As dificuldades para a gestão do PIBID a partir do olhar de coordenadores e colaboradores em subprojetos na Faculdade de Ciências Bauru: limites e possibilidades

The Institutional Program of Initiation to Teaching, the PIBID, has by its nature the training of teachers. Focused on graduate students, the PIBID acts as a proposal for training beyond the mandatory classes, giving to the students that are entering the program, a great opportunity to improve their training as a teacher. Thus, this work focuses on a discussion of the PIBID at the Faculty of Sciences UNESP Bauru, aimed at subprojects of graduate students linked to the areas of Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry, working in an interdisciplinary way. I interviewed five teachers (three area coordinators and two contributors) seeking to verify, in their view, the understanding about the program and what were the major difficulties in the training of teachers. For contributors teachers and coordinators of the subprojects, interdisciplinarity has a very important role in the training of new teachers, and the PIBID allows to work this concept more broadly than just in the mandatory classes. However, a program so big like the PIBID comes with problems and it is in this context that this study was conducted. A dança da situação: refletindo sobre os elementos que compõem a linguagem estético-expressiva presente na construção da obra A Mão do Meio - Sinfonia Lúdica, coreografada por Denise Namura e Michael Bugdahn

A Cie. <<à fleur de peau>>, fundada em 1988 pela brasileira Denise Namura e pelo alemão Michael Bugdahn, sediada na França, desenvolve uma linguagem estéticoexpressiva própria, caracterizada por integrar áreas artísticas distintas, como a dança, as artes circenses, o teatro e a mímica. Tal confluência decorre da formação de ambos os fundadores, atuais diretores e coreógrafos da companhia de dança-teatro. O intercâmbio dessa companhia com o Brasil é constante, incluindo apresentações de seus espetácul os, coreografias para outras companhias e oficinas. Em uma de suas vindas à cidade de São Paulo, no ano de 2013, tivemos a oportunidade de entrar em contato com a pesquisa de linguagem da Cie. Em 2014, os fundadores foram convidados a coreografar um espetáculo infantil para a Cia. de Danças de Diadema, localizada no ABCDMR paulista. Este estudo partiu do interesse em conhecer o trabalho desenvolvido por Namura e Bugdahn. A partir desse encontro, pudemos observar, relatar e refletir sobre como ocorreu a tran smissão dessa linguagem estético-expressiva no processo de criação do espetáculo A Mão do Meio - Sinfonia Lúdica aos bailarinos da companhia diademense. Para tanto, acompanhamos os ensaios referentes ao espetáculo durante os períodos anterior e posterior à pré-estreia e à estreia oficial do espetáculo. Posteriormente, foi possível tecer outra reflexão, dessa vez sobre os elementos teatrais componentes dessa linguagem, que a tornam diferente em relação ao processo de criação artística e apresentação da obra

Análise da assimetria nas ações motoras em atletas profissionais de futsal

Lateral asymmetries are in everywhere as well as in all movements made by man, which become more evident in movements of sport. The asymmetry is particularly pointed out in futsal when players, even with clear opportunity of making use of their non-preferred foot, try to place the ball in order to execute the action with their preferred foot. The study of asymmetry in futsal is quite relevant, once ambidextrous players present advantages in their performances during a match, which can help futsal athletes not only in their performance improvement but also with the prescription of training. For this reason, the present study had questioned: is there symmetry/asymmetry at the performance of lower contralateral limbs during actions with the possession ball (pass, receiving a ball and kick into the goal) during a futsal match? Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the symmetry/asymmetry using the preferred and non-preferred foot in actions with the possession ball (pass, receiving and shoot) in adult Futsal's players (professional). The winner team of eight matches of the 2012 FIFA Futsal World Cup was analyzed. An average of 75 players had all their actions (pass, receiving a ball and shot on goal) using their lower limbs during the match analyzed. However, their actions with the head and torso were not analyzed. The games were acquired through a television broadcast. All eight matches were followed by an appraiser through a computer. The Skout® software was used to collect the data, taking notes of the player involved, the type of action (pass, receiving a ball and shot on goal), its foot used (preferred or non-preferred foot) and if the execution was correct or wrong. El papel de la institución en el escoger, acoger y acompañar al profesor universitario

Objective. To analyze the role of the institution in choosing, receiving and chaperone professors. Methodology. Qualitative study, which body analysis was composed of 32 participations in a thematic forum of a group of nine health professionals. Results. After professor hiring it is necessary to receive and chaperone him. Professors with longer time in the institution represent a more important role in the admission of the new professor. Chaperone process is an opportunity to change and redefine the rules, and should be supported by permanent evaluation. The university as a legitimate learning scenario, production and knowledge reconstitution, should accompany changes of contemporary science and support the interdisciplinary demands in the new knowledge construction. Conclusion. It is fundamental the role of the university receiving and chaperoning teachers from joining. As well university should favor the growth of the professor, not only by supporting the challenges of their pedagogic activity, but mainly through the respect of autonomy.

PIBID e ensino de línguas estrangeiras: o impacto no projeto Luz, câmera... action!

PIBID's subproject from the Letras course at a public university from the interior of Sao Paulo has, as a vision, the teaching of languages in a different way, where the culture is something to be known, not only mentioned, and, because of that, students feel close to the language learning process, for the language is not something to be learned just as grammar, it is, in fact, to be learned as something more complex than that, making the connection between student and language and its values. The students have, as an objective the knowledge and formation in teaching, by participation in public schools where they could put the theory learned during the Letras course in the university in practice with students that could benefit from learning new languages. The public school, mentioned in this research, offered the opportunity for the PIBID students to participate in a project that already existed in this school, where the students were supposed to produce a script based in a tale, and with the script, they were supposed to produce a short movie and a trailer. In 2014, in the first year of the participation of PIBID in the project, PIBID students were asked to choose a tale in the languages that are currently part of the subproject, for the students could use as a base to the production of the short movie. This project is called Luz, Câmera… Action! and the main objective of this research was to verify the participation of PIBID in the project. For such, it was used a semi-structured open questionnaire, which sought to investigate how students and supervisors from the school understood and analyzed PIBID's participation in the project

The first approach in this work is the concept of the electric power transmission and distribution system, as well as the survey of the current condition of substations chosen to thus identify the importance of having a suitable design with respect to security due to the need to obtain the approval for the operation of the substation according to the standards valid in the country. Present the guidelines and present needs when designing improvements, thus ensuring the company for more safety and reliability. From the company's point of view is an opportunity to reduce the cost of maintenance, and the professional point of view is an opportunity that allows a comprehensive study of legal requirements for the operation of substations
