Relações públicas e gestão de marcas: compreendendo habilidades e contribuições

This paper discusses the possible performances of professional Public Relations in Brand Management. This approach combines the concepts of brand identity, image and reputation for strategic function / managerial Public Relations. If on one hand the brand is the key element for the public identification of the organization, on the other, the result of this relationship can and should add value to both protagonists of the relationship: Public and organization. So, in an effort analytical and reflective, based on specific literature, defends the idea that the Public Relations has a professional profile that combines institutional and market interests for brand management. In practice, through an exploratory study, is observed from interviews with professionals involved in the area of Brand Management, how is the alignment between brand, relationships and purposes of the organization and which professionals working in this field. The study shows that although it is still defining itself in the market everyday, the public relations professional is a plural, able to manage this effectively

Atratividade da carreira docente no curso de licenciatura em pedagogia: dilemas, escolhas e inserção profissional

Escolher uma profissão e pensar sobre a inserção no mundo do trabalho tem se tornado tarefa cada vez mais difícil para os jovens. Vários são os fatores que podem influenciar na decisão como: as características pessoais, habilidades específicas em determinada área, o contexto histórico e o ambiente sociocultural em que o indivíduo vive, entre outros (GATTI, 2009). A decisão de uma profissão irá influenciar de forma direta ou indireta sua vida financeira, pessoal, familiar, entre outras áreas. (SANTOS, 2005). Dentre as diversas profissões existentes, no presente trabalho destacaremos a carreira docente, tendo como objetivos: 1. Investigar junto aos alunos do curso de Pedagogia da UNESP de Rio Claro as razões para a escolha da docência como profissão e; 2. Identificar no âmbito desse curso os dilemas e as perspectivas que são apontadas por esses estudantes no universo de sua formação e futura profissão. Optamos pela pesquisa qualitativa, tendo como paradigma o construtivismo social, pois parte-se do pressuposto de que as pessoas agem em função de seus valores, crenças, sentimentos e percepções. Na coleta de dados utilizamos como instrumentos o questionário, a entrevista semiestruturada e análise de conteúdo no tratamento dos dados, tendo como participantes 60 estudantes de Pedagogia na aplicação do questionário e 12 participantes escolhidos para a entrevista, sendo três discentes de cada ano). Entre os resultados encontrados observamos a forte influência que a família, os professores e a escola desempenham no jovem que está em processo de decisão profissional. Em relação a escolha do curso de Pedagogia, vimos que a motivação principal apontada pelos estudantes ficou no campo da satisfação pessoal, o gostar da profissão/área da educação apesar dos autores apontarem a docência como sendo pouco atrativa pelos jovens por diversos fatores... The process of knowledge construction is associated with physical or mechanical view of the phenomenon. In mechanical engineering courses should supplement their courses with physical or virtual learning devices to aid visualization of these phenomena. For the purpose of improving the mechanical engineering department laboratory practice was developed, through a project, a didactic device a trellis. The purpose of this work is the detailed study by comparing the theoretical results with the experimental results collected through the specific strains collected in the Catman. The study was iniatially done with nodes made of aluminum, giving results with high errors not allowing a good conclusion of results. For best results were achieved an improvement of the structure with strict we support the lattice and, thus, further study and greater quality of lattice structure

According to current legislation, is part of the Target of Special Education, students with high abilities/giftedness (HA/G). However, it appears that there are few studies on efficiency and effectiveness of diverse pedagogical practice for students with these characteristics. With increasing globalization, are multiplied opportunities for transnational education programs and educational services, particularly through the Internet, increasing the need for information services and accreditation of institutions and educational programs. This study aims to: a) develop a website containing information on high abilities/giftedness; b) evaluate the design of teachers on applicability of the site; c) analyze the contributions posted on the site. Therefore, it was available to the participants of this research produced site. Consisted on the site, among other information, those relating to HA/G indicators. Was sent a questionnaire via the Internet, with nine closed questions and two open, to 2000 teachers, registered in the database Improvement Course in Educational Practices Inclusive conducted by UNESP, under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Vera Lucia Messias Fialho Capellini. Data were considering frequency responses. For the treatment we used the Google Docs. As result Program Observed how teachers are lacking this subject deserves further Top depth. Concerning the site he was Considered by the participants as a support tool to the teacher, Which helps to identify and recognition of Individuals with HA/G and contributes to information, training and practical pedagogical way. This, is expected to Contribute to the dissemination of this issue in society as well as the Possibility of Minimizing the myths about this population, since such myths exist due to the lack of information

Comparação do desenvolvimento neurológico entre os gêneros em alunos ingressantes no ensino fundamental em uma escola municipal em Bauru

Human beings' motor capacity development is essential, because it facilitates movement, enabling the performance of motor activities and others. In pre-school, boys and girls acquire the motor capacity development considered basic that, through several factors such as neurological maturation, which is in charge of providing more complete movements, and body growth, which has the goal of a better body domain, makes them improve individually the performance of motor abilities, but it can minimize them if laterality does not develop spontaneously. There by, this study focused on assessing the neurological development between genders of students engaging in fundamental school. Forty-three children of both genders at age six took part in this study. The evaluation occurred through the LEFÉVRE protocol (1976), which aims at assessing the maturity and development of the Nervous System through tests of the Evolutionary Neurological Exam (ENE), which comprises a series of tests involving specific tasks, regarding age in the static balance items, dynamic balance, appendicular coordination, trunk-member coordination, motor persistency, sensibility and synkinesis. Neurological development comparisons were performed between boys and girls for each item of the battery of tests. The results of the motor persistency and sensitiveness and sensorial activity tests were below the average for six-year-old children, but there was not any difference in gender comparison for each item of the battery of tests, only a small tendency for one of the genders, but meaningless, having a variance in only two tests of the synkinesis exam (Foot-hand and paper ball with the dominant hand), in which boys had a bigger percentage of synkinesis presence than girls did. The results also showed that the majority of the children assessed, both boys and girls have a right manual and pedal preference and the ocular laterality is approximately the same for left and right-handers.
