together or separately, depending on the objectives to be reached and on the profile of the target public

This work is quantified according to the ABEPRO areas, the number of works the Course Conclusion (TCCs) and Hours (CH) Course of Production Engineering, UNESP Guaratinguetá. Based on this quantification were found to be significant discrepancies between the TCCs and CH. Quality and Logistics observed for the larger discrepancies, with 26% and 17% of the number of TCCs, respectively. Both areas have only 6% of the time. They are also used data from researchers at the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) in the areas of Production Engineering. In the area of Quality and Logistics, the researchers account for 8% and 5%, respectively, but are most prominent researchers in the field of Operations Research, with 37%. However, this view can help the department to organize the curriculum, with the development of teaching projects, methods and means of education, and visibility to help future hiring for the department

In modern industry we see a growing need for answers cheaper, accurate and quick to deliver solutions and products to be able to remain competitive. In this way the inclusion of open source software and Rapid Prototyping tools have proven very important to obtain the expected results. This work, through information gathering, analysis software and their applicability, search tools commercially available rapid prototyping will demonstrate the importance of these tools and will also present possible configurations for a space for rapid prototyping within the university, as a proposal to implement a rapid prototyping laboratory at the Faculdade de Engenharia de Guaratinguetá

Para iniciar a escrita do TCC, foi elaborado um memorial onde resgato memórias de minha infância, meu ingresso na escola, até os dias de hoje, no intuito de falar da influência que a relação professor-aluno teve em minha formação. Dessa forma, observei a força dessas memórias. No diálogo com Benjamin, discuto a importância da escrita do memorial e do registro de nossa história. Num segundo momento investigo a configuração da escola e as diferentes tendências pedagógicas para, a partir de diferentes teóricos, compreender como é concebida a relação professoraluno na escola. Valendo-me da literatura analiso alguns contos onde autores consagrados falam de suas lembranças na relação com seus mestres ou professores. Assim, procurei estabelecer um diálogo entre minha história pessoal com autores teóricos que tratam da configuração da escola e das tendências pedagógicas e, outros do campo da literatura. Por fim, apresento conclusões e sugestões para se pensar na relação professor-aluno, na sala de aula, a partir da reciprocidade.

This research, based on authors such as Was (1999), Guarnieri (1996 and 2005), Freitas (2002 and 2007) argue that the understanding of teacher education as a complex continuum aimed at understanding the initiation of the educational performance in the first five years of professional practice, by analyzing the history of teaching teachers early in their career. As we contemplate the specific objectives of interest to examine the training received to enter and work in the classroom and the experiences in teaching at undergraduate students. To perform the empirical study we adopted the use of semi-structured, guided by an outline of issues significant to the conduct of the respondents' narratives. The main results can highlight the difficulties encountered at the beginning of the educational performance are recurrent, data analysis shows that there is a significant increase in the duties of the teacher. With the study arrives at the premise that we must rethink the quality and structure of training courses aimed at improving the quality of performance of professional education, but for this to occur there must be deepening of studies and improvements not only in initial training and in continuing education courses. It is understood here that the training is not solely responsible for the current educational scene, which encompasses the question of the beginner there are many issues to be studied, such as public policies, structuring the curriculum, pay, but the training is beginning to there are faculty prepared to act
