INTRODUCTION: The children's schools are expanded spaces of education and care for infants. The educator's role as mediator in learning is crucial to child development, and the use of children's books can act as an important methodological and pedagogical resource in this process. METHODS: This paper describes a psychoeducational intervention performed with the educators of a public pre-school with the following objectives: (a) register the collection of children's books of the school, (b) investigate the acquisition and use of children's books by the teachers and (c) offer an intervention to teachers regarding the educational use of children's books. The participants were seven educators who worked with children from 2 to 6 years old. RESULTS: The results indicate that among the 315 books in the school, the majority was about animal stories (75 books), fantasy and mystery (38), fairy tales and fables (34), formal learning (33), learning rules (33) and about nature and environment (22). The educators reported that the choice of books was made mainly considering the age group to which the books were directed, and also from the themes found in texts and/ or illustrations. Although the teachers believe that the books can encourage reading among children, they don't describe their use in planned activities and they report lack of knowledge about their use. CONCLUSION: The proposed intervention to the teachers allowed them to rethink the use of books in pre-school, instructing them to the utilization of the books aiming to stimulate the imagination and creativity, improving the critical and reflexive capability of the children.

This research analyses the positives and/or negatives of external reviews to work's organization developed at the/and by the school. It should be noted that it's a qualitative case of empirical research, and it takes the pattern of case's study, because we held the investigation just in one school, which in turn, belongs to the education's public network by the state, and is located at the São Paulo northwest. The tools employed at this research for the data's collect were the observation, restricted to times of Pedagogical Work Activities Collective from the school, and the semi structured interviews with educational coordinators and the teachers too. We choose educational coordinators and teachers because they are closer with the education and learning methods, as well as their activities have more responsibility in relation to the main function developed by school, that is to teach, in other words, educational processes. This research also concerns an investigation about the educational coordinators and teachers conceptions, in relation to system's implantation external reviews at the schools. The results indicate to incidence of significant interference of the external reviews to/in the organization school's work, as, a teaching practice reorientation from results arising these reviews, or, modifications in the internal rating, since they have followed a tendency towards becoming more similar with their own external reviews. In what concerns the subjects investigated, we can emphasize that mostly submitted alienation with respect to negative effects of the external reviews for school. They showed that are conformed with the reality that they are inserted and in your mostly they proved perceive the positive effects by the implantation of external reviews. In the present study aimed to study the use of radio and television in Brazil by the various Christian aspects rooted in the country. The main objective was to analyze how the churches define the orientation or the use of strategies of both comprehensive and traditional media vehicles, which are still the most popular mass media, both for the formation of culture and national public opinion in both states and municipalities, which demarcate and retain regional traits that differentiate culturally, economically and socially diverse Brazilian populations. Christian churches are increasingly seeking loopholes and legal facilities, public spaces and broadcast media to facilitate the achievement of followers of their theological ideologies. On the radio, on television and also through social networks of the Internet, pastors, priests, bishops and lay Christians to seek their potential both in public space and home individually, using old and new individual devices and portable reception of audiovisual content. All preachers fiercely competing for space leased the open television networks, in national and local radio stations and invest in the organization of broadcasters Community legalized or informal. The work also aims to study the radio and television concessions in Bauru, to show the failures that occur in broadcasting spectrum management by the federal government and also for the reader to understand what the Constitution says about the use of these vehicles public concession by religious institutions

The paper aims to examine the work of Marcelino Freire, Angu de sangue (2000), from a poetic of identity with the black narratives and experiences of characters who participate in a space of exclusion, violence and social exile. Overall, the book deals with death and violence so raw and without idealizations. The characters struggle to survive in a cruel formo f life and denote the suffering and despair of those marked by peripheral situation. By proposing an analysis of tales of Angu de sangue, the work presented here reflects on a poetics of exclusion that runs the seventeen tales that make up the work in dialogue with images and internal references (through the images that illustrate the stories), and on the other hand, with pictures and references to the urban context of the excluded, represented on the pages of newspapers, magazines and television news.

This article aims to narrate and analyze possibilities on aspects of the work developed by the group that composes the Mental Health and Public Health Improvement, using the Wheel Method, created by Gastão W. Campos, in different and diverse articulations and work organization spaces in psychosocial care field, such as Mental Health Forum, work groups related to Regional Collegiate Management (CGRs), with municipal teams to organize mental health network and with newcomer residents to a therapeutic residence It is from these different experiences that it is intended to reflect, discuss and promote a dialogue on the possibilities of the Wheel Method.

This study examined an example of community education of citizens that aimed to encourage their participation in democratic management of a non-governmental organization (NGO). The research problems were based on the NGO perspective and the ideas of community education and democratic management that guides the education of citizens to participate in the management of this organization. This issue has been studied under the perspective of educators and managers of NGO who performed the work focused on this study. We opted for a qualitative approach with a review of academic literature, questionnaires and individual and group interviews. The results indicated that the perspective of NGO adopted is used in Brazil. These organizations have low politicization and minimize conflicts between social groups. This approach seemed to contradict the prospect of democratic management that encouraged the struggle for rights and engagement in the management of the NGO and public spaces. The contradictions between the approaches of NFO and democratic management probably influenced the adoption of two conceptions of community education. One is dedicated to promoting self-help community to solve their social and economic problems and other inspired by Paulo Freire, which encourages popular mobilization for the questioning of capitalist social organization.
