~(19)F+~(27)Al耗散反应中双核系统的转动与形变

测量了19F+27Al耗散反应产物B,C,N,O,F和Ne的激发函数,入射束流的能量从110．25MeV 到118．75MeV,能量步长为250keV．从产物的能量自关联函数中提取了反应中所形成的中间双核系统的转动惯量,与相粘模型计算的刚体转动惯量相比较,结果表明形成的双核系统有大的形变．

质子与重离子肿瘤治疗的进展

简要介绍了质子与重离子肿瘤治疗的历史和现状. 现在, 全世界有质子治疗中心 23家,治疗肿瘤患者总数为 39 612人; 重离子治疗设备有 3台, 治疗肿瘤患者 4 511人(包括He离子治疗2 054例病人).

P同位素的质子滴线核研究

研究了在相对论平均场近似下P同位素的滴线核的性质,首先在理论上探讨了25P作为P的滴线核存在的可能性及其可能具有的质子晕结构,然后给出了在兰州放射性束流装置上25P的实验鉴别结果.

波包的空时演化与能级免交叉

采用二维谐振子相干态为初始态 ,在形变原子核系统分别为规则和混沌两种情况下 ,对其在相空间中的时间行为进行了傅里叶分析 ,特别比较了混沌系统中波包宽度在整个时间段与达到饱和后两个阶段的傅里叶分析结果 .指出系统的混沌运动是由于大量能级免交叉的出现在波包运动的初始阶段就破坏了波包内部的规则结构 ,波包各成分间的协同性被破坏 ,波包的运动成为混沌 .此后 ,波包内各成分对波包运动的贡献开始相同 ,能级之间的免交叉对波包运动的影响也不再明显

对束流均匀化扫描装置的性能改进方法

介绍了对束流均匀化扫描装置三角波电流功率源性能的改进 ,通过对设备电路改进和设备结构的改造 ,在重离子对作物种子的诱变育种、生物效应研究以及用重离子束注入处理金属、塑料等使其表面变性的实验中 ,取得了很好的效果。

Influence of in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section on the isoscaling parameter alpha

The influence of in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section on the isoscaling parameter a is investigated for two couples of central nuclear reactions Ca-40 + Ca-40 and Ca-60 + Ca-40; Sn-112 + Sn-112 and Sn-124 + Sn-124 within the isospin dependent quantum molecular dynamics. The calculated result shows that the influence of the in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section on the isoscaling parameter a is mainly determined by the corresponding number of collisions, both for isospin dependent and isospin independent parameterizations. The mechanisms behind the effects of the in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross sections on the alpha are investigated in more details.

Preparation and characterization of CdS nanotubes and nanowires by electrochemical synthesis in ion-track templates

CdS nanotubes and nanowires have been synthesized with controlled dimensions by means of template-electrodeposition method in etched ion-track membranes. The diameters of nanotubes and nanowires are between 20 and I 10 nm, and the lengths are up to tens of micrometers. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED) pattern investigations demonstrate that CdS nanotubes and nanowires are polycrystalline in nature. The UV-vis absorption spectra of CdS nanotubes and nanowires embedded in polycarbonate (PC) membranes show that the absorption edges of PC films shift towards the shorter wavelength, with decreasing diameters of the deposited nanostructures. The results indicate that nanowires are formed from nanotubes by nanotube-stuffing-growth mechanism.

Production of EUV power with SECRAL

The high power EUV source is one of key issues in the development of EUV lithography which is considered to be the most promising technology among the next generation lithography. However neither DPP nor LPP seems to meet the requirements of the commercial high-volume product. Insufficiency of DPP and LPP motivate the investigation of other means to produce the EUV radiation required in lithography. ECR plasma seems to be one of the alternatives. In order to investigate the feasibility of ECR plasma as a EUV light source, the EUV power emitted by SECRAL was measured. A EUV power of 1.03W in 4 pi sr solid angle was obtained when 2000W 18GHz rf power was launched, and the corresponding CE was 0.5%. Considering that SECRAL is designed to produce very high charge state ions, this very preliminary result is inspiring. Room-temperature ECR plasma and Sn plasma are both in the planned schedule.

Rotation and deformation of the dinuclear system formed in dissipative reaction of F-19+Al-27

Excitation functions of the reaction products B, C, N, O, F and Ne emitted from the dissipative reaction of (19) F+(27) Al have been measured at incident energies from 110.25MeV to 118.75MeV in steps of 250keV. The moments of inertia of the intermediate dinuclear system formed in the reaction are extracted from the energy autocorrelation functions of the products. Comparing the moment of inertia extracted from the experimental data with the calculated one by using the sticking limit, it indicates that the formed dinuclear system has a large deformation in the reaction process.
